Complex single buffer composed of yttrium and samarium oxide was deposited on the metallic substrates by MOCVD (metal organic chemical vapor deposition) method using single liquid source. Two different types of the substrates with in-plane textures of about $8{\sim}10$ degree of Ni and $3at.\%W-Ni$ alloy were used. Y(tmhd: 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-3,5-heptane dionate)$_3$:Sm(tmhd)$_3$ of liquid source was adjusted to 0.4:0.6 to minimize the lattice mismatch between the complex single buffer and the YBCO. The epitaxial growth of $(Y_{x}Sm_{1-x})_{2}O_3$ was achieved at the temperature higher than $500^{\circ}C$ in $O_2$ atmosphere. However, it was found that the formation of NiO accelerated with increasing deposition temperature. By supplying $H_{2}O$ vapor, this oxidation of the substrate could be suppressed throughout the deposition temperatures. We could get the epitaxial growth on pure Ni substrate without the formation of NiO. The competitive (222) and (400) growths were observed at the deposition temperatures of $650\~750^{\circ}C$, but the (400) growth became dominant above $800^{\circ}C$. The $(Y_{x}Sm_{1-x})_{2}O_3$-buffered metallic substrates can be used as the buffer for YBCO coated conductor.

The possibility of mechano-chemical transduction for bio/chemical events have generated wide interest in the expanding applications of genomics, diagnostics, and monitoring environment due to a label-free and realtime technology. For those purposes, most popular technology is a cantilever which has fast, label free, and high sensitive. Furthermore, new paradigm of membrane transducer easily coat probe molecule on the one side of it. At this time, we present a highly reliable thin membrane transducer (TMT) ?based mechanochemical sensing platform fabricated with conventional MEMS process. This device is suspended with thin silicon nitride membrane (100 nm) , lower electrode. The counter electrode is effectively built up on just one wafer. The cavity side of the membrane is coated with thin gold (30 nm) for molecular immobilization and reaction. We confirm the specific reaction of 4, 6- mercapto hexanol molecule with our platform.

We present a highly reliable thin membrane transducer (TMT) ? based chemo-mechanical sensing platform fabricated with conventional MEMS process. This device is suspended with ultra thin silicon nitride membrane (100 ㎚) , lower electrode. The counter electrode is effectively built up on just one wafer. The cavity side of the membrane is coated with thin gold (30 ㎚) for molecular immobilization and reaction. The microfluidic cells and capacitance to digital convertor (CDC) chip are integrated with the sensor. The chemomechanical sensing device opens up a new horizon for molecular detections with innovations such as no labelling, time course data, and compact design. In the principle of the TMT, a specific molecular interaction on an extremely thin and flexible membrane surface causes the deflection of the membrane due to surface stress change which can be measured by a capacitive circuit.
재난 이후 지역사회 복원을 위한 공동체 정책에 관한 연구

현대 사회가 직면한 재난의 심각성은 그 양적 증가뿐만 아니라 질적 차원에서도 그 속성이 변화하고 있다는 점에서 출발한다. 최근 재난의 경향은 그 피해가 재난 상황에 국한되는 것이 아니라, 사회 관계망에 따라 그 영향이 광범위하게 미치는 등 재난의 개념 및 속성 등이 변화하고 있다. 그럼에도 지금까지 재난과 재난 이후 피해복구에 대한 연구는 대부분 재난 발생에 따른 일차적 대응과 협업체계에 집중하는 경향을 보여 왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 재난 이후 지역사회의 범위를 확장하고, 공동체 정책을 통하여 전체 지역사회가 이전 상태 혹은 이전보다 나은 상태로 복원될 필요성을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 재난과 공동체의 개념 및 유형을 살펴보았다. 재난은 일반적으로 자연재난과 사회재난으로 구분되지만, 현대사회의 재단은 사회 내의 다양한 정치·사회·경제적 요인들과 결합한 ‘복합재난’으로 진행되는 양상을 보인다. 이와 같은 재난에 체계적으로 대응하기 위해서는 재난의 시간적·공간적 범위를 확대해 대응할 필요가 있다. 공동체의 개념 역시 접근방법에 따라 다르게 정의될 수 있으며, 그 유형 또한 다양하게 나타난다. 본 연구에서는 지역사회에 재난이 발생할 경우, 지역사회 내 공동체들의 속성이 변화하며 새로운 역할을 수행할 수 있음을 보여준다. 종합적으로 본 연구에서는 현대 사회에서 재난에 대한 보다 확장된 접근이 필요함을 강조하고 있다. 지역사회 복원이라는 정책목표에 부합하기 위해서, 재난대응은 그 시간적·공간적 범위를 확대할 필요가 있으며, 공동체 정잭을 활용함에 있어서도 보다 다양한 접근을 고민할 필요가 있다. 이와 같은 정책 전환의 방향은 기본적으로 재난 이후 공동체 정책이 보다 지역사회의 온전한 복원과 사회통합을 촉진하는 방향으로 수행될 필요가 있다는 것을 강조하고 있다. The severity of recent disasters is differentiated from previous ones in that the patterns of disasters appear widely. Although the concept of disasters is changing, most studies have focused on recovery of physical damage caused by disaster. This study intends to expand the scope of disaster response and suggest the necessity of community restoration through community policy. Recent disasters tend to be complex disasters combined with various factors within society. In order to systematically respond to such disasters, it is necessary to respond by expanding the scope of the time and space of the disaster. The concept and characteristics of community can also be presented from various perspectives. This paper focuses on the fact that communities can be given new roles in disaster situations. Following the conceptual approach to disasters and communities, this study looked at community programs in the Sewol-Ferry disaster. Although the response to the Sewol-Ferry disaster has not been completed, this case has the meaning of drawing up the agenda of community restoration in a disaster situation. In conclusion, this study emphasizes the need for a more expanded approach to national disaster response. In order to achieve the policy goal of community restoration, disaster response needs to expand the scope of its time and space. In addition, the application method of the community program should also examine various approaches.
