Large quantity of metal mordant in natural dyeing has been used. For environmental reason, there is a need to reduce the amount of metal mordant and suggest the optimum amount of metal mordant in dyeing process. In this study the relationship between mordant concentration and dyeing property was investigated. Various metal mordant concentrations of Al, Cu, Fe, Sn, were studied (from 1 to 5%). After treatment of mordant on cotton fabric, the concentration of metal ion in used mordant solution was quantified. There was no significant difference of the tone of color in mordant concentration from 1% to 5%, Therefore, there is no need to increase mordant concentration over 1%. chitosan treated cotton fabric showed a significant increase in dyeing affinity compared to untreated cotton fabric (the value of AE was 20). chitosan increased dye affinity significantly in the presence of mordant. It can be suggested that chitosan itself can replace metal mordants in the future.

Three different types of chitosan were prepared from red crab shells to study anti-microbial activity of chitosan on pathogenic bacteria, MRSA(Methicillin-resistant. Staphylococcus aureus). Water-insoluble chitosan, whose degree of deacetylation is kept over 90% and molecular weights are 20,000, 500,000, 150,000, 80,000, and 40,000, respectively. Water-soluble chitosan, whose degree of deacetylation is about 48% and molecular weights are 200,000 and 80,000. Water-soluble chitosan, whose degree of deacetylation is 82% and molecular weight is 3,900. The anti-microbial activities of three types of chitosan were investigated by Tube Dilution Technique(TDT) and Agar Plate Smear Method(APSM). And the following conclusions are made ; Chitosan having 5 different types of M.W. chitosan (over 90% deacetylation) showed similar anti-microbial activities at over 0.05% concentration, Especially, chitosan having M.W. 40,000 150,000 showed the excellent anti-microbial activity. The anti-microbial activity of chitosan was enhanced when the chitosan/acetic acid solution was aged for 7days. The anti-microbial activity of chitosan was only shown at chitosan/acetic acid solution. The anti-microbial activity was not detected in chitosan solution dissolves in neutral pH water. Therefore, it can be concluded that the anti-microbial activity was due to NH3+ cationic ion of chitosan in acidic aqueous solution.

Purpose : Purpose of this descriptive study is to identify the correlation among self-esteem, types of adult-attachment and communication competence of nursing students and to find the factors that influence the communication competence of nursing students. Method : Data analysis was done by SPSS/18.0. Date was analyzed in terms of frequency, percentage, meand, grade point average, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe s test and Pearson s correlation coefficients, Stepwise multiple regression. Results : Self-esteem of subjects and their communicational competence shows intermediate level of positive relationship. Type of adult attachment of the subjects and the communicational competence of them shows weak negative relationship. The most important factor for predicting communicational competence of nursing students is self-esteem. Satisfaction over nursing and types of adult attachment are found as next important factors. Conclusion : Subjects with high self-esteem, low avoidance and anxiety types, show higher communication competence. In addition, Health condition and satisfaction over nursing also influence the communicational competence.
이러닝 환경에서 학습계획 및 시간관리 전략이 대학생의 자기조절학습능력과 학업성취도에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 자기조절학습촉진 전략 중 학습계획 및 시간관리 전략이 이러닝 환경에서 대학생의 학업성취도 및 자기조절학습능력에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위해 실행되었다. 이를 위해 K대학교 1학기 컴퓨터활용 사이버강좌를 수강하는 수강생 100명을 대상으로 실험이 진행되었다. 학생들은 무작위로 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누어졌으며, 실험 전 자기조절학습능력 검사를 실시하였다. 실험집단은 수업을 듣는 동안 학습계획 및 시간관리 전략을 적용한 SRL(Self-Regulation Learning) 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 통제집단은 별도의 보조프로그램 없이 이러닝 강좌를 수강하였다. 6주간의 수업이 끝난 후 학생들에게 자기조절학습능력 검사와 학업성취도 검사를 실시하였다. 실험자료는 SPSS windows 12.0을 이용하여 t-검증을 실시하여 분석하였다. 실험 결과 학습계획 및 시간관리 프로그램을 사용한 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 자기조절학습능력이 유의미하게 향상되었다(t = 2.54, p< .05). 또한 학업성취도 검사에서도 실험집단이 통제집단보다 높은 성취도를 보였다(t = 2.06, p< .05). 이러한 결과는 학습자 스스로 학습목표를 설정하고 계획하며, 시간관리를 할 수 있는 자기조절학습 촉진전략이 특히 사이버강좌와 같은 이러닝의 학습에 효과적인 전략이 될 수 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of learning plans and time management strategies on learners’ self-regulated learning and academic achievement in e-learning settings. Participants were first-year students in an online computer applications course at a university in Korea. Students were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group was asked to use the SRL (Self-Regulated Learning) program to record and manage their learning plans and time while they took the course online. The control group took the course online without using any other program. After 6 weeks, participants took a self-regulation skill test and an academic achievement test. Results showed that the experimental group that used the SRL program made more progress in developing self-regulated learning skills than the control group. The experimental group also scored significantly higher on the academic achievement test than the control group. Results suggest that self-regulated learning strategies that motivate students to set their own learning objectives, make study plans, and manage time on their own, turned out to be effective learning strategies to improve academic performance and develop autonomy for e-learning.

본 연구에서는 2015년 개정 교육과정에 근거하여 개발된 8종의 중학교 정보 교과서를 대상으로 ‘문제 해결과 프로그래밍’ 단원에 대한 탐구성을 분석하였다. 그리고 중학교 정보 교과 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 교과서의 탐구성에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. Romey 분석법을 적용하여 교과서를 분석한 결과, 본문, 자료, 활동 요소에서 각각 4종 교과서가 탐구성이 높은 바람직한 구성인 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 평가 분석요소에서는 8종의 교과서 모두 탐구성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정보 교사들을 대상으로 한 교과서의 탐구성에 대한 설문조사에서는 평가 요소의 탐구성이 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

Case management is a medical service with which the caregivers assess the needs of patients and their families, then prepare, mediate, monitor, evaluate, and support the service. The method is being most widely utilized in advanced welfare countries, since it enables effcient application of (un)official resources of community on the basis of prior assesment on the patient and service plan. This single case study was on the rehabilitation from the mental retardation. The data were collected through in-depth interviews with the subject. A psychiatric mental nurse practitioner visited the client's home 12 times. The major nursing problems of the client were the lack of communication skills, and conflicts with other family members. Focuing on these problems, psychoeducation, role modelling of social skills and stress-coping strategies. The results showed that the clients expressed feelings of satisfaction to the mental health nursing he received.
