Tracheal bronchus is an aberrant bronchus that arises most often from right tracheal wall above the carina. It is a rare congenital anomaly, which is usually asymptomatic but occasionally associated with recurrent pneumonia, chronic bronchitis and bronchiectasis. Anomalies found in association with tracheal bronchi include respiratory (tracheal hypoplasia, tracheal stenosis, cystic lung lesion), gastrointestinal and musculoskeletal systems. Tracheal bronchus has been diagnosed by conventional tomography, bronchography and bronchoscopy in the past. Technical advances have greatly enhanced the utility of this diagnostic modality. So chest CT, even three-dimensional reconstruction, is of particular importance in the evaluation of mediastinal, pleural and lung parenchymal lesions. We experienced a case of duodenal atresia and tracheal bronchus in 6-month-old child who suffered from recurrent pneumonia and dyspnea. So we report with a brief review and its related literatures.

예비유아교사의 음악적 자아개념 및 음악적 개념에 대한 실제이해와 음악교수 효능감과의 관계

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 음악적 자아개념 및 음악적 개념에 대한 실제이해와 음악교수 효능감의 수준을 알아보고, 이들 간의 관련성과 영향력을 살펴보는 데에 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 경상남도에 위치한 3, 4년제 대학의 유아교육과 학생 201명이었으며, 연구 도구는 Svengalis(1978)가 개발하고 Philips(2002)가 수정한 ‘음악적 자아개념 척도’, Kim, Lee, Kwon과 Park(2011)이 개발한 '유아교사의 음악적 개념 실제이해 측정 도구’, Riggs와 Enochs(1990)가 개발하고 방은영, 박찬옥(2005)이 수정한 ‘음악교수 효능감 검사도구’가 사용되었다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 예비유아교사의 음악적 자아개 념과 음악적 개념에 대한 실제이해는 보통 수준인 것으로 나타났으며, 음악교수 효능감은 비교적 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 음악적 자아개념, 음악적 개념에 대한 실제이해, 음악교수 효능 감은 대체로 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 음악적 자아개념과 음악적 개념에 대한 실제이해는 예비유아교사의 음악교수 효능감 전체에 영향력을 미치고 있었으며, 하위요인 중 음악교수 능력에 대한 신념은 예비유아교사의 음악적 자아개념이 더 큰 영향력을 미쳤고, 결과에 대한 기대감은 음악적 개념에 대한 실제이해만이 영향력 있는 요인으로 나타났다. This study aimed to (1) examine early childhood pre-service teachers’ self-concept in music, the actual level of understanding of musical content knowledge and music teaching efficacy, and (2) investigate the relationships and influence among them. The participants consisted of 201 undergraduate students, majoring in early childhood education at colleges in Gyeongnam, Korea. The measurements used in this study were Self-Concept in Music Scale (SCIM), the scale of Understanding of Musical Content Knowledge, and Music Teaching Efficacy Belief Instrument (MTEBI). The results of this study are as follows. First, the mean score of early childhood pre-service teachers’ self-concept in Music and actual understanding of musical content knowledge were about the average, besides their music teaching efficacy was higher than the average. Second, there was a positive relationship among early childhood pre-service teachers’ self-concept in music and music teaching efficacy, and the actual level of understanding of musical content knowledge. Third, early childhood pre-service teachers’ music teaching efficacy exerted a statistically significant influence on the self-concept in music and the actual level of understanding of musical content knowledge. Among the variables of early childhood pre-service teachers’ music teaching efficacy, 'the belief of music teaching ability' and 'the expectation of the results', pre-service teachers’ self-concept in music had more influence on 'the beliefs of music teaching ability' and actual understanding of musical content knowledge was the only influential factor on 'the expectation of the results'.

In `Hina`, Otsutu and Eikichi are given identity as the successor of Japanese traditional beauty. However Eikich suppresses and denies his identity and follows the teachings of modern western pragmatism, living a poor life seeking power and wealth. In the end he is mentally bankrupt. Otsuru, on the other hand, follows her own identity regardless of pragmatism. So she inherits the aesthetic tradition of Japan and lives as an aesthetic subject that creates new beauty of modern Japan. Through this Akutagawa criticizes modern pragmatism which negates the value of Japanese aesthetic tradition and drives Japanese to selfish competition, ruining Japanese life. And Akutagawa claims to live as an aesthetic subject that creates Japanese modern beauty with the Japanese aesthetic sensibility as a life that realizes true value and happiness.

소프트웨어 요구사항 관리 사례 연구

최근 국내 기업들은 S/W Process 심사를 통하여 기법의 Process 수준 향상과 개발 제품의 품질을 향상시키고자 하는 관점에서 CMM , SPlCE와 같은 표준에 많은 관심을 보이고 있다. 이러한 표준들에서는 소프트웨어 품질 향상을 위한 기반으로 요구사항 관리를 중요시하고 있다. 많은 기법들이 요구사항을 추출하여 분석하고, 관리하는 방안에 대해 관심을 가지고 적용하고 있다. 요구사항 관리는 요구사항 개발, 변경 및 연계성과 관련된 모든 활동을 포함한다. 즉, 상호적이고 협력적인 공정을 통해서 요구사항을 추출, 분석하고 분석된 결과를 문서화하고, 요구 사항들 간의 연계성을 설정 관리하고, 변경 사항을 관리해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 요구사항 추출 단계에서부터 개발 완료 시점까지 요구사항을 관리하는 소프트웨어 요구사항 프로세스를 제안하고, 이를 적용한 사례를 제시한다.

냉동 저장 온도가 쇠고기의 저장성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 쇠고기의 단기 저장 중 이화학 분석을 통하여 가정에서 쇠고기 저장 시 냉동 저장 조건을 탐색해보았다. 쇠고기의 지방 산패 정도를 나타내는 TBA가에서는 −5℃ 저장군이 −20℃ 저장군과 유사한 경향을 보였으며, 쇠고기의 단백질 신선도를 나타내는 VBN 함량과 일반세균수도 −5℃ 저장군과 −20℃ 저장군이 유사한 추세를 보이며 증가하였다. 적색도와 전단력에서는 −5℃ 저장군이 −20℃ 저장군보다 −1℃ 저장군과 흡사한 경향을 보였다. 이에 대해 식품의 유통기한에 대한 식품의약품안전처의 고시(2014)에 따르면 식육의 설정실험 지표는 TBA가, 휘발성염기질소, 세균수, 대장균수이므로 본 실험의 TBA가와 VBN 함량, 일반세균 수 항목에서 −5℃에서의 저장이 −20℃ 저장과 유사한 결과를 나타낸 점에 의의가 있다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합해 볼 때, 쇠고기의 단기 저장 시 −5℃에서의 저장은 −20℃에서의 저장과 유사한 측면을 보이며 약 52일간 저장이 가능할 것으로 예측되어 쇠고기의 단기 저장 시 신선도 유지에 효율적이라고 생각된다. 추후 온도 조절뿐만 아니라 가정용 냉장고의 습도, 쇠고기의 포장 방법, 저장 시 용량 등 여러 인자들의 조절로 가정 내 쇠고기의 냉동 저장에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다. This study was conducted to investigate changes in pH, volatile basic nitrogen (VBN), thiobarbituric acid (TBA), a* (redness), shearing force, and microbial content (total plate count; TPC) in beef during freezing storage at −1, −5, and −20℃ for 21 days. TPC as an effective quality indicator was used to identify the decay point by regression analysis. The pH, TBA values, and TPC significantly increased with storage at all tested temperatures (p<0.05). VBN significantly increased and shearing force significantly decreased with storage at −1 and −5℃ (p<0.05). TPC showed significant correlation with temperature at −1℃ (R²=0.891), −5℃ (R2=0.856), and −20℃ (R²=0.444). The decay points at −1, −5, and −20℃, were 27, 52, and 84 days, respectively. The results suggest that a freezing temperature of −5℃ is effective for short-term storage of beef.

기존 대구경 파이프라인과 신설터널간의 상호작용

도심지 등 지역적인 여전에 의하여 기존의 지하 공동 또는 터널에 근접하여 발파를 이용한 새로운 터널을 굴착할 경우, 새로운 터널의 굴착으로 인하여 지반이 이완되고 따라서 기존 지하 공동의 안정성에 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 가존 지하 공동의 안정성에 문제를 발생시킬 수 있는 가장 큰 요소로는 기존 지하 공동과 신설 터널의 이격거리가 될 수 또한 신설 터널 굴착으로 인한 소성영역의 발생에 따른 지반 이완을 문제 심을 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 광역 상수관과 신설 터널의 이격거리에 따른 기존 광역 상수관의 안정성을 평가하기 위하여 이격거라가 다른 여섯 가지 모델에 대해 석고를 이용힌 2차원 축소 모형실험을 실시하였다. 실험 결과는 터널 굴착과정과 파괴 단계에서 발생된 변위 벡터와 균열양상으로 표현하였다. 터널 굴착과정 중 발생하는 변위를 분석하면, 터널과 광역 상수관의 간격이 상수관 직경의 2.5배 (2.5D)까지는 이격거리가 증가함에 따라 감소하는 경향을 보인다. 그러나 중심 간격이 2.5D를 넘으면 추가변위는 발생하지 않았다. When a new tunnel is excavated by the drill and blast method near pre-existing underground structures or tunnels due to the region restricted condition such as urban area, the ground will be relaxed by the excavation. In this case, issues can be created in terms of stability of pre-existing underground structures. One of major factors determining the stability of pre-existing underground structures can be a separation distance between pre-existing underground structures and a newly excavated tunnel. The region of ground relaxation defined by the plastic zone due to new excavation can be varied by separation distance. In this study, in other to estimate an influence of new tunnel excavation in terms of separation distance on the stability of pre-existing large pipelines, two-dimensional scaled model tests using plaster were performed for six models which have a different separation distance, The results show that based on the analysis of induced displacement during tunnel construction, the displacement decreases as the separation distance between large pipeline and new tunnel is increased until the distance is 2.5 times of pipeline diameter. Beyond this point, however, the displacement has become stabilized.

질에 발생한 원발성 악성 흑색종 2예

Primary malignant melanoma of the vagina is extremly rare disease. This disease is one of non-cutaneous melanomas and accounts for 0.3% of all malignant melanomas. The most common symptoms is vaginal bleeding because the disease is usually in advanced stage at first visit. An appropriate and effective treatment protocol has not been established. The prognosis is poorer than those of other vulvar melanomas. It has been known the tumor size is the most important prognostic factor determining the survival outcome. We reported two cases of primary malignant melanoma of the vagina with review of literature.
