Flecainide is a drug used to manage supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias. It is also effective in the treatment of fetal tachyarrhythmia through administration to the mother. However, flecainide toxicity may cause serious complications, including cardiac conduction disturbance, ventricular arrhythmia, resulting in syncope and sudden death. We describe here a 27-year-old woman at 31 weeks of gestation who experienced ventricular tachycardia, leading a perimortem cesarean section. On her past medication history, she has taken overdose of oral flecainide for the treatment of fetal atrial flutter. Just after neonatal delivery, her ventricular tachycardia was successfully reverted to a sinus rhythm through administration of intravenous lidocaine and hemodynamics were stabilized. According to her clinical signs and symptoms, we presume the ventricular tachycardia was likely induced by flecainide toxicity, although serum flecainide concentration could not be measured in our institution.

성리학적 崇文思想에 뿌리깊이 젖어 있던 구한국사회에서 처음으로 상업교육이 출발하였고, 일제강점하의 상업교육은 교육의 정상괘도를 벗어난 식민지교육이었으므로 한국 상업교육의 참다운 성장 토대가 되기는 매우 미흡하였다. 그리나 숭문사상에 의한 직업관인 사·농·공·상의 末業觀은 상당히 개선되었다고 보며, 이것은 해방 후 한국 상업교육이 재출발 하는데 있어 새로운 동기를 심어 주는 역할을 한 것으로 보여 진다. 상업교육은 충분한 일반교육의 기초아래 경제활동에 적응할 수 있는 지식·기능·태도를 개발하여야 함은 물론 경제 환경 그 자체를 개선하고 발전시킬 수 있는 자질을 함양시켜 주어야 할 사명이 있음을 인식하여야한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서 상업교육현장에서 일제의 상업교육이 남긴 비교육적 요소가 잔존해 있음을 인식하고 이를 청산하는 문제가 재검토되어야 한다고 본다. At first, commercial education originated through the last Chosun Dynasty, which was deeply based on the idea of literary admiration of sung confucianism. The commercial education of Japan’s colonial rule left much to be desired as the truly stable growth of korean commercial education. Because it was a colonial education under Japan’s colonial rule out of normal situation. Even if there is a wrong idea of a humble occupation which has a classical scholar, an agriculture, a technology, a commercial by the idea of literary admiration. But it is improved considerably. Also, it plays an important role of a new motivation in the restart of korean commercial education after liberation in korea. The commercial education should have a newly-developed knowledge, technique, attitude applied for economic activities through the basement of a general education and should improve economic activities itself. Therefore, in order to obtain this goal, we should re-examinate the problems to solve, which are wrong educational elements under Japan’s colonial rule in the fields of commercial education.
홍삼 가공중 azoxystrobin, fenhexamid 및 cyprodinil 농약의 감소율

본 연구는 홍삼 및 농축액의 합리적인 농약잔류허용기준 개정을 위한 과학적인 자료를 얻고자 수행하였다. 인삼 재배 시에 사용 등록된 농약 3종(azoxystrobin, fenhexamid, cyprodinil)을 인삼포에 직접 살포하여 수확한 수삼을 홍삼과 농축액으로 직접 제조하였다. 수확한 수삼에 azoxystrobin 0.12 ppm, fenhexamid 0.19 ppm, cyprodinil 1.78 ppm이 잔류하였으며 농약이 잔류된 수삼을 원료로 홍삼 및 농축액으로 가공하여 각 제품의 농약 잔류량을 조사한 결과 fenhexamid의 경우 홍삼에 0.54 ppm, 홍삼농축액에서 1.93 ppm이 잔류하였다. Azoxystrobin은 홍삼에서 0.24 ppm, 홍삼농축액에서 0.81 ppm이 잔류하여 가공단계를 거치면서 증가하였다. 그러나 cyprodinil의 경우 1.78 ppm이 잔류된 수삼이 홍삼으로 가공되면서 1.49 ppm으로 감소하였으나 홍삼농축액에서는 3.66 ppm으로 증가하였다. 농약이 잔류된 수삼을 이용하여 홍삼과 농축액 제조시 azoxystrobin, fenhexamid, cyprodinil의 감소계수(dry base)는 홍삼에서 0.66, 0.94, 0.28, 홍삼농축액에서 3.25, 4.94, 1.01이였다. This study was performed to acquire scientific data for establishing the maximum residue limits (MRLs) of pesticides in Korean red ginseng and its extract. Pesticides (azoxystrobin, fenhexamid, cyprodinil) were applied to a cultivated field of ginseng, and the fresh ginseng was harvested and processed to make Korean red ginseng and its extract. The reduction rates of the residue pesticides were calculated by determining the pesticide contents in each stage of ginseng processing. The residue levels in fresh ginseng were 0.12 ppm for azoxystrobin, 0.19 ppm for fenhexamid, and 1.78 ppm for cyprodinil. The residue levels in Korean red ginseng were 0.24, 0.54, and 1.49 ppm, and in the extract 0.81, 1.93, and 3.66 ppm for azoxystrobin, fenhexamid, and cyprodinil, respectively. The steaming and processing of fresh ginseng increased azoxystrobin and fenhexamid residues, but cyprodinil was reduced. The reduction rates (dry basis) of azoxystrobin, fenhexamid, and cyprodinil were 0.66, 0.94, and 0.28 for Korean red ginseng, and 3.25, 4.94, and 1.01 for the extract, respectively.
