본 연구의 목적은 주제공원의 서비스가 이루어지는 물리적 환경인 서비스스케이프가 방문객 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 관련 문헌의 분석을 통하여 주제공원 서비스스케이프의 구성요인을 도출하고, 각 구성요인에 대한 방문객의 지각된 품질은 방문객의 만족도에 영향을 미친다는 연구가설을 설정하였다. 도출된 서비스스케이프의 구성요인은 ‘분위기’, ‘공간배치와 기능성’, ‘부대시설’ 및 ‘배경조건’이었으며 롯데월드 방문객을 대상으로 한 실증분석결과 설정된 가설은 지지되었다. 기존연구와 유사하게 주제공원 서비스스케이프 구성요인에 대한 방문객의 지각된 품질이 방문객 만족도에 미치는 영향은 다르게 나타났다. 서비스스케이프 4개 구성요인 중 ‘분위기’요인이 만족도에 미치는 영향이 상대적으로 제일 높았고 ‘배경조건’요인의 영향은 제일 낮게 나타났는데, 이는 주제공원 개발 및 운영 시 분위기 조성을 위한 디자인의 중요성을 시사하고 있다. 한편, 서비스스케이프의 구성요인은 시설유형 및 대상지 특성에 따라 다르다는 기존연구들과 맥을 같이하고 있어, 향후 주제공원 서비스스케이프에 대한 심층적 이해를 위하여 주제공원을 대상으로 한 실증적 연구의 확대가 요구된다. The purpose of this study was to define the factors of theme parks' servicescape and to examine their influence on the visitor's satisfaction. The hypothesis that the perceived quality of each servicesacpe factor will influence on visitor's overall satisfaction was developed from reviewing the related literature. Through the analysis, four factors of theme parks servicescape were identified. Those factors were atmosphere, spatial layout and functionality, ancillary facilities, and ambient conditions. And the result of hypothesis test supports that each of those factors has an influence on visitor's satisfaction. The most influential factor on visitor's satisfaction was the atmosphere, whereas the least was ambient conditions. This result shows the importance of design which creates an atmosphere when planning and managing theme parks. This study also implies that servicescape factors are different depending on the types and characteristics of destinations suggesting expanded empirical researches.
지역사회 애착도의 구성요인에 관한 개념적 고찰 : 관광개발에 대한 시사점 Implication to Tourism Development

The subject of research in the field of tourism regarding attachment so far has mainly been focused on tourists attachment toward certain places. However, the concept of community attachment has yet to be clearly defined. This study defines the concept of community attachment, and examines the dimension of community attachment. This study strives to establish a theoretical framework regarding the community attachment in the development of the community based tourism development. The concept of community attachment were examined. Community attachment is the level of emotional experience and bonds that an individual or a group of individuals have toward their community. Community attachment involves the concept of enduring involvement. The research results were as follows. Community attachment was composed of three dimensions, which are identity, dependence, and social friendship, which will be verified through a empirical research. This research confirms that the attachment of community residents is very important in inducing the participation of community residents in tourism development and making them form positive attitude toward tourism development.
落後觀光地 活性化手段으로서 再開發方式 適用에 관한 考察

This study investigates ways how to apply renewal policy to declining tourist areas in regional planning context. The author conducted an in-depth interview of specialists and surveys on civil servants involved in tourism administration. Based on survey result reflecting opinions of specialists on the tourist areas development, several strategic policies are incorporated and suggested; partnership between public and private sectors with emphasis on public sectors leadership, selection of appropriate renewal type considering internal and external factors associated with tourist areas, formulation of regular monitoring and evaluation system for tourist areas, and finally establishment of legal system and supporting measures in fiance.
