In order to obtain the basic information for the optimal settlement planning in the reclaimed area, various existing settlement conditions on reclaimed farming village were analysed th-rough a case study of in-and-around farming villages in Deuk Ryang Reclaimed Area. By comparison study between in-and-around villages, the allocation policy of farming settlement in the small and medium scale area was proposed. The results obtained in this study were as follows ; 1. The population structure of the inner village(Ansim village) had become worse than the around village during 1976~1981 period from the viewpoint of total and female emigration ratios. Especially, the originally unbalanced sex ratio of Ansim village had worsen to the unacceptable ratio of 1.5 : 1(male : female). Therefore, the structural stability of the popula-tion should be carefully improved in the newly reclaimed farming villages by the systematic long-term controlling mechanism. 2. The farming status of Ansim village was much lower than the around villages viewing of the cultivated acreage and agricultural machinery stock. Therefore, the continuous and intensive governmental support different from the existing farming area should be required for the settling of reclaimed farming. 3. The regularity of the village site as a planned village, though pursed in the first phase of village construction, had been severely disturbed Inflowing of squatters, Recently, there are increasing vacant houses in the village, and the level of living amenities and personal mobility of Ansim village are much lower than the around village. So, now, the physical structure of the village should be improved to the level of village reconstruction or new village construction. 4. The cultivated area of Ansim village leans to the south side which would be unfavoured by the farmers of the around villages, while its distributing pattern should be concentric around the village site. This phenomenon disturbs the central fuction of the planned farming village. In this respect, role assignment, relationship and balance of competence in farming activities should be planned between in-and-around villages in the reclaimed area from the initial stage. 5. Putting together the above results in this study, the farming and living conditions of Ansim village threaten its existence as a planned new farming village in the reclaimed area. And, so, the full scale reconstruction of village structure, including moving to the new site, should be designed as soon as possible. Although further many studies should be carried out, it would be sure that the new village planning should be reconsidered in the small-and-medium scale reclamation works.

It is very important to reposition the maxilla in two-jaw orthognathic surgery because the result of the surgery depends on the accuracy of the maxillary repositinoing. The conventional technique for the maxillary repositioning (Internal Measuring Technique) has some disadvantages and the following results are inaccurate. To solve this problem, we have tried to use the External Measuring Technique since 1988 and we can get more faviorable results. The feature of our technique is like these : 1, it is neccesary to insert a Kirshner wire near the frontonasal suture just before the surgery. 2, The interim splint is engaged during the bonecut of the maxilla. 3, After suture it is possible to onfirm the new position of the maxilla. In the comparision of the mentioned two techniques, we know that the External measuring Technique is more trustworthy one.

There can be many causative factors for open bite, and arthritides on temporomandibular joint can be one of those. Arthritides on temporomandibular joint are classified as: infectious, traumatic, inflammatory, degenerative and metabolic. Authors have examined two patients, who came in with open bites as their a chief complanits, and have found bone resorptions of mandibular condyles. Various diagnostic methods have resulted in diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis and degenerative arthritis for each patient, and appropriate treatment planning has been established.
논문 : 국립공원 탐방로 내 위험 급경사지 유지관리 방안 연구

국립공원은 주로 산악 지형 내 조성되어 있으므로 산사태에 의한 피해 가능성을 항상 내포하고 있다. 본 연구는 산사태 연구의 일환으로 국립공원 탐방로 내 위험 급경사지를 체계적으로 유지관리하기 위한 방안을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 국립공원에 특화된 자체 체크리스트를 제작하였으며, 전국 19개 국립공원 183개소 급경사지에 대한 실태조사가 이루어졌다. 실태조사의 최종 목적은 위험 급경사지에 대한 안정화 대책을 마련하는 것으로 현장조사와 안정해석의 과정을 거친다. 일부 급경사지에서는 위험성 판단을 위해 지상라이다 등 특수 장비를 이용한 조사를 시도하였다. 중장기 정비계획을 위한 투자우선순위 공식을 개발하였으며, 현장자료를 이용한 순위 및 위험등급을 산출하였다. 최종적으로 위험 급경사지의 향후 체계적인 관리를 위해 “국립공원 급경사지 유지관리시스템”을 개발하였으며, 모든 현장자료들은 시스템 내 DB화 되었다. National parks, which are located mainly in mountainous areas, are always at risk of damage by landslides. The goal of this study is to establish a method for systematically maintaining hazardous steep slopes along trails in national parks. We produced a checklist suitable for each of the 19 national parks nationwide and investigated 183 slopes. The aim of these investigations is to recommend appropriate slope-stability countermeasures, including field investigations and stability analysis. We made preliminary investigations at specific sites, evaluating the slope hazard using specialized equipment such as terrestrial LiDAR. An investment priority formula was developed, and ranking and hazardous grades were calculated as part of a long-term maintenance plan. Finally, to systematically manage dangerous slopes and to house all the field data within one system, we developed the “Slope Maintenance System in National Parks” based on web server that can show various information for slopes.
