H.264/AVC의 인트라 예측모드는 가변 크기 블록과 예측 부호화를 사용하여 압축효율을 높이고 있다. 인트라 예측 모드는 16×16블록, 4×4블록에 대해 수행되며, 예측 모드는 참조픽셀의 위치와 예측 방향에 따라 구분된다. 기존의 예측모드는 왼쪽과 위쪽의 참조 픽셀을 가지고 예측을 하게 된다. 이 경우, 참조 픽셀과의 거리가 먼 픽셀들의 예측 정확도가 떨어진다. 본 논문에서는 예측 정확도를 향상시켜 부호화 효율을 최대화 할 수 있는 인트라 예측 방법을 제안한다.

The purpose of this thesis was to study the relation between physical activity participation and psychological well-being(self-acceptance, positive relations with other, personal growth, autonomy, purpose in life and environmental mastery) of married women. That is, it was to consider the effects of swimming program on the improvement of psychological well-being, by comparing the differences of the improvement of psychological well-being between participants and non-participants after the experiment. 30 participants took part in this experiment and periods of this swimming program was 8-weeks. After 8-weeks, the differences of the improvement of psychological well-being between the pre-test and post-test were compared and analysed. The method of sampling picked up in this experiment was the convenience sampling method and the questionnaire was composed of 26-questions tested validity and suitability. The questionnaire investigation made use of Self-administration method. For data analysis, the mean and standard deviation were measured and independent sample paired t-test(p< .05) was used. The results of these experiments could be summarized as follows : 1. The swimming program participation for married women had a positive effect upon psychological well-being. 1) The swimming program participation for married women had a positive effect upon Self-acceptance. 2) The swimming program participation for married women had not an effect upon Positive relations with other. 3) The swimming program participation for married women had a positive effect upon Personal growth. 4) The swimming program participation for married women had not an effect upon Autonomy 5) The swimming program participation for married women had a positive effect upon Purpose in life. 6) The swimming program participation for married women had a positive effect upon Environmental mastery.

Objective: Cognitive dysfunction is frequently reported after surgery and anesthesia in elderly patients. This study aims to investigate the incidence of dementia for eight years after anesthesia. Methods: We extracted the data between 2007 and 2020 from the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service Database. We analyzed risk of developing dementia after anesthesia using Cox proportional hazard models. Results: Data were collected from 62,541 patient. Among them, subjects with and without anesthesia were 15,857 and 46,684, respectively. Subjects with anesthesia had more hypertension, diabetes mellitus and hyperlipemia than those without anesthesia. The risk of dementia incidence was found to increase 1.7 times in subjects with anesthesia (hazard ratio=1.751, 95% confidence interval=1.596-1.921). Even after the correction for gender, age, and comorbidity, the statistical significance of this risk remained (hazard ratio=1.662, 95% confidence interval=1.512-1.827). Conclusion: Our findings suggest that anesthesia possibly contribute on cognitive impairment. Clinician might need closed observation on cognitive function in patients after surgery and anesthesia.

In the application of the ecosystem-based fisheries assessment Jeonnam marine ranching ecosystem, two fisheries, funnel fishery and trap fishery, were selected as target fisheries. Black seabream, Acanthopagru schlegelii, rock bream, Sebastes inermis, gray mullet, Mugil cephalus, were selected as target species for the funnel fishery, and conger eel, Conger myriaster, was target species for the trap fishery. For assessing indicators of four management objectives, that is the maintenance of sustainability, biodiversity, habitat quality and socio-economic benefits, indicators were selected considering the availability of data, which were 5 indicators for sustainability, 3 indicators for biodiversity, 4 indicators for habitat, 2 indicators for socio-economic benefit. The objective risk index for sustainability and biodiversity of two fisheries were estimated at yellow zone, medium risk level. The objective risk index for habitat and socio-economic benefit were estimated at green zone, safe level. The species risk indces (SRI) were estimated at yellow zone. The fishery risk indices (FRI) were estimated at 1.143 and 1.400 for funnel net fishery and trap fishery, respectively. Finally the ecosystem risk index estimated at 1.184
시화호 인공습지에서 표층퇴적토의 오염물질 함량 분포와 제거효율 평가

시화호 인공습지내 표층퇴적토에 의한 오염물질 제거효율을 평가하기 위하여 표층퇴적물내 물질함량과 퇴적토에 의한 오염물질의 용출여부를 조사하였다. 조사기간 동안 표층퇴적물의 COD, TOC, IL, TN, TP 함량은 각각 4.1~47.7 mg/g, 0.29~2.81%, 1.88~8.15%, 0.03~0.35%, 362~1,150 μg/g의 범위로 조사지점과 시기에 따라 차이를 보였다. 유기물과 TN 함량은 봄에 높고 시간이 지날수록 감소하는 경향을 보인 반면 TP 함량은 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았다(3월≥5월≥7월≥9월, p=0.003 for COD, p=0.001 for TOC, p=0.017 for IL, p=0.015 for TN). 표층퇴적토의 중금속 함량은 As 3.5~13.9 μg/g, Cd 0.08~0.38 μg/g, Cr 51.8~107.0 μg/g, Cu 16.4~81.8 μg/g, Pb 26.8~81.8 μg/g, Zn 85~559 μg/g의 범위로 항목에 따라 상이한 시공간적인 분포를 보였다. 퇴적물환경기준으로 볼 때 유기물 함량은 대부분 기준 이하의 수준을 보인 반면 TN과 TP는 "중간오염" 또는 "심한 오염" 수준을 보였다. 그리고 중금속 함량은 Cd과 Pb을 제외한 모든 항목에서 퇴적물 환경기준으로 초과하는 것으로 나타났다. 퇴적토의 용출실험 결과로부터 TN, Pb, Zn은 퇴적토에 의해 제거되는 반면 TP, Cd, Cu는 퇴적토로부터 용출되는 경향을 보였다. 그러므로 시화호 인공습지에서 표층퇴적토의 수질정화기능을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안수립이 필요하다. To estimate the pollutant removal efficiency by surface sediment, matter content within surface sediment and its release from the sediment were investigated at 12 sites in the Sihwa constructed wetland. The content of COD, TOC, IL, TN, and TP within sediment varied temporally and spacially, showing ranges of 4.1~7.7 mg/g, 0.29~2.81%, 1.88~8.15%, 0.03~0.35%, 362~1,150 μg/g, respectively. The contents of organic matter and TN were significantly highest in March and decreased towards fall (March≥May≥July≥September, p=0.003 for COD, p=0.001 for TOC, p=0.017 for IL, p=0.015 for TN), whereas TP content was not significant statistically in difference between sampling times. The contents of heavy metals also varied largely with sampling sites and times (As:3.5~3.9 μg/g, Cd:0.08~0.38 μg/g, Cr:51.8~107.0 μg/g, Cu:16.4~81.8 μg/g, Pb:26.~81.8 μg/g, Zn:85~559 μg/g). As compared with sediment quality guideline, the content of organic matter within surface sediment of the Sihwa constructed wetland was classified as unpolluted level. In contrast, the contents of TN, TP and heavy metals were classified as medium or severe pollution state, except some heavy metals (Cu and Pb). From the results of release experiment, TN, Pb, and Zn tend to be removed by surface sediment, but TP, Cd, and Cu have a tendency to released from sediment. Therefore, a relevant plan to improve the removal efficiency of pollutant (especially phosphorus) by surface sediment in the Sihwa constructed wetland is needed.
도시철도차량 부품 개발품의 성능평가를 위한 현차시험 방안 연구

도시철도차량에 적용되는 각종 부품 및 시스템의 개발에 있어 개발 목표에 따른 기능 및 성능이 목표와 일치하게 구현 되었는지를 확인하기 위한 현차 성능평가는 개발의 성공확인, 안전성, 신뢰성 파악 뿐만 아니라 개발품의 실용화를 위해서도 반드시 필요한 과정이다. 본 논문에서는 도시철도차량에 적용되는 연구 개발 결과물의 효과적인 성능평가를 위해 현차시험 방안 및 여러 고려사항을 종합한 현차시험 운영 프레임웍을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제시된 현차시험 운영 프레임웍은 현차시험 요구조건의 수집 및 분석, 평가항목의 구성, 개발품의 차량적용, 구내시운전 및 본선시운전 그리고 안전관리 등 도시철도차량용 부품 및 시스템 개발품의 성능시험 전반을 고려하고 있으며 본 연구를 통해 개발 결과물의 현차시험 운영에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
급성 알코올 투여 백서의 신문혈 자극이 소교세포 활성에 미치는 영향

Objectives : The sigma-1 receptor is implicated in stress, depression, psychostimulant sensitization, and addiction vulnerability. Prior studies have indicated that ethanol exposure modulates sigma-1 receptor activity within the Ventral Tegmental Area (VTA). Here, we explore the sub-mechanisms underlying sigma-1 receptor activity induced by HT7 (Shinmun) stimulation in behavioral alterations following acute ethanol (ETOH) administration. Methods : Male Wistar rats were investigated for pro- and anti-inflammatory markers after injection of ETOH (1 g/kg) using cytokine enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)s. After confirming that HT7 stimulation changed the total distance traveled in the open field test (OFT), protein changes in the Ventral tegmental area (VTA) were measured by Western blotting. The expression level of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) after administration of a sigma-1 receptor antagonist (dihydrobromide 1047; BD1047, 10 mg/kg i.p.) and Shenmen (HT7) stimulation was compared. Results : As a result, acute ETOH administration increased proinflammatory marker levels (TNF-α and IL-6). HT7 stimulation restored the total distance response after acute ethanol administration. In addition, in the VTA, the levels of a microglial marker (iNOS), sigma-1 receptor and protein kinase C, which are predicted to be involved in up- and downregulation, were restored by HT7 stimulation. In particular, HT7 stimulation modulates iNOS expression through effects similar to BD treatment. This study suggests that the stimulatory effect of HT7 may be driven by microglial activation. Conclusions : Microglial activity is regulated by sigma-1 receptor, and sigma-1 receptor activity is regulated by HT7 stimulation. Significantly, we demonstrate that HT7 stimulation ameliorates behavioral alterations induced by acute ETOH administration through microglial activation within the VTA.
