        TiCN PACVD코팅 초경호브의 Skiving절삭특성 평가

        SCM420재질의 기어를 담금질을 실시한 후 초경호브(Hob)에 PACVD 코팅처리 후 표면경도가 높은 표면 (HRC 60)을 절삭하였다. 코팅처리 없이 난삭재(難削材)로 분류되는 경도가 큰것, 경한 물질을 포함한 것, 강도가 높 은 것에 공구수명과 생산성을 향상에는 한계성을 가지고 있다. 이를 개선하기 위해 초경호브에 TiCN코팅처리 전후에 대하여 Skiving 절삭으로 코팅처리 한 호브가 가공성이 좋고, 공구마멸이 적어, 공구수명이 2.5배 증가하는 결과를 얻 었다. 실험은 CNC 스카이빙 호빙머신을 이용하여 습식절삭으로 절삭속도와 이송량으로 다양한 조건을 적용하여 공구 마멸과 표면거칠기 데이터를 얻었다. 실험결과 조건 2에서(V=200m/min F=0.7mm/rev) Cutting speed가 절삭표면에 Feed Mark가 미세하고, 표면거칠기는 Rmax 4.7㎛(Ra 1.19㎛)의 데이터를 얻었다. SCM420 steel tempered after performing gear hove PACVD carbide coating on the surface after the cutting surface hardness was high. Drive to improve it in the TiCN-coated carbide call for war to the finish coating on cutting a hob skiving good workability, tool wear less, 2.5-fold increase in tool life results were obtained. Experiments using CNC Skiving hobbing machine with wet cutting conditions, cutting speed and feed rate to apply a variety of the tool wear and surface roughness data were obtained. Results from condition 2 (V = 200m/min F = 0.7mm/rev) cutting speed feed mark the cutting surface microstructure and surface roughness Rmax 4.7 ㎛ (Ra 1.19 ㎛) of the data was obtained.

        Multi-con와 ALPT을 활용한 TiAlN코팅층 표면연마 초경호브의 절삭특성 및 공구수명 평가

        SCM420 steel cutting gear to improve the durability is quenched. When quenching, increases surface hardness, a change of the physical properties and machinability or fall. This study, using a solid carbide hobs skiving hobbing gear cutting finishing. And cutting tool solid carbide TiAlN coating hove when TiAlN coating on the surface of multi-con polishing hob conducted aero lap nano polishing for each cutting. Experimental results conducted aero lap nano coating on the surface polishing tool machinability was excellent. And aero lap nano polishing tool results were reduced 2.5 times the tool wear compared to TiAlN coated tools. Excellent results were 1.42 times longer tool life.

        저속차량 차동장치의 내구성능 해석

        Low speed vehicle(LSV), golf carts have unique requirements to differential gear design. For double axle torque LSV differential loading conditions were determined with the help of analytical model and ANSYS finite element analysis. With stress safety factor 3.15, fatigue safety factor 1.08 and fatigue life 106 cycle ring gear teeth strength analysis is performed and structure design optimized. This allows reducing overall cost of differential unit.

        In this paper, the Surface hardness is a HRC58-62 degree the gear which executed case hardening. I applied the Skiving cutting way to cut surface of a tooth of a gear to have been transformed into this case hardening heat treatment. Hobs used powdery carbide alloy hobs. I applied a TiCN coating too technical a PACVD coating. A tool life got the results to be improved in cutting processing post war a coating of hob in this study. Also, the results a cutting load of hob increased, and to become lower if the surface hardness of a gear rose appeared. And temperature rise was given for cutting loads of hob and a gear and friction wear. And temperature rise was given for cutting loads of hob and a gear and friction wear. It was given that a hob cutting blade by this was worn, and cutting performance dropped conspicuously. And I got a conclusion while cutting performance become bad for wear of a cutting day so that a degree of a gear and a grade become bad too.

        The purpose of this study will present methodology provisional a durability of reduction gear box and differential gear. Accelerated life testing to ensure the 95% confidence level to test the sample quantity required for the life time, accelerated testing time was calculated. Type and duration of the test device to control the motor and the torque and rpm reduction gear box and differential power delivered to the motor load is a way of controlling. Duty cycle the pattern 1 (rate conversion A, B, C) the 150cycle, pattern 2 (regular driver), the 21cycle, pattern 3 (back operation) is the 30cycle, with a total examination of the sample is 201cycle about 187hr. The calculation results of the NEV accelerated life calculation and testing methods be used, and also to calculate the accelerated life gear box can be used widely.

      • 온라인 전자 지도안 시스템의 구축 및 활용에 관한 연구

        본 연구자들은 ICT 활용 교육을 위한 초등교육 지도안을 온라인상에서 작성하고 활용할 수 있는 Web기반 전자지도안 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 온라인 전자지도안 시스템 은 ICT 교수-학습 과정안 자료를 데이터베이스화하여 체계적으로 관리할 수 있도록 하였으며, 교수-학습 과정안의 공유, 활용, 저장성의 극대화를 도모하여 학교 정보화에 이바지할 수 있다. 이렇게 개발된 시스템이 현장에서 활용되면서 나타난 교육적 효과 및 문제점을 분석하여 해결 방안을 제시하는 것은 시스템의 개발 못지않게 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 첫째, 본 시스템 개발을 위한 ICT 활용 교수·학습 과정안 형태의 구안과정과 둘째, 본 시스템의 설계와 구현 방법의 개요, 그리고 셋째, 초등학교 현장에서 적용하면서 나타난 시스템의 효과와 문제점 분석 및 개선방안을 제시하였다 또 연구를 통하여 초등교육에서 사용하게 될 전자 교육 시스템의 개발 과정 및 활용 상의 고려사항과 문제점의 해결 방안에 대한 교육적 근거를 제공하였다. The researchers developed On-line Lesson Planner System so that teachers can make a lesson plan using ICT(Information & Communication Technology) on line. Developed On-line Lesson Planner System can make ICT using lesson plans store in the database, manage them systematically and help maximize share, use and storage of the lesson plans. It can contribute to the school informatization. It is important to suggest solution through analyzing the educational effects and problems appeared during applying to this developed system in real fields. Thus, this study suggests first, procedure of designing the lesson plan using ICT for the development of this system, second, the summary of designing and embodying methods, and third, the improvement and analysis of the effects and problems revealed in elementary school fields. This study provided educational grounds of the solution to the problems and consideration of this On-line Lesson Planner system.
