Aspirin 장기 투여로 인한 간세포의 Lysosome 변화

Aspirin에 의한 간세포의 변화 중 특히 lysosome에 대한 형태적 및 발생기전의 일단을 알고져 흰쥐에 체중 kg당 60mg의 상용량을 15일 및 30일간 투여하고 간세포의 미세구조를 관찰한 성적을 요약하면 다음과 같다. Aspirin을 15일 및 30일간 투여하고 1일후의 간세포에는 변성된 mitochondria 및 ER과 여러 가지 구조물을 함유하는 secondary lysosome이 많이 증가하였으며 이들 주위에는 증식된 SER이 에워싸고 있었다. 투여 3일후에서는 세포내 소기관들의 거의 정상적 회복과 더불어 lysosome은 대부분 residual body의 postlysosome 형태이었으며 그 주위에는 RER들이 배열되어 있었다. 이상의 성적으로 보아 aspirin에 의한 간세포의 손상은 mitochondria 및 RER에 경한 변성 변화를 초래하며 이들은 autophagolysosome의 형태로 곧 소화처리 된다고 생각된다. 또 autophagic vacuole의 막의 형성은 그 구조적 연관성으로 미루어 SER에서 유래하였을 가능성이 가장 큰 것으로 추정된다. This study was made to clarify the structure of lysosome and mechanism of autophagic vacuole formation in liver cells of the rat after aspirin administration. The following results were obtained: 1. Slightly degenerated mitochondria and RER and numerous secondary lysosomes containing various structures were noted on the first day after 15 and 30 consecutive days of administration. Proliferated SER were surrounded the lysosomes. 2. After three days of administration, degenerated cellular organelles were almostly restored and a few postlysosomes of residual body were surrounded by well developed RER. 3. Considering the forementioned results, aspirin induces mild degeneration on mitochondria and RER, which are phagocytosed and digested by autophagolysosomes. In the present study membrame formation of autophagic vacuoles is most likely originated Sfrom ER in according to the structural relationships.

Premature failure at the shear pin of stainless hot rolling mill caused by increasing productivity and fluctuation of roll torque raises significant downtime cost. To reduce downtime cost, UNSM (Ultrasonic Nanocrystal Surface Modification) treatment is applied to the neck groove of shear pin as the alternative to existing solutions. This treatment prevents premature failure, increases service life and reduces the number of replacements. Proper process variables of UNSM technology which give the strongest fatigue strength are determined by comparing with S-N curve of rotary bending test result. Surface roughness, hardness and compressive residual stress on three kinds of test specimens are analyzed together with SEM analysis of fracture surface. Real shear pins are produced by the property of highest fatigue strength and installed to the hot mill stand for validation. They come to pass as twice as the original operation cycle.

Surface topology, cone angle and the forces acting on the cone of the clutch type limited slip differential (LSD) are major design parameters for the bias ratio and the noise condition. Therefore much research has been dedicated to these developments but the results have been used to submit patents. A new cone type limited slip differential for sport utility vehicles and recreational vehicles, which has a very simple structure and easy compliance with the vehicle performance, has been developed by the axiomatic approach and the ultrasonic nano crystal surface modification (UNSM) technology. The design criteria and optimal value of the design parameters are determined by the axiomatic approach utilizing CAE tools. Test methodologies in a test rig and in a vehicle were also developed. Test results showed good performance of bias ratio and noise level but durability is still under testing. This study is an extension of F2006P266, FISITA 2006.

Neurilemoma usually discovered incidentally, is a benign nerve-sheath tumor which has been described as a painless mass. In most cases, the size of the mass was smaller than 5cm. However, it was reported that there were masses, sometimes associated with local tenderness and pain, whose size was over 6cm. Then, we have found there is a relationship between mass size and neurologic symptoms, as well as with, postoperative complications. It is important to diagnose early and to treat it. Twenty neurilemoma patients, who were treated at Keimyung University Dongsan Medical Center were analyzed using their clinical symptoms, pathologic findings, radiologic findings and complications. There was no sexual difference in tumor incidence. The anatomical locations of tumors were as follows. ; upper extremities in 15 cases(69%), axilla in 1 case(4%) and lower extremities in 6 cases(27%). Symptoms were palpable mass in 22 cases, local tenderness in 8 cases(36%), radiating pain in 6 cases(27%) and paresthesia in 6 cases(27%), Median nerve was involved most frequently(33%). There were 2 patients(10%) with multiple symptoms. Tumor enucleation was done in all cases. The size of tumors in longest axis was smaller than 2cm in 2 cases, between 2 and 4cm in 11 cases and more than 5cm in 9 cases. There was no case of malignant transformation or recurrence. In conclusion, incidence of clinical symptom and postoperative complications are increased with the size of the tumor especially over the 5cm. Preoperative MRI finding was the most accurate method of diagnosis and most helpful in determining surgical resection margin.
