        유체온도 변화에 따른 Raman 산란 특성

        This paper presents Raman scattering of liquid water to obtain the characteristics with variation of temperature. Very clear Stokes-Raman signals were observed, which shows H-O vibration stretching and H-O-H vibration bending. The obtained spectrum were processed by FFT filter to extract the noise and base. The spectral shape of the H-O stretching provided a various sensitive signature which allowed temperature to be determined by a curve-fitting technique. Those are Maximum Intensity, Maximum Wave Length, FWHM(Full Width at Half Maximum), PMCR(Polymer Monomer Concentration Ratio) and TSIR(Temperature Sensitive Intensity Ratio). TSIR method shows the highest accuracy of $0.1^{\circ}C$ in mean error and $0.32^{\circ}C$ In maximum error.

        An experimental study on heat transfer characteristics near the critical pressure has been performed with an internally-heated vertical annular channel cooled by R-134a fluid. Two series of tests have been completed: (a) steady-state critical heat flux (CHF) and (b) heat transfer tests for pressure reduction transients through the critical pressure. In the present experimental range, the steady-state CHF decreases with the increase of the system pressure For a fixed inlet mass flux and subcooling, the CHF falls sharply at about 3.8 MPa and shows a trend toward converging to zero as the pressure approaches the critical point of 4.059 MPa. The CHF phenomenon near the critical pressure does not lead to an abrupt temperature rise of the heated wall because the CHF occurred at remarkably low power levels. In the pressure reduction transient experiments, as soon as the pressure passed through the critical pressure, the wall temperatures rise rapidly up to a very high value due to the occurrence of the departure from nucleate boiling. The wall temperature reaches a maximum at the saturation point of the outlet temperature, then tends to decrease gradually.

        In general, yoke which is a part of unmanned helicopter was usually produced by machining. Forging process has been considered to improve proof stress against repeated loading of the product. In this case, it is needed to investigate the geometry and formability of the yoke for functional structure. Therefore a process design for yoke forming has been studied by using rapid prototyping. Rapid prototyping, 3D modelling which was obtained by a reverse engineering technique, and die design and forming analysis have been performed according to the conditions such as preform, flash control, underfill, and the distribution of damage in forging.

        Freon CHF experiments are carried out to investigate the CHF enhancements by mixing vane shapes of spacer grids in nuclear fuel assembly. The experiments were performed for a wide range mass flux, 50~3000 ㎏/㎡s. Three kinds of spacer grids in 5×5 rod bundles are tested: no mixing vane grids, hybrid mixing vane grids, and split mixing vane grids. The CHF performances are compared along with the data belong to the PWR operating conditions based on a water equivalence through a fluid-to-fluid modeling method. The average of the data in this range is 16.4% for 37 data of hybrid vane grid and 12.5% for 24 data of split vane. In the lower mass flux, however, the split vane grid shows slightly higher performance than the hybrid vane grid.

        인터넷기반 대학의 학사·조직 모형 탐색 : Designing the Academic and Organization Model for e-Universities

        본 연구는 디지철 원격대학 교육의 질을 높이기 위해 디지털 원격대학에 적합한 학사 행정 및 조직모형을 탐색, 제안하고 있다. 문헌분석, 전문가의견분석, 국내벤치마킹, 국내외 원격대학 현황분석 결과를 종합적으로 적용하였으며, 연구결과는 국내 디지털 원격대학의 학사·조직 모형에 대한 심도 있는 연구의 필요성과 이들 대학의 설치인가 기준을 좀 더 폭넓고 의미있는 영역에서 도출할 필요성을 보여주었다. 성공적인 교육서비스를 만들고 운영하기 위해서 원격대학이 갖추어야 할 학사 및 조직모형이 학사행정, 교수-학습지원, 학생지원 및 복지, 교육평가시스템의 교수·행정지원 측면에서 구체적으로 제안되었다. 그러나 본 연구가 제안하는 모형은 관련 기관이 디지털 원격대학을 설립 혹은 개선하고자 할 때 참고가 될 '개념적인 틀'일 뿐이며 적용하는 기관의 설립 철학과 다양한 변인들에 따라 무한히 다른 실제 모형이 가능함을 전제로 하고 있다. Organized and practical efforts to improve the quality of education are called for immediately with the unpamlleled expansion in its size and diversification in its Services. A part of such efforts is research on academic administration and organization model that can accomxhte diversities in distance education types, services, technologies, and students. The purpose of this study is to explore and purpose an acaderc administraton and organizational mDdel appropriate for enhancing the ectucatjonal quality of digital distance universities. It can be utilized as an alternative solution to the problems that digital distance universities in Korea and other countries have experienced with imppropn ate academic administration and organizational structure and the future evaluation of digital distance universities. This study employs a compmhensive cross analysis of a diverse set of information that enhances the quality of the research mxluct as follows: (1) Lterature Review; (2) Analysis of Web Sites; (3) Survey of e m opinions; (4) Benchmark analysis of domestic distance ahwtion enterprises; and (5) Current survey of digital distance universities A proposal of acadermc administration and organizational model for Cllgrtal distance universities is made based on the above literature review, smey of expert opinions, benchmark analysis of distance education enterprises, and analysis of acaderc administration and organization of international and domtic digital distance univt:r;lties. We prqpose an academic adnnn~s~~ition and organization d l for successful ducatiod service. 1711s mdel shows that digital distance universities should be equipped with detailed services on both the faculty and staff sides of the academic administsation, instsuCtion-leming suppxt, student aid, and educati~nal evaluation, and that these services also need suppart in the form of organization. ?'Re model also emphasizes flexibility and dynamism that connects services and organizations aid enables timely provision of Senrices and top-level receptiveness.
