This paper will be introduced focus on points to be considered quality improvement an instance of compaction administration standard and it a plan that In-cheon region dredged and reclaimed ground after compaction method make an estimate course of ground improvement effect conducted base on quality pertinent estimate and compaction test works.

A new approach to estimate the lateral earth pressure on the virtual backfill surface of the cantilever retaining wall is developed, based on the at-rest condition. The lateral earth pressure evaluated by the proposed method is in-between the earth pressures by Rankine's and Coulomb's theory. The difference between the lateral earth pressure by the pro posed method and those of existing methods diminishes as the backfill slope increases.
