        포스트모더니즘 특성에 따른 헤어아트 연구

        Post-modernism appeared in 1960s as a reaction against modernism. There have been studies on definition of hair art and its relationship with art or specific trends of thought. But there have been few studies on hair art in post-modernism. Therefore, this study aims to identify post-modernism shown in hair art to conceive, develop and produce hair art and present various methods to create hair art with representational characteristics of post-modernism. For the study, hair art works were created with uses of a mannequin, and fabric, feathers, wire, and cubic as materials based on disoriginality, disformation and inter-textuality. As a result, Butterfly Dream was intended to show disoriginality, Golden Flower to show disformation and Dualism to show inter-textuality. It is suggested that this study help us to expand our knowledge on new representational methods and understand meaning of beauty.

        Curcuma Longa L. 이용한 모발의 천연염색

        Decolored B-HR was dyed by using tannin and alum as mordants with turmerics ground to fine powder and dissolved in 6℃ distilled water. The content of a mordant varied in 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, and 0.7 g, along with different deposition times of 10, 20, 30, and 40 minutes, for experimentation. Color differences (ΔE) and fastness of dyed sample hair were measured by using a color meter, with morphological changes in hair observed by using a scanning electron microscope (SEM). As a result, NCc-HR having changes in color differences (ΔE) increased with longer deposition time in case of using alum. In case of using tannin, dyes not containing tannin showed the least color differences (ΔE), while those containing it tended to show an increase in color differences (ΔE) with longer deposition time for dyeing. NCc-30HR using 0.7 g alum and NCc-30HR using 0.1 g tannin showed good shampoo fastness.

        홍화를 이용한 모발의 천연염색

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy of Carthamus tinctorius, which shows high affinity to wool, for human hair dyeing as a natural dye. Before dyeing human hair with C. tinctorius, virgin hair was bleached by a conventional method using hair shop in the city. In order to study the dyeing properties of C. tinctorius on human hair, the effects of dyeing conditions on dye uptake, color difference (△E) and morphology were investigated. And the effect of alum and tannin mordanting on color change was also investigated. Dye uptake changed marginally as mordant contents increased in the range of 0.1~0.7g of tannin but not alum. Dye uptake increased progressively as deposition time increased in the range of 10~40 min. Shampooing fastness of NCy-HR using 0.7 g Alum showed the fellowing order, NCy-30HR>NCy-40HR>NCy-20HR>NCy-10HR. The hair was little damaged by bleaching, but cuticles were melted and stripped away by dyeing for longer time.

        시설재배 오이의 품종별, 생육단계별 항산화능 비교

        시설오이로 많이 재배되고 있는 4 품종을 선발하여 생육단계별로 DPPH radical 소거활성, 아질산염 소거활성, ABTS 소거활성 그리고 항산화효소 활성에 대하여 비교 분석하였다. 장죽청장 품종이 모든 생육단계에서 DPPH radical 소거활성이 상대적으로 높게 나타났으며, 그 외 품종들 간에는 큰 차이를 보이지는 않았다. 또한 생육단계별로는 수확기에 못 미친 미성숙단계에서 DPPH radical 소거 활성이 높게 나타났다. 아질산염 소거활성은 pH가 1.2일 경우 모든 품종과 생육단계에서 40% 이상분해시켰으며, 특히 장형낙합과 신조은백다다기 품종이 상대적으로 높은 활성을 보였다. 또한 pH 4.0에서는 추출물 모두에서 30% 이상의 아질산염 소거활성을 나타냈으며, pH 6.0에서는 대부분 활성이 없었다. ABTS 소거활성은 장죽청장과 늘푸른청장 품종이 다른 품종보다 상대적으로 다소 높은 소거능을 나타냈고, 생육단계별로는 대부분의 품종에서 ABTS 소거능에 큰차이를 보이지는 않았다. SOD 활성은 모든 품종과 전 생육단계에서 95% 이상의 높은 활성을 보였으며, 품종 간에 거의 유의한차이를 나타내지 않았다. CAT 활성은 전체적으로 장죽청장과늘푸른청장 품종이 그리고 APX 활성은 늘푸른청장, 장형낙합품종에서상대적으로 높은 활성을 나타냈고, POX 활성은 생육단계별로 뚜렷한 경향을 보여 수확기에 이를수록 활성이 현저히 감소하는 결과를 나타냈다. 본 실험의 결과, 오이의 높은 항산화능을 확인함으로서 향후 향장소재 및 식품소재로서의 이용가치성을 증대시킬 수 있음을 시사한다. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of antioxidant enzyme activity and radical scavengingactivities of cucumber grown greenhouse. The analytic method of antioxidant activities were measured by estimating DPPHfree radical scavenging, nitrite scavenging ability activity and ABTS radical scavenging ability. The DPPH free radicalscavenging activity of Jangjukcheongjang was the highest in most of the growth stage. The Nitrite scavenging ability at pH1.2 was more than 40% in all cultivars and growth stages. The ABTS radical scavenging ability of Jangjukcheongjang andNulpureuncheongjang showed relatively little higher than Janghyeongnakhap and Sinjoeunbaekdadagi. The SOD activityshowed higher activity than 95% in all cultivars and growth stages. The activity of CAT was highest in the Nulpureuncheongjangof 2 (12~16cm) growth stage, and the APX activity of Nulpureuncheongjang and Janghyeongnakhap showed arelatively high activity. The POX activity showed distinctly different trends depending on the growth stage, and that is, theactivity at harvest stage was significantly reduced. These results suggest that the cucumber had the potent biologicalactivities, and that in the future, the availability of cucumber will be increase in the field of high-value cosmetic and foodproducts.

        스프레이국화 꽃잎 추출물의 생리활성 및 항균효과

        스프레이 국화의 용도 다양화 측면에서 ‘금방울’, ‘매직볼’, ‘핑크팡팡’ 꽃잎을 수확하여 열수 및 에탄올 추출물의 생리활성 효과를 조사하였다. 총 페놀함량은 chlrogenic acid를 표준물질로 했을 때 열수 추출물에서는 ‘금방울’(100.1mg·L-1), ‘핑크팡팡’(66.4mg·L-1), ‘매직볼’(52.9mg·L-1)순으로, 에탄올 추출물에서는 ‘매직볼’ (95.7mg·L-1), ‘핑크팡팡’(65.1mg·L-1), ‘금방울’(49.4mg·L-1) 순으로 많았다. 플라보노이드 함량은 열수 추출물은 ‘핑크팡팡’에서 45.7mg·L-1로, 에탄올 추출물에서는 ‘매직볼’이 54.0mg·L-1로 가장 많았다. 전자공여능에서 IC50값은 열수 추출물과 에탄올 추출물 모두 ‘매직볼’에서 각각 166.0 및 112.7mg·L-1로 가장 낮게 나타나 효과적이었다. 아질산염 소거능은 IC50값을 고려할 때 열수 추출물에서는 ‘핑크팡팡’(112.1mg·L-1)이, 에탄올 추출물에서는 ‘매직볼’(105.3mg·L-1)이 효과적이었다. 항균활성은 ‘매직볼’의 에탄올 추출물이 그람양성균인 Bacillus subtilis와 그람음성균인 Salmonella enteritidis에 대해 높은 활성을 나타냈다. 결론적으로 '매직볼'의 생리활성효과가 좋은 것으로 나타났으며, 스프레이 국화의 품종 간에 생리활성 차이가 있는 것이 확인되었다. 따라서 금후 스프레이 국화의 용도 확대와 이용성 향상 측면에서 각각의 품종에 대한 생리활성 효과 구명이 필요하다. This study was conducted to use the various aspects of spray chrysanthemum. Petals of spray chrysanthemum 'Geumbangeul', 'Magic Ball' and 'Pink Pangpang' were harvested and extracted through hot water and ethanol methods to examine their physiological activities. For hot water extract method, total phenolic compound contents of the ‘Geumbangeul’, ‘Magic Ball’ and ‘Pink Pangpang’ petals were 100.1, 52.9 and 66.4mg·L-1, respectively. However, total phenolic compound contents of the ‘Magic Ball’, ‘Pink Pangpang’ and ‘Geumbangeul’ by ethanol extract method were 95.7, 65.1 and 49.4mg·L-1, respectively. Total flavonoid contents of the ‘Pink Pangpang’ through hot water extract method was 45.7mg·L-1, and of the ‘Magic Ball’ through ethanol extract method was 54.0mg·L-1. DPPH radical scavenging activity of ‘Magic Ball’ petal extract by both hot water and ethanol extract methods showed to decreasing pattern. ‘Magic Ball’ had the highest anti-microbial activity against the gram-positive strain of Bacillus subtilis and the gram-negative strain of Salmonella enteritidis. In conclusion, petal extract of spray chrysanthemum ‘Magic Ball’ had good physiological and anti-microbial activities. Further research is needed to investigate different physiological activities among spray chrysanthemum cultivars.
