스포츠센터 지도자의 그릿이 직무만족 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 스포츠센터에서 근무하는 지도자의 그릿이 직무만족 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 관계를 실증적으로 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산광역시, 김해시, 양산시, 창원시에 소재한 스포츠센터 10곳에 근무하는 스포츠센터 지도자들을 모집단으로 선정하고, 편의표본추출법을 사용하여 350명의 자료를 수집하였다. 이 중 설문응답이 불성실하다고 판단되는 46명의 자료를 제외한 304 명의 자료를 실제분석에 이용하였으며, 자료 분석은 SPSS 26.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 단순회귀분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 절차에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠센터 지도자의그릿은 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠센터 지도자의 그릿은 고객지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지도자의 직무만족은 고객지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 지도자의 열정과인내를 내포하는 그릿이 높을수록 직무에 대한 만족도를 높일 수 있으며, 이는 고객을 효율적으로 관리해 나감은 물론 질 높은 서비스 제공 및 고객의 필요와 욕구에 부응할 수 있는 고객지향성 측면에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다.

태권도장의 교육서비스품질에 대한 중요도-성취도 분석

The purpose of this study was to establish an improvement strategy for the quality of education services in taekwondo gyms in the future by deriving a priority order among the quality of education services perceived by parents through the importance-achievement analysis of the quality of education services in taekwondo gyms. To this end, parents who send their children to three taekwondo gyms in Busan were selected as the population, and 355 samples were sampled using a convenience sampling method. Of these, a total of 330 data were used for the final analysis, excluding 25 data judged to be insufficient in reliability. As for the data processing method, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, paired-sample t-test, and IPA were performed using the SPSS 26.0 program. First, The results obtained through this procedure are as follows. First, the order of importance for educational service quality was in the order of assurance, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and tangibles, and the order of performance was in the order of empathy, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and tangibles. Second, as a result of analyzing the difference between the importance and achievement of educational service quality, it was found that there were significant differences in all items except one item of tangible “appropriate facilities and atmosphere” and five items of empathy. Third, as a result of the IPA on educational service quality, quadrant I included 11 items such as ‘fulfillment of rules and promises’, and quadrant II included 3 items such as ‘providing the best benefits’. Quadrant Ⅲ included 5 items including ‘Supplies related to Taekwondo’, and quadrant Ⅳ included 3 items including ‘notice of event schedule’. In other words, it suggests that Taekwondo gym managers can focus on improving and investing in the three items included in the second quadrant to provide differentiated educational services for Taekwondo gyms, which can be an effective educational service strategy for Taekwondo gyms. 본 연구는 태권도장의 교육서비스품질에 대한 중요도-성취도 분석을 통해 학부모가 지각하는 교육서비스품질 중 우선적으로 개선되어야 하는 순위를 도출하여 향후 태권도장의 교육서비스품질에 대한 개선 전략을 수립하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산시에 소재한 태권도장 3곳에 자녀를 보내고 있는 학부모를 모집단으로 선정하였으며, 편의표본추출법으로 355명의 표본을 추출하였다. 이 중 신뢰성이 부족하다고 판단되는 25명의 자료를 제외한 총 330명의 자료를 최종 분석에 이용하였다. 자료처리방법은 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 대응표본 t-test, IPA를 실시하였다. 이러한 절차를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육서비스품질에 대한 중요도 순위는 확신성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 공감성, 유형성 순으로 나타났으며, 성취도 순위는 공감성, 신뢰성, 확신성, 반응성, 유형성 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육서비스품질에 대한 중요도 및 성취도 간의 차이를 분석한 결과, 유형성의 ‘적합한 시설 및 분위기’ 1개 항목과 공감성의 5항목을 제외한 모든 문항에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육서비스품질에 대한 IPA 결과, Ⅰ사분면은 ‘규칙 및 약속 이행’ 등 11개 항목이 포함되었으며, Ⅱ사분면은 ‘최선의 혜택 제공’ 등 3개 항목이 포함되었다. Ⅲ사분면은 ‘태권도와 관련된 용품’ 등 5항목이 포함되었으며, Ⅳ사분면은 ‘행사 일정 공지’ 등 3개 항목이 포함되었다. 즉, 태권도장 경영자는 태권도장의 차별화된 교육 서비스를 위해 2사분면에 포함된 3개의 항목에 집중적으로 개선 및 투자하는 것이 태권도장의 효과적인 교욱 서비스 전략이 될 수 있음을 시사한다.

국내 프로축구경기장의 서비스스케이프에 대한 중요도-성취도 분석

This study aimed to assess, to compare, and to analyze importance and performance about K-league football stadium service-scape using IPA technique. For this purpose a group consisting of 320 individuals who live in Changwon, Pohang, Ulsan, or Busan and who had visited a professional sporting event at Changwon football center, Pohang steel yard, Ulsan sports complex, or Gudeok stadium, was selected and sampled using the convenience sampling method. After removing the responses of 15 of the original 320 individuals due to unreliability the remaining 305 were used for analysis. Exploratory factor analysis was administrated and cronbach’s α was produced for the measurement instrument validity and reliability with SPSS 25.0, and for research purpose, frequency analysis, paired-t test, and IPA were conducted. The findings shows as follows. First, the results of the comparison of importance according to the domestic professional soccer stadiums showed that a professional soccer stadium were in order of cleanliness, match information, convenience, accessibility, operation staff and design, while a general sports stadium were in order of cleanliness, accessibility, game information, operation staff, convenience and design. Quadrant Ⅱ included 3 attributes such as ‘sanitary toilet’ and ‘parking amenity of stadium’. Quadrant Ⅲ indicated 6 attributes of ‘accessibility of stadium’ and ‘interior and exterior attraction’. Quadrant Ⅳ indicated 5 attributes of ‘convenience for ticketing’ and ‘convenience using snack bar’. Fourth, as the result of IPA on service-scape of a general sports stadium, quadrant Ⅰ included 7 attributes such as ‘accessibility of stadium’ and ‘passing of passage and gateway’. Quadrant Ⅱ included 6 attributes having ‘convenience for ticketing’ and ‘convenience checking ticket’. Quadrant Ⅲ indicated 5 attributes including ‘convenience using snack bar’, quadrant Ⅳ indicated 7 attributes including ‘convenience for toilet and information usage’ and ‘cleanliness for stadium’. 이 연구는 IPA기법을 활용하여 국내 프로축구경기장 서비스스케이프에 대한 중요도와 성취도를 평가하고 비교, 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 창원시, 포항시, 울산시, 부산시에 거주하는 국내 프로축구 관람객 가운데 창원축구센터와 포항스틸야드, 울산종합운동장, 구덕운동장을 방문한 경험이 있는 관중들을 모집단으로 설정한 후 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 총 320명을 표집하였으며, 불성실한 답변으로 판단되는 15부를 제외한 305명의 자료를 실제 분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 설문지 검정을 위해 탐색적 요인분석, Cronbach’s α를 실시하였고, 연구결과를 도출하기 위하여 빈도분석, 대응표본 t-test, IPA를 실시하였다. 이러한 절차를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 프로축구 경기장에 따른 중요도 비교 결과, 축구전용구장은 청결성, 경기정보, 편의성, 접근성, 운영요원, 디자인 순으로 나타났으며, 비전용구장은 청결성, 접근성, 경기정보, 운영요원, 편의성, 디자인 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 국내 프로축구 경기장에 따른 성취도 비교 결과, 축구전용구장은 경기정보, 청결성, 편의성, 운영요원, 접근성, 디자인 순으로 나타났으며, 비전용구장은 경기정보, 편의성, 운영요원, 접근성, 청결성, 디자인 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 프로축구 전용경기장의 서비스스케이프에 대한 IPA 결과, Ⅰ사분면은 ‘입장권 확인절차 편리’, ‘안내판을 통해 좌석 찾기 편리’ 등 11가지 속성이 포함되는 것으로 나타났으며, Ⅱ사분면은 ‘화장실의 청결성’, ‘경기장의 주차시설’ 등 3가지 속성이 포함되는 것으로 나타났다. Ⅲ사분면은 ‘경기장의 접근성’, ‘인테리어 및 외관의 매력’ 등 6가지 속성이 포함되었으며, Ⅳ사분면은 ‘입장권 구입시 편리’, ‘매점 이용 편리’ 등 5가지 속성이 포함되는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 프로축구 비전용구장의 서비스스케이프에 대한 IPA 결과, Ⅰ사분면은 ‘경기장의 접근성’, ‘출입구와 통로의 통행’ 등 7가지 속성이 포함되는 것으로 나타났으며, Ⅱ사분면은 ‘입장권 구입시 편리’, ‘입장권 확인절차 편리’ 등 6가지 속성이 포함되는 것으로 나타났다. Ⅲ사분면은 ‘매점 이용 편리’, ‘인테리어 및 외관의 매력’ 등 5가지의 속성이 포함되는 것으로 나타났으며, Ⅳ사분면은 ‘화장실, 안내센터 이용 편리’, ‘경기장의 청결성’ 등 7가지 속성이 포함되는 것으로 나타났다.

대학 전공체육 실기수업의 교육서비스품질에 대한 중요도: 성취도 분석

Purpose The purpose of this study was to establish an improvement strategy for the educational service quality of college major physical education classes in the future by deriving the priority of items that need improvement through the analysis of the importance and achievement of the educational service quality of the college physical education classes. Method majors from seven universities in Busan, Daegu and Gyeongbuk, and for data analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, paired sample t-test, and IPA were performed using the SPSS 26.0 program. Result IPA results on educational service quality, in the Ⅰ quadrant, seven items were included, including, 'positive feedback,’ in the Ⅱ quadrant, four items were included, including ‘notice of class plan'. In the Ⅲ quadrant, four items were included, including ‘composition appropriate for the", In the Ⅳ quadrant, three items were included, including "provement of practical skills.’ Conclusion Specific and useful data on the quality management of university education were presented by improving the quality of educational services for systematic management of universities in a situation where the crisis of university education is accelerating due to social and environmental changes and a decrease in the school-age population.

프로축구 구단의 사회공헌활동과 구단이미지, 구단동일시, 구단자산의 구조적 관계

본 연구는 국내 프로축구 구단의 사회공헌활동과 구단이미지, 구단동일시, 구단자산 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내 프로축구 구단 중 서울FC, 경남FC, 대구FC, 부산아이파크, 수원삼성, 울산현대, 전북현대 등 7개 구단의 팬들을 모집단으로 선정하였다. 표집방법은 유목적 표집방법을 이용하여 총 728명을 표집하였으며, 이 중 불성실한 응답으로 판단되는 28명의 자료를 제외한 700명의 자료를 실제 분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 26.0과 AMOS 26.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계 분석, 확인적 요인분석, Cronbach’s α 계수 산출, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 절차에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로축구 구단의 사회공헌활동은 구단이미지에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 사회공헌활동 하위요인인 사회적 차원의 공헌활동, 자선적 차원의 공헌활동, 공익적 차원의 공헌활동 모두 구단이미지에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프로축구 구단의 구단이미지는 구단동일시에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 프로축구 구단의 구단동일시는 구단신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 프로축구 구단의 구단동 일시는 구단태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 프로축구 구단의 구단신뢰는 구단충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 프로축구 구단의 구단태도는 구단충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to identify the structural relationship between the social contribution activities, club image, club identity, and club equity of domestic professional soccer clubs. The population of this study was spectators who attended professional soccer games in Seoul FC, Gyeongnam FC, Daegu FC, Busan I-Park, Suwon Samsung, Ulsan Hyundai, and Jeonbuk Hyundai. Using purposive sampling method, 728 peoples were asked to respond the survey. Out of 728 data, 700 data were finally used for this study. Data analysis was conducted using the SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 statistical programs to analyze frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, Cronbach"s alpha calculation, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis. The findings of the study were as follows. First, professional soccer club"s social contribution activities had a positive effect on the club image. Second, club image had a positive effect on club identification. Third, club identification had a positive effect on club trust. Forth, club identification had a positive effect on the club attitude. Fifth, club trust had a positive effect on club loyalty. Sixth, club attitude had a positive effect on club loyalty.

The purpose of this study was to ascertain the relationship between servicescape in domestic professional football stadiums to the perceived value, spectating satisfaction and loyalty of spectators. For this purpose, spectators of domestic professional soccer stadium that is located in Busan, Ulsan, Changwon, and Pohang were selected as a population. A total of 320 people were collected using the convenience sampling method, and 305 data were used for the actual analysis, excluding 15 who were judged to be incomplete surveys. Using the SPSS 25.0 program, the validity and reliability of the survey tools were verified through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s α coefficient calculation, and correlation analysis. Furthermore simple regression analysis and multiple regression analyses were conducted for hypothesis verification. The findings shows as follows. First, servicescape had a positive effect on perceived value. Second, servicescape had a positive effect on spectator satisfaction. Third, servicescape had a positive effect on loyalty. Fourth, perceived value had a positive effect on spectator satisfaction. Fifth, perceived value had a positive effect on loyalty. Sixth, spectator satisfaction had a positive effect on loyalty.

학교스포츠클럽 참가 중학생의 운동몰입과 운동열정이 운동정서 및 운동지속에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 학교스포츠클럽 활동에 참가하는 중학생의 운동몰입과 운동열정이 운동정서 및 운동지속에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써, 중학생의 학교스포츠클럽활동 활성화를 도모하는데 필요한 정보를 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 부산시 소재의 중학교 학생을 모집단으로 선정하였으며, 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 550명의 표본을 선정하였다. 자료수집은 설문지를 이용하였으며, 이 중 불성실한 응답으로 판단되는 17부를 제외한 533명의 응답이 결과분석에 최종적으로 사용되었다. 자료 분석방법으로는 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, Crobach’s α계수 산출, 상관관계 분석, 중다회귀분석이 이루어졌으며, 다음과 같은 결과가 도출되었다. 첫째, 학교스포츠클럽 참가 중학생의 운동몰입은 운동정서에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학교스포츠클럽 참가 중학생의 운동열정은 운동정서에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학교스포츠클럽 참가 중학생의 운동몰입은 운동지속에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학교스포츠클럽 참가 중학생의 운동열정은 운동지속에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to identify the effects commitment and passion towards exercise of middle school students who participated in school sports club activities had on exercise emotion and continuance. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between psychological factors of students who participated in school sports club activities and to suggest effective information to foster active participation in school sports club activities, how to maintain consistent student participation, and to lay a foundation to promote a lifelong healthy lifestyle. For this purpose, the respondents were boys and girls in a middle school located in Pusan City, with a sample of 550 selected by convenience-sampling. The final data analysis was based on 533 respondents as 17 respondents were excluded based on incomplete surveys. Of the 41 questions used in the survey, 7 were based on their commitment exercise, 13 to their passion for exercise, 10 on their exercise emotion, 7 on exercise continuance, and 4 questions about their demographic characteristics. A 5 point Likert scale was applied to all items for convenience of data processing. IBM SPSS statistics 23.0 was used as methods for testing hypotheses. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, coefficients of Cronbach’s α, and correlation analysis to verify reliability and validity of measurement instrument were conducted. In addition, a multiple regression analysis was conducted for testing hypotheses. The findings of this result showed as follows. First, the level of commitment to exercise of middle school students who participated in school sports club activities had a statistically significant and positive effect on exercise emotion. Second, the level of passion for exercise middle school students who participated in school sports club activities had a statistically significant and positive effect on exercise emotion. Third, the level of commitment to exercise of middle school students who participated in school sports club activities had a statistically significant and positive effect on exercise continuance. Fourth, the level of passion for exercise middle school students had who participated in school sports club activities had a statistically significant and positive effect on exercise continuance.

마이크로그리드 실증사이트의 보호협조 전략

In microgrid demonstration site, distributed generations can make bidirectional power flows on the system. If an accident occurs, the fault current from the inverter based distributed generation is small. However, the conventional protection scheme in distribution network is designed to operate at high fault current. This means that the traditional protection of distribution network is no longer applicable and new protection methods must be developed. In this paper, for two cases, algorithms for protection coordination of demonstration site is proposed and verified through PSCAD/EMTDC simulation. In first case, protection devices are assumed to have the abilities of directional relaying and communication. In second case, protection devices do not have those abilities. Proposed protection coordination algorithms detect the fault locations and protect the microgrid fairly well.
