팬더믹 상황에서 태권도 지도자의 생계스트레스와 자긍심의 관계: 관장과 사범의 자기효능감 및 사회적 지원의 조절효과 비교

This study was focused on exploring the stress factors of the owners and masters who run the Taekwondo gym in the field out of concerns that the status and position of Taekwondo, Korea's representative traditional sports, could deteriorate in the wake of the pandemic era caused by COVID-19. Based on the quantitative method by questionnaire, SPSS factor analysis, reliability test, regression analysis, and process macro statistics were used. Main results are as follows. The two moderating variables of self-efficacy and social support were found to reduce self-esteem based on interaction with living stress in the case of the master group, but there was no effect on the owner. The Pandemic situation caused considerable living stress in the lives of Taekwondo leaders, and such living stress seems to have worked by a psychological mechanism to resolve cognitive dissonance by causing higher psychological conflicts among masters than owners.

철도차량 검수직 종사자의 책임사고경험이 스트레스 및 일과 삶의 균형에 미치는 영향: 자기효능감의 조절효과

This study quantitatively tested the causality among experiences of responsibility accidents, emergency situationstress, and ‘negative spillover of work’, and also the moderating effect of self-efficacy as a personality traitfocusing on the rollingstock inspectors. The results showed that the experience of responsibility accidents had a significanteffect on negative spillover of work, fully mediated by emergency situation stress. And self-efficacy showed a significanteffect, mitigating the levels of emergency situation stress and ‘negative spillover of work’ by moderating therelationships between ‘experience of responsibility accident → emergency situation stress’, and 'emergency situationstress → ‘negative spillover of work’. The results suggest the necessity of institutional countermeasures for enhancingthe level of quality of life of rollingstock inspectors.

사회복지사의 비상상황 스트레스가 신체피로, WLB 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향: 다중집단분석

본 연구는 각종 사회복지시설에서 종사하는 사회복지사들의 다양한 스트레스 원천 가운데 일상적으로 경험할 수 있는 비상상황 스트레스를 다룬 선행연구가 없다는 점에 착안하여, 비상상황 스트레스, 신체피로, 일-여가 균형 및 조직몰입 간의 인과관계를 경로분석을 통해 분석하였다. 이와 함께 사회복지사의 성별, 학력, 자격등급, 근속년수 및 혼인상태 등 인구통계요인별로 집단간에 경로의 차이가 있는지를 다중집단분석을 통해 살펴보았다. 전체표본 분석 결과, 주경로는 ‘비상상황 스트레스→신체피로→일-여가 균형→조직몰입’인 것으로 나타났다. 다중집단분석에서는 학력이 상대적으로 낮을 경우 일-여가 균형이 조직몰입을 더욱 높이는 것으로 나타났고, 근속년수가 짧을수록 신체피로가 일-여가 균형에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 일과 삶의 균형을 통한 삶의 질 향상이라는 사회적 명제에 비추어 볼 때 비상상황 스트레스의 효과적 관리를 통해 신체피로를 낮추고 일-여가 균형을 증대하는 것이 중요함을 시사한다. 궁극적으로 사회복지사들은 일상적인 비상상황 스트레스에 노출되는 만큼 이들의 비상상황 스트레스 수준을 낮추고 신체피로를 완화하여 삶의 질을 제고하기 위한 제도적 노력이 지속적으로 요구된다고 하겠다. This study analyzed the causal relationship between emergency stress, physical fatigue, work-leisure balance, and organizational commitment through path analysis, considering that there are no prior studies dealing with emergency stress that can be experienced on a daily basis among various stress sources of social workers working in various social welfare facilities., using multi-group analysis to examine whether there are differences in pathways between groups by demographic factors such as gender, educational background, certificate level, number of years of service, and marital status of social workers. As a result of the overall sample analysis, it was found that the main route was 'emergency situation stress → physical fatigue → work-leisure balance → organizational commitment'. In a multi-group analysis, work-leisure balance further increases organizational commitment when academic background is relatively low, and physical fatigue negatively affects work-leisure balance as the number of years of service is shorter. This suggests that it is important to reduce physical fatigue and increase work-leisure balance through effective management of emergency stress in light of the social proposition of improving quality of life through work-life balance. Ultimately, as social workers are exposed to daily emergency stress, institutional efforts are constantly required to lower their emergency stress levels and alleviate physical fatigue to improve their quality of life.

철도차량 검수원의 안전풍토 지각이 안전행동에 미치는 영향: 조직문화의 조절효과

This study intends to depict and highlight the relationship between safety climate and safety behavior with additional purpose of analyzing the moderating effect of organizational culture on the causality between safety climate and safety behavior. A field study based on questionnaire was performed focused on the rolling stock inspectors to testify hypotheses, using SPSS. Results showed that safety practise has a significant positive effect on safety behavior. And in case of moderating effect, constructive culture showed no moderating effect, however job demand and affiliative culture showed certain degree of moderating effect. This results suggest the necessity of analyzing detailed situations and conditions for enhancing the level of safety behavior for rolling stock inspectors. 본 연구는 안전풍토가 안전행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하려는 목적과 함께 조직문화가 이들 두 변인간의 인과관계에서 어떤 조절효과를 나타내는지를 밝혀보려는 목적에서 시작하였다. 설문에 토대해철도차량 검수직 종사자들을 대상으로 SPSS를 이용하여 가설검증을 수행한 결과, 안전실천이 안전행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조절효과에서는 건설적 문화를 제외한 직무요구와 친화적 문화에서 유의한 부분적 조절효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이 같은 연구결과는 검수직 종사자들의 안전행동 제고를 위해 상황과 조건에 대한 좀 더 섬세한 분석의 필요성을 제시해준다.

사회복지사의 교대근무스트레스가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향: 심리우울의 매개효과와 조직기반자긍심의 조절효과

The purpose of this study was to explore and analyze how job stress incurred by continuous and repetitive shift work affects their health and organizational commitment for social workers. As a result of the analysis, it was found that work shift stress does not directly affect organizational commitment, but affects organizational commitment mediated by psychological depression. And in this process, organizational-based self-esteem was found to have the effect of partially alleviating psychological depression by moderating work shift stress. The results of this analysis raise the need for in-depth analysis of the causality between shift stress and psychological depression at the practical level, while raising the need to establish practical systems and programs to enhance social workers' organization-based self-esteem. 본 연구의 목적은 사회복지생활시설에 근무하는 사회복지사의 교대근무 스트레스가 그들의 건강과 조직몰입에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지 탐색하고 분석하는 데 있다. 분석 결과, 교대근무스트레스는 조직몰입에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않고 심리우울을 매개로 하여 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 과정에서 조직기반자긍심이 교대근무 스트레스를 조절하여 심리적 우울을 일부 완화하는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이 같은 연구 결과를 토대로 사회복지기관에 근무하는 사회복지사의 근무패턴에 대한 실무적 차원의 심층분석의 필요성과 동시에 이들의 조직기반자긍심을 제고하기 위한 실천적 제도와 프로그램 구축의 필요성을 제기하고 있다.

도시철도 공기업 사회공헌 활동 연구 - 서울메트로를 중심으로

우리나라 최초지방공기업 이자 도시철도인 서울메트로가 개통 된지 40 년이 되었다. 공기업은 일반기업에서 중요시하는 영리추구보다 공익성을 우선한다. 도시철도 공기업이 시민의 발인 교통수단으로서 본연의 책무에 충실함은 물론 공익성의 실천방안으로 사회공헌 활동을 하는 것은 지역사회를 위한 책임과 도덕적 의무라 할 수 있다. 도시철도 공기업은 국민생활과 가장 밀접한 서비스를 생산 제공하는 역할을 함으로 공익적 책임을 더 요구 받게 된다. 사회공헌활동은 우리 사회가 적극적으로 요구하는 시대적 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구를 통하여 도시철도 공기업의 사회 공헌활동을 살펴보고 서울메트로의 사회공헌활동을 중심으로 도시철도 공기업의 사회공헌활동 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 도시철도 무임승차에 대한 개선 방안 연구

도시철도의 무임승차 제도가 도입 된지 35 년이 지났다 무임승차 관련 근거는 노인복지법 제 26 조, 장애인 복지법 제 30 조 그리고 유공자 예우에 관련법에 의한 무임승차제도가 현재 시행되고 있다 2014 년 서울메트로의 무임수송 인원은 1,510 만 여명으로 전체 수송인원 중 13.3%를 점유하고 있으며 무임승차로 인한 손실액은 1,740 억에 달하고 있어 경영에 막대한 지장을 초래하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구를 통하여 서울메트로를 중심으로 도시철도기업의 무임승차에 따른 개선방안을 모색해 보고자 한다. 철도차량 검수원의 직무스트레스가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 철도차량 검수직 종사자를 대상으로 직무스트레스, 피로, 성격특성(통제위치), 삶의 질(일의 부정적 전이)의 관계를 밝혀보려는 것이다. 연구모형의 검증 결과 이례상황 및 직무제도 스트레스가 신체적 피로를 부분매개로 ‘일의 부정적 전이’에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 통제위치는 직무스트레스와의 상호작용을 통해 신체피로와 심리피로를 조절해주는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 결과는 직무스트레스와 신체피로의 해결방안으로 전동차 검사주기 조정과 교대근무의 합리적 변환 필요성을 시사하는 것이며, 직원의 충원 및 유지관리에서 건전한 내적통제위치 성향의 제고방안이 필요함을 의미하는 것이다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between job stress, fatigue, personality(LOC), and quality of life(negative spillover of work) of rolling stock inspectors. Results showed that emergency situation & task/system stress had a significant effect on the negative spillover of work partially mediated by physical fatigue, and also LOC moderated physical & psychological fatigue interacting with job stress. These results suggest the necessity of inspection interval and shift system change for the mitigation of job stress and physical fatigue, and also the necessity of countermeasures for enhancing sound internal LOC in the process of acquisition and maintenance of inspectors.

도시철도 근로자 직종별 산업재해 현황 분석 및 개선방안

2014년도 서울 수도권 교통지표를 살펴보면 대중교통이 전체 수송률의 66%이며 이중 도시철도는 39%를 차지하고 있다. 대중교통수송분담률은 전반적으로 증가하는 추세에 있고, 도시철도에 대한 이용도가 높아지면서 고장 및 사고 사례도 증가하고 있다. 도시철도의 안전한 운행을 위해서는 업무를 수행하는 근로자의 건강권 확보와 산업재해 예방이 무엇보다 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 도시철도에 종사하는 근로자들의 건강권 확보와 산업재해를 예방하기 위해 도시철도 근로자의 직종별 산업재해 현황과 소속별 현황을 살펴보고 개선방안에 대해 고찰하고자 한다. According to traffic metrics in the Seoul metropolitan area in FY 2014, public transportation accounts for 66% of the total transportation and double urban railways account for 39%. The number of cases of breakdowns and accidents is increasing as the use of urban railways increases and there is no better way to ensure the health rights of workers who work for the safe operation of urban railways and the prevention of labor accidents In this study, in order to secure the health rights of workers who work on urban railways and to prevent work-related accidents, it is necessary to look at the current state of work-related disasters by occupational categories of urban railway workers, I would like to consider this.
