A study on corrosion and adhesion properties of evaporated Zn-Cr films were conducted on steel strip by two-source evaporater. Corrosion resistance of Zn-Cr coated steel was evaluated by salt spray test in 5% NaCl. Adhesion property of Zn-Cr films on steel substrate was evaluated by tape test after $180^\circC$ bending. Adhesion was improved with increasing the Cr content and reached the maximum at the Cr content of 6 to 8wt%. Corrosion resistance was enhanced with increasing the Cr content and improved by rolling Zn-Cr coated specimen, as a post-treatment.
급냉응고한 2000계 Al 합금의 시효경화거동에 미치는 천이금속의 영향

Rapidly solidified flakes of 2219 aulminum based alloys with or without addition of Mn, Fe, Ni were produced by atomizing the alloy melt and subesquent splat quenching onto a water-cooled coppper roll. Microhardness Vickers measurements, DSC and TEM techniques were used with the purpose of indentifying age hardening behavior in the heat-treated conditions. Age hardenability of both 2024 and 2219 based alloys was decreased with addition of transition metals that formed insoluable compounds with copper. However, the decrease in age hardenability was more pronounced in 2219 based alloys. In 2024 based alloys, some amount of age hardenability was always remained. Mn-bearing alloy shows the best response as compared with all the alloys studied in this works.

The corrosion and the microstructural properties of evaporated Al-Cr films on the steel strip by two-source evaporator have been investigated. The corrosion resistance of Al-Cr coated steel was evaluated by the salt spray test as well as the anodic polarization test in 0.1N NaCl. Porosity of coated Layer was also compared with the corrosion resistance property. Corrosion resistance was improved with increasing the Cr content in Al-Cr films, and it was the maximum in the Cr content of 10 to 15wt%. However, corrosion resistance was decreased over 15wt% of Cr content films, it was thought to be due to porous microstrucute resulting from the formation of intermetallic compound phases.

Hydraulic cylinder is one of many part on the hydraulic excavator working. Cushion has the important function of protecting cylinder against the shock when the piston comes at end position. Also, the cushion of cylinder has a great effect on the operator"s comfortable. In this study, we have done a comparative analysis through computer simulation and experimental value on pressure that occurs on a cylinder moving excavator.

Hydraulic cylinder gets a big shock by acceleration when the piston comes at end position. In order to absorb this shock, we are looking for in Cushion Mechanism. Also, the cushion of cylinder has a great effect on the operator's comfortable. In this study, we have done a comparative analysis result through AMESim and experimental result that occurs on a cylinder moving excavator.
