        중년기 아이돌보미 여성의 돌봄활동 경험

        Purpose: The purpose of this phenomenological study was to explore middle-aged child care providers' experience in caring for children in the community. Methods: The participants were 10 middle-aged child care providers. In-depth interviews were conducted between August and September, 2014 until data. Colaizzi's method of data analysis was applied to inductively determine themes and formulated meanings. Data saturation was achieved and methodological rigor was established Results: Four themes were extracted from 12 meanings. The four themes of the child care providers' experience in caring for children were: 1) weariness from care-giving, 2) the search for one's own solutions, 3) a cheerful attitude to life, 4) the opportunity to start a new life. Conclusion: The results of this study provide useful information for understanding child care providers' experiences in caring for children and establishing effective strategies to support these child care providers.

        간호대학생의 스트레스 수준, 근원 및 대처방식

        Purpose: This study is conducted to investigate the stress level, stress source and stress coping of nursing students in college. Methods: This study was a cross sectional survey and the data was collected from 341 nursing students by means of self-reported questionnaires from April 2 to May 31, 2012. Collected data were analyzed on SPSS win 18.0. Results: The nursing students experienced moderate levels of stress. The source of stress for students came from 'one's own self'. The most common stress coping used by students was 'make a wish'. There were significant differences in the source of stress and the stress coping according to the nursing students' year of school and other general characteristics, such as motivation of entrance and satisfaction in school life. Conclusion: These results suggest that it is important to develop stress management program and strategies based on nursing students' individual characteristics and sources of stress.

        노인요양시설 봉사경험 간호대학생의 생명윤리 주관성

        Purpose: This study aims to determine the bioethical subjectivity of nursing students with experience volunteering in elderly care facilities, and the characteristics that comprise the types thereof. Methods: Q methodology, which analyzes the subjectivity of each type, was used. The 37 selected Q statements from 32 participants were classified into the shape of a normal distribution using a 9-point scale. The collected data were analyzed using the PC-QUANL program. Results: The survey revealed that the bioethical subjectivity of nursing students with experience volunteering in elderly care facilities can be divided into three types: a rational dignity emphasis, an autonomous right to life belief, and conflict avoidance. All three attitudes regard human beings as possessing dignity, and life and death as elements to be experienced as aspects of human life. Bioethical values are critical to treatment and care; however, it is sometimes also held that humans have the right to commit suicide. Conclusion: This study enhanced our awareness of nursing students’ bioethics. The findings can be used as a basis for the design of differentiated bioethics education according to each type of bioethical subjectivity. This calls for diverse research on bioethics and the implementation of effective bioethics education.

        급성 심장질환자 간호에 대한 웹기반 시뮬레이션과 고충실도 시뮬레이션 교육 효과

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to assess the efficacy of web-based simulation and high-fidelity simulation on acute heart disease patient care. Methods: The project used a comparative study design with two simulation-based training modalities. A total of 144 nursing students participated in this study: 76 students in a web-based simulation, and 68 students in a high-fidelity simulation. Participants rated their self-efficacy, problem-solving ability, interest in learning, level of stress, satisfaction with the simulation experience, and level of difficulty of the simulation. Results: The scores for self-efficacy, problem-solving ability, and interest in learning including interest in clinical training in the high-fidelity simulation group was higher than in the web-based simulation group. However, there were no significant differences in interest in learning, including interest in nursing knowledge, and in lab training, level of stress, satisfaction with the simulation experience, and level of difficulty of the simulation. Conclusion: A high-fidelity simulation of acute heart disease patient care might be beneficial to developing many more abilities for nursing students than would a web-based simulation. Also, since the web-based simulation improved interest in nursing knowledge, it could be a viable alternative to high-fidelity simulation. Further study is needed to verify the effects of varied levels of simulation-based care with more rigorous outcomes.

        시뮬레이터를 활용한 문제중심학습 모듈 개발 및 적용

        Purpose: This research was done to identify how PBL education using a simulator affects nursing students' critical thinking, self-efficacy, and meta-cognition by applying and developing a PBL module using the Simman simulator. Method: With a one group pre-post test design, the research was conducted with a convenience sampling on 66 students in C College on Jeju Island for 8 weeks from August to October, 2005. The collected data on critical thinking, self-efficacy, and meta-cognition were analyzed using T-test. SPSS 10.0 was used to assist analysis. For study-related variables, means and standard deviations were used. Results: The finding of the research showed that most of the students were in favor of use of PBL-in the curriculum with more than 50% of the scores indicating satisfaction with content of the teaching, the teaching method, and self-confidence in nursing. The results also showed that there was an increase in interest among the students regarding campus practical education. Conclusion: As the application of the PBL module using the Simman simulator elicited more interest and satisfaction from the students, it is worth using this simulator as a the teaching method to improve the practical education in nursing.

        Fidelity 단계를 통합한 시뮬레이션 교육 개발 및 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate effects of the integrative fidelity simulation curriculum. Methods: The integrative fidelity simulation curriculum was developed through meetings of experts based on nursing content. To test the application effect of simulation curriculum, a one group pre-post test design was applied. The simulation curriculum was applied with 149 nursing students who participated voluntarily. Results: In the application of satisfaction of the curriculum, learning interest in nursing and intrinsic motivation, nursing students had high scores in all evaluations. In addition, satisfaction of the curriculum had a significant positive correlation with learning interest in nursing and intrinsic motivation. Conclusion: The integrative fidelity simulation was an effective teaching tool for nursing students, and needs to develop more varied nursing simulation scenarios and curriculum.

        졸업 전 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력 및 자기주도적 학습능력과 간호과정 자신감과의 관계

        본 연구는 졸업 전 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력 및 자기주도적 학습능력과 간호과정에 대한 자신감 정도에 대한 수준 및 관계를 확인하여 교육전략 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 서울. 제주 및 대구소재 대학교에 재학 중인 4학년 간호대학생 110명을 대상으로 2020년 5월 18일부터 6월 20일 사이 자료수집 하였고, 서술통계 및 t-test, ANOVA, correlation coefficient, 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 의사소통능력은 3.80점이고, 연령, 성별, 대학생활에 대한 만족 정도에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 문제해결능력은 3.64점으로, 대학생활에 대한 만족 정도, 건강상태에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 연구대상자의 자기주도적 학습능력은 3.49점으로, 대학생활에 대한 만족 정도, 간호학과 적성 정도, 재학 중 평균성적에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 간호과정 자신감은 3.70점으로, 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력, 자기주도적 학습능력과 유의한 정의 상관관계가 나타났고, 간호과정 자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 문제해결능력, 자기주도적 학습능력으로 나타났다. 문제해결능력 및 자기주도적 학습능력이 간호사로서의 실무 수행에 요구되는 간호과정 자신감에 중요한 영향을 미치므로 이를 향상시키기 위한 지속적인 관리와 향상을 위한 전략이 요구된다. The purpose of this study was to provide data for establishing teaching strategies by confirming the level of the relationship between communication, problem-solving, self-directed learning ability, and the nursing process confidence of nursing students before graduation. Data were collected from 110 fourth-year nursing students enrolled in universities in Seoul, Jeju, and Daegu between May 18 and June 20, 2020, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and the t-test, ANOVA, correlation coefficient, and regression analysis. The communication score was 3.80 points, and there were significant differences according to age, gender, and satisfaction with college life. The problem-solving score was 3.64 points, and there were significant variations according to the satisfaction with college life and health status. Self-directed learning score was 3.49 points, and there were significant differences depending on the satisfaction with college life, aptitude for nursing, and academic achievements. The nursing process confidence score was 3.70 points and showed a significant positive correlation with communication, problem-solving, and self-directed learning. The factors influencing nursing process confidence were problem-solving and self-directed learning. These have an important influence on the nursing process confidence required for practical performance as a nurse, so strategies for their continuous management and improvement are essential.
