본 논문은 『정전』의 해석 중 찬미와 풍자의 대응 구도를 통해 시를 해석하고 설명하려는 美刺說에 대해 논술한다. 시경의 작품을 미자의 관점에서 설명하려는 생각은 원시사회 천인관계에서 巫의 역할인 祝辭와 嘏辭로 길흉을 말하는 것에서 비롯되었다. 후에 君民關係에서 중개자로서 매개체인 臣이 공덕과 과실을 시를 통해 말하는 것이다. 간언을 통해 정치득실을 반영하여 君에게 국가존망의 문제와 관련한 권선징악의 필요성을 깨닫게 하는 것이다. 漢代 지식인들은 漢代 이전부터 지배자나 피지배자가 통치에 대해서 역사적인 사실과 관련지어 시비를 판단하고, 시를 이용하여 찬미와 풍자를 통하여 간언한 것을 알았다. 이런 시경의 미자개념은 꾸준히 계승됨을 확인할 수 있다. 모시서는 시경의 작품을 찬미와 풍자를 통해 설명하기 시작한 가장 빠른 시기의 해석체계라고 할 수 있다. 미자개념은 모시의 해석체계가 선진시기부터 유가의 경전해석체계가 성립되기 시작하면서 양한시기에 이르러 『모전』과 『모시서』가 완성되고 정현이 『箋』을 완성하는 과정을 통해 점차 구체화 되는 과정을 잘 보여준다. 정현의 미자설은 前人의 詩敎사상을 總結한 기초에서 경학가로서의 학식과 문인의 정치열정으로 나타난 것이다. This paper discusses the “Mai-ci Theory”(美刺論), which explains poetry through the corresponding composition of praise and satire in the interpretation of Jian(箋) by Zheng Xuan. The idea of explaining the works of poetry in this “Mai-ci” perspective originated from the primitive Mu(巫). Mu(巫) told God(天) and Human(人) fortune in a ‘Zhu-ci(祝辭)’ and ‘Xia-ci(嘏辭)’. From the Mu(巫) of God(天) and Human(人) relations, Mu was developed into a liege(臣) of monarch(君) and people(民) relations. liege(臣) told monarch(君) and people(民) manage the affairs of state in ‘mei-shi(美詩)’ and ‘ci-shi(刺詩)’. liege(臣) advis the merits and demerits of virtue. It is to make realize the need for good and evil in accordance with the life or death for the nation. This notion of “Mai-ci” is Mao shi’s interpretation system began to be established during the pre-Jin period’s translational System of Rujia(儒家). In the Han Dynasty Mao zhuan(毛傳)』 and Mao shi xu(毛詩序) were completed. It shows how Zheng Xuan(鄭玄) gradually materializes through the process of completing Jian(箋). Zheng Xuan(鄭玄)’s ‘Mei-ci theory’(美刺論) is based on his scholarship as a scholar and the passion of the writer for politics based on the collective decision of the former poet and teacher of poetry.

Sodium orthosilicate (Na-OSi), Tetronix T-701 (T-701), Na-dioctyl sulfosuccinate (303C), Newpol PE-68 (PE-68), MJU-100A, and tetrasodium pyrophosphate were blended to prepare high performance alkaline cleaning agents (ACASs). The results of cleaning test with steel specimen showed that ACAS-6 (Na₂CO₃ 50g/Na-OSi 35g/T-701 20g/303C 18g/PE-68 17g/MJU-100A 10g/TSPP 20g/ water 180g mixture) had a good cleaning power. The cleaning power for press-rust preventing oil was 98% and 99% degreasing at 4wt%, 70℃ and 90℃, respectively ; for quenching oil, the cleaning power of ACAS-6 was 91% degreasing at 4wt% and 70℃. The foam heights measured immediately after foaming by Ross & Miles method and Ross & Clark method at 6wt%, 60℃ were 18㎜ and 65㎜, respectively. It was concluded that ACAS-6 had a good low foaming cleaning agent.

As a large number of middle, low and high rise buildings are clustered densely in urban downtowns, various types of damage are caused by the wind occurring around the buildings. Newly constructed apartment complexes are exposed to the risk of strong winds at the corners of apartment buildings or gusts on the pedestrian passages. In Korea and other countries, research is being made on pedestrians’ safety in connection to wind flow inside and outside apartment complexes constructed in downtown areas. This study selected 3 types of apartment complexes, and compared the wind velocity ratio among different spots in the complexes through wind tunnel experiment and CFD analysis. Furthermore, we changed the deployment and outward form of apartment complexes through CFD analysis and examined the wind velocity ratio reduction effect. According to the results of wind tunnel experiment, wind velocity between two buildings decreased usually, but wind velocity increased in the space between the sides of two buildings and the space between front and back apartment buildings. Furthermore, when the results of wind tunnel experiment were compared with the results of CFD analysis, they showed similar tendencies except for wake areas.
