        응급구조사의 극복력 측정도구 개발

        Purpose: This study aimed to develop a resilience measurement scale and verify its validity and reliability. Methods: This was a methodological study. The preliminary items of the scale were derived from literature reviews and in-depth interviews. The data were collected from October 30, 2017 to January 20, 2018, and paramedics working in hospitals or fire departments were selected using convenience sampling. A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 213 paramedics in Korea. Results: Through content validity, item analysis and exploratory factor analysis, a total of 6 factors and 26 items were extracted, and the total variance was 67.12%. Factor 1 was "self-efficacy" (11 items), factor 2 was "internal control" (5 items), factor 3 was "empowerment" (2 items), factor 4 was "interpersonal capability", (3 items), factor 5 was "social support" (2 items), and factor 6 was "adaptation and coping" (3 items). Conclusion: This is the first scale developed in Korea to measure the resilience of paramedics. In future, this scale of this study will contribute to developing a resilience improvement program based on understanding the resilience level of paramedics.

        호흡기환자 시뮬레이션 교육에서의 동영상 제작 과제 활용 효과

        본 연구는 보건계열 대학생을 대상으로 시뮬레이션 기반 호흡기환자 교육에서 동영상 제작과제를 활용한 후 그 효과를 평가하기 위해 시행되었다. 연구는 J시에 소재한 D대학교 보건계열 학생 56명을 실험군 28명과 대조군 28명으로 나누어 실시하였다. 실험군에게는 2회기의 동영상과제를 활용한 사전교육이 시행되었으며, 각 회기당 소요되는 시간은 120분이었다. 대조군에게는 전통적인 강의식 사전교육이 1회기당 120분씩 2회 실시되었다. 본 연구의 자료수집은 2014년 11월에 시행되었고, 자료분석은 SPSS 18.0을 사용하였다. 일반적 특성과 각 변수들은 실수와 백분율로, 효과분석은 paired t-test와 unpaired t-test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 동영상 제작과제를 활용한 시뮬레이션 교육군에서 학습만족도의 모든 하부영역과 (p=.008∼p<.001) 자기효능감 하부영역 중 자신감(p=.010)이 전통적인 강의를 활용한 대조군보다 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다 본 연구결과에서 동영상 과제를 활용한 교육이 학습자들의 흥미를 강화하고 자기주도학습과 의사소통 능력을 향상시키는 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 보건대학생들의 전문직 역량을 강화하기 위한 프로그램으로 확대 시행할 필요가 있음을 제언하는 바이다. This study was conducted to examine the effects of a simulation-based learning method that utilizes the task of making a video for respiratory patients care. A quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group pre-post test design was used. A total of 56 students-28 students in the experimental group and 28 students in the control group were included. The experimental group received the 2 education sessions with 120 minutes in each session. It was implemented in November, 2014. Data were analyzed with paired t-test and unpaired t-test using SPSS/Win 18.0. The experimental group who had the simulation-based learning method utilizing the task of making video. It showed significantly higher learning satisfaction (p=.008 p<.001), and self-efficacy (p=.010) compared with the control group who had a traditional simulation education. Through this study, The educational effects of video-making task are the stimulation of interest in learners, improvement of self-led learning and communication skills. Therefore, a simulation-based learning method utilizing the task of making a video was an effective teaching method for the growth of professional competency for students involved in health related fields.

        시각적 피드백 훈련을 병행한 고유수용성 운동과 심상훈련이 파킨슨병 환자의 균형능력과 시지각 기능에 미치는 영향 비교

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of proprioceptive exercise with visual feedback training on balance, visual perception in patients with Parkinson`s disease (PD). The subjects of this study were 17 patients with PD. Participants were randomly assigned to proprioceptive exercise with visual feedback training group (n=9) and a imagery training group (n=8). Both exercise group was executed three times in hospital and two times of at home a week for 10 weeks. All date were analyzed by paired t-test and independent t-test of SPSS/PC ver. 12.0. The 10 weeks of both exercise group were found to be significantly effective in balance (static balance ability, functional reach test, time up & go), visual perception (MVPT-V). These results suggest that proprioceptive exercise with visual feedback training group were more significantly increased on balance ability and visual perception than imagery training group. In conclusion, the motor imagery training in patients with PD was effective for improvement balance and visual perception.

        전 지구적 여성 노동과 상품-이미지의 연금술 -미카 로텐버그의 <스퀴즈>를 중심으로-

        This paper aims to discuss the relationship between commodity-image and labor with a female body as a node in Squeeze (2010) made by Mika Rottenberg. Rottenberg based in New York, has explored a female body creating the value in her previous videos. All of her videos including the latest work, Squeeze, shares common theme. It is the question how the value is produced in the capitalist system of the 21st century or more specifically how female image is created in the mode of production of the contemporary economic system. Squeeze recursively asks the same question to the visual art including her own works as well. In order to answer the question, Rottenberg has constructed several miniature factories exposing the process that the value of a product including visual image has been generated in every video work. Each factory in each work has different form, structure and movement. According to Rottenberg, the way capturing a movement and rhythm of each factory has an analogical relation with a cinematic ability that can externalize the internal perception. Cinema can uniquely visualize and articulate internal thoughts and affects on its surface, that is, screen. In order to produce excess value and maximize profits, today’s capitalism prefers immaterial labor to material one, and attempts to transform the non-productive into the productive. We call this kind of capitalism as cognitive or mental capitalism. In this system, the economy of spectacle in the virtual might not be distinguished from a general economy in reality. The economy of image, of course, is related with the matter of desire. The more desirable the image becomes, the more values it can produce. Spectacle of female body on screen has been an articulation of desirability and image value. In the logic, she deals female body image and her labor as a crucial key to reach the core of the mode of capitalist production in the 21st century. This paper especially examines the matter of female body image and labor in Squeeze in terms of the concept of the fetish and the abject.

        경부 관절가동술을 병행한 복합운동이 편타성 손상에 의한 급성 경부통환자의 기능적 변인 및 통증척도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of combined exercise program applying mobilization on functional variables and pain scale of patients with acute neck pain caused by whiplash injury The subjects of this study were 28 patients with acute neck pain caused by whiplash injury. Participants were randomly assigned to motor imagery training group(n=15) and a physical therapy group(n=13). Two groups was executed during 60min a daily, 4 times a week during 3 weeks. All date were analyzed by paired t-test and independent t-test of SPSS/PC ver. 12.0. After 3 weeks of combined exercise program applying cervical joint mobilization were found to be significantly effective in functional variable(muscle activation of neck, maximal muscle strength & muscle endurance of neck flexor neck disability index) and pain scale. These reuslts suggest that JCMG were more significantly increased on functional variable and pain scale than PTG. In conclusion, the combined exercise program applying cervical joint mobilization in patients with acute neck pain caused by whiplash injury was effective for improvement in muscle functional and pain control.

        영유아 응급처치 교육에서의 동영상 활용 사례기반학습의 효과

        본 연구는 보건계열 대학생을 대상으로 영유아 응급처치에서 동영상을 활용한 사례기반학습을 제공한 실험군과 전통적인 이론학습을 제공한 대조군과의 학습효과 차이를 비교함으로써 동영상을 활용한 사례기반학습의 효과를 평가하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 J시에 위치한 D대학교에 재학하는 57명의 보건계열 학생들로서 실험군과 대조군으로 각각 29명과 28명으로 나뉘어 구성되었다. 본 연구는 비동등성 대조군 전후시차 설계에 의한 유사 실험연구로 실험군에게는 동영상을 활용한 사례기반학습을 실시하였고, 대조군에게는 전통적인 강의식 교육을 실시하였다. 동영상을 활용한 사례기반학습은 1주일에 1회씩 3회를 실시하였으며 회당 180분이 소요되었다. 교육 전,후로 연구 참여자를 대상으로 영유아 응급처치 지식과 술기자신감, 학업적 자기효능감 및 문제해결능력을 조사하였다. 연구의 자료수집과 중재는 2014년 11월에서 12월까지 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 Program을 사용하였으며 paired t-test, unpaired t-test, x²-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 술기자신감에서 실험군이 대조군에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다(p<001). 또한 학업적 자기효능감의 하부영역 중 과제난이도 조절에서 실험군이 대조군에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다(p=.029). 문제해결능력의 하부영역중 접근회피양식(p=.001)과 문제해결자신감(p=.040)에서 실험군이 대조군에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 동영상을 활용한 사례기반학습은 간호보건계열 대학생의 전문역량 강화를 위한 효과적인 학습법임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 다양한 교육 콘텐츠를 활용한 사례기반학습이 개발되고 확대 적용되며, 학습효과에 대한 반복연구가 이루어지길 제언한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of case-based learning about infants and toddlers on healthcare department students, using a video in an emergency care environment. A total of 57 students from a healthcare department of D university in J city were enrolled. They were divided into two groups: The experimental group (n=29) and the control group (n=28). This study is pre-post designed with a non-equivalent control group. The experimental group received a 1-week education for a duration of 3 weeks (3 sessions in total) with 180 minutes per session. The control group received a traditional curriculum of lecture. Before and after the education, we measured the knowledge and skill confidence of emergency care toward infants and toddlers, the academic self-efficacy, and problem solving ability. Data collection and intervention were carried out from November to December of 2014. Data were analyzed with x²-test, paired t-test, unpaired t-test with SPSS version 20.0 Program. The experimental group showed a significantly higher improvement of skill confidence of emergency care toward infants and toddlers (P<001), as well as preferred task difficulty among sub-items of academic self-efficacy (p=.029), approach avoidance style (P=.001), and problem solving confidence (p=.040) among sub-items of problem solving ability on preference compared with the control group . In this study, a case-based learning was verified to be an effective teaching method to enhance professional competency of healthcare department students. The findings from this study suggest that a case-based learning using various educational contents should be developed, expanded, and carried out to promote better learning.

        ‘깨져버린 가엾은 거울’: 루크리스의 슬픈 이야기와 자아

        That Shakespeare, in writing The Rape of Lucrece, took great pains to produce the ‘grave labour’ points to the poem’s considerable art and rhetorical figure. More significant is that whereas Livy, Ovid and Chaucer assigned few words to Lucrece, Shakespeare’s Lucrece was assigned a great number of lines as well as excellent rhetoric skill. This gives her an unprecedented opportunity that, when she becomes a victim of rape, she can both recount the details of her own experience and defend herself. Once she is raped, she feels isolated and gradually begins to lament extreme emotional distress and sorrow. Her tragic lament enables her to come to terms with her grief and thus come face to face with herself. Lucretius, the father of Lucrece refers to dead Lucrece as ‘poor broken glass’, in which he finds his own image broken, not Lucrece’s. This represents the patriarchal perception that tries to deny women autonomy and subordinate women to men. Ironically, however, only by being broken is Lucrece able to get out of the grip of men, and with her poor tongue establish herself as an autonomous being. If visual images and mirror were reserved for men to identify male selfhood, oral tradition of crafting a tale constitutes female selfhood. Unlike Ovid’s Philomela, who had her tongue cut out by Tereus, Lucrece decides to appease her sorrow by lamenting the sad tale of her own. Finally, she takes her life in an attempt to prevent her honour from falling into disgrace. Thus, her songs and suicide contribute to her becoming a glass to be modeled after by women as well as being part of a history.

        시뮬레이션 기반 코어스킬 프로그램(SCSP)이 보건계열 대학생의 임상지식, 문제해결과정, 자아존중감에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 시뮬레이션 기반 코어스킬 프로그램 교육을 보건계열 학생에게 적용한 후 임상지식, 문제해결과정, 자아존 중감에 미치는 효과를 기존의 전통적 교육과 비교· 검증하기 위해 시도된. 비동등성 대조군 전후설계를 적용한 유사실험연구 이다. 대상자는 총 46명으로 J시에 소재한 D대학 응급구조과 2학년 학생이 참여하였다. 실험군 23명에게는 이론강의, 술기교 육, 팀시뮬레이션과 디브리핑으로 구성된 시뮬레이션기반 코어스킬 프로그램을 교육하였고 대조군 23명에게는 이론강의와 술기교육만으로 이루어진 전통적 교육을 실시하였다. 2013년 5월부터 110분간 주 4회씩 총 12회로 실시되었으며 수집된 자료 는 SPSS/Win 18.0을 이용하여 실수와 백분율, Chi-Square, t-test로 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 시뮬레이션 기반 코어스킬 프로그램을 시행한 실험군에서 임상적지식, 문제해결과정, 자아존중감이 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다. 이상의 연구결과, 시 뮬레이션기반 코어스킬 프로그램은 보건계열 대학생의 임상지식과 문제해결과정, 자아존중감 향상에 효과적인 교육프로그 램으로 보건전문직으로서의 역량을 증진시키는데 기여함을 확인할 수 있었다. This study examined the effects of a simulation-based core skill program regarding emergency care on the knowledge, problem solving process and self-esteem of health related department students. A quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group pre-post test design was used. A total of 46 students, 23 students for the experimental group and 23 students for the control group, were enrolled in this study. The simulation-based core skill program included lectures, skill training, team-based practice, simulation and debriefing. This was implemented in the experimental group for 3 weeks in May, 2013. The data was analyzed using the frequency, ratio, Chi-square, and t-test by the SPSS/Win 18.0. The experimental group, who had a simulation-based core skill program, showed significantly higher clinical knowledge, problem solving process and self-esteem compared to the control group who had a traditional education. A clinical simulation-based core skill program was verified to be an effective teaching method to improve on the clinical knowledge, problem solving process and self-esteem of health-related department students.
