이 논문은 ``오래된 미래``로서 1950년대 조봉암과 진보당의 역사에 대한 반추를 통해 현재와 미래의 대안을 찾으려는 것을 기본 목표로 한다. ``역사란 기억투쟁``으로 (잘못된) 과거에 대한 솔직한 대면 속에서 건강한 미래를 창출하기 위한 현재적 실천이며, 그랬을 때 기억투쟁으로서의 역사는 ``억압-저항-희생-침묵과 방관``이라는 네 개의 차원으로 구성된다. 조봉암과 진보당에 대한 기억을 통해 바라보는 1950년대의 한국정치도 이 네 개의 차원이 어우러진 복합물이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 문제의식 아래 이 논문은 크게 두 개의 부분으로 구성되어 있다. 1950넌대 조봉암의 정치궤적과 진보당 활동을 살펴보는 것이 그 하나라면, 다른 하나는 그것이 2010년 오늘을 살아가는 우리에게 던지는 시사점을 찾아내는 것이다. 결론적으로, 이 논문은 우리 사회변화의 출발은 무엇보다도 정당정치의 지형을 바꾸는 데에서 시작되어야 함을 강조한다. 민주화 이후 20년의 한국 정치는 사회에 뿌리를 내리지 못한 민주적 정당정치의 부재가 빚어낸 부정적 결과를 잘 보여주기 때문이다. This paper aims to search for alternatives of the here and the hereafter through the political actions of Cho Bong-Am and the Progressive Party in the 1950s. The history as ``memory struggle`` is composed with four levels: ``oppression-resistance-sacrifice-silence``. The memory on Cho Bong-Am and the Progressive Party is the same. This paper is composed with two parts. One is to consider political actions of Cho Bong-Am and the Progressive Party. The other is to find its implications. In conclusion, to overcome the present crisis of democracy in Korea is to realize ``good politics``. Because the very heart of the matter is concrete political practices through a good party.

지훈 조동탁은 경계적 사유를 추구했다. 일찍이 월정사 시기 자신의 호로 삼았던 증곡과 「방우산장기」라는 글에서 제시한 방우론이 그런 사유를 잘 보여준다. 넓게는 한국문화사, 좁게는 불교문화사에 대한 그의 관점도이 사유의 연장선상에 있다. 그는 한국 문화의 구성 원리를 대립된 것들을 서로 뒤섞어 하나의 새로운 문화로 주조해내는 원융성으로 보았다. 원융하려면 하나의 문화가 그 경계를 넘어 다른 문화를 포용해야 한다. 이를 미의식으로 말하면 조화미이다. 이런 구성 원리와 미의식이 불교사상으로 정련된 것이 원효의 화쟁사상이고, 건축문화로 표현된 것이 석굴암이고, 사회제도이자 이념으로 발현된 것이 화랑도이다. 그런데 이런 구성원리는 불교에 의해 비로소 형성된 것이 아니라 그 이전의 무속 문화 속에 이미 있던 것이다. 지훈은 이것이 불교와 만나 조화미를 추구하는 한국불교문화의 정수를 산출했다고 보았다. Cho dongtak sought the border thinking. His nickname-Jeunggok and Bangwoo theory shows that kind of thinking. His viewpoint about cultural history of Buddhism lies in an extension line of this kind of thinking. He understood the composition principle of Korean culture as harmonization that makes the new culture through mixing the ones that conflict. In oder to harmonize, one culture must accept with magnanimity other culture beyond the border. Esthetically speaking, this is a harmonized beauty. Such kind of the composition principle and the sense of beauty produced Hwajaeng theory of Wonhyo, Seokgulam Grotto and Hwarangdo. But this kind of the composition principle was not formed by Buddhism but already was in Korean shamanism culture. Cho dongtak understood that Korean Buddhism produced the essence of Buddhism culture by meeting with this.

In order to increase the load carrying capacity of tubular structures, the joints of tubular members are usually reinforced with various reinforcement system. A stiffening method with internal ring stiffeners is effectively used for the steel tubular joint with a large diameter. In this study, the behavior of internally ring-stiffened tubular T-joints subjected to axial loading is assessed. For the parametric study, nonlinear finite element analyses are used to compute the static strength on non-stiffened and ring-stiffened T-joints. Based on the numerical results, an internal ring stiffener is found to be efficient in improving the static strength. The influence of geometric parameters has been determined, and the reinforcement effect are evaluated. Based on the FE results, regression analises are performed considering the practical size of ring stiffener. Finally strength estimation formulas for ring-stiffened tubular T-joints are proposed.

백두대간 한의령에서 댓재구간 마루금의 식물군집구조 특성

연구는 백두대간 중 한의령에서 댓재구간 마루금에 분포하는 식생에 대하여 출현종, 천이경향 등에 대한 기초자료를 제시하고자 10m×10m(100㎡) 조사구 46개소를 설치하였다. TWINSPAN에 의한 군집분류 결과 소나무-신갈나무-물푸레나무군락, 소나무-신갈나무군락, 느릅나무군락, 신갈나무-낙엽활엽수군락, 신갈나무군락, 신갈나무-물박달나무군락, 신갈나무-쇠물푸레나무군락, 일본잎갈나무군락 등 8개로 유형화되었다. 천이경향을 살펴보면, 소나무우점군락은 외부의 인위적인 교란이 없다면 신갈나무우점군락으로 발전하겠으나 느릅나무군락은 경쟁종이 없어 현상태를 유지하겠다. 신갈나무우점군락은 신갈나무와의 경쟁종이 없는 경우에는 노령임분으로 발전할 가능성이 있으나 지형적인 조건으로 물푸레나무, 물박달나무 등 교목성상의 경쟁종이 출현할 경우에는 낙엽활엽수군락으로의 천이도 가능한 것으로 판단되었다. 단위면적당(400㎡) 종다양도지수는 소나무 등 천이진행 군락이 1.0477∼1.1283, 신갈나무우점군락 등 천이 진행이 안정상태인 군락이 0.6446∼0.9424로 낮았다. This study was launched in order to collect basic data such as emergent species, a succession trend based on the actual vegetation at the ridge from Haneoryoung to Daetjae, thereby designating 46 quadrats(10 m × 10 m: 100 ㎡). As a result of classification by TWINSPAN, the plant community was categorized into eight different communities, such as Pinus densiflora-Quercus mongolica-Fraxinus rhynchophylla, P. densiflora-Q. mongolica, Ulmus davidiana var. japonica, Q. mongolica-Deciduous Broad-leaved, Q. mongolica, Q. mongolica-Betula davurica, Q. mongolica-F. sieboldiana, and Larix kaempferi. An analyzation of each communities indicated that P. densiflora dominant community will change into a Q. mongolica dominant community if there are no outside artificial disturbances. U. davidiana var. japonica community maintains its present condition, because it doesn`t appear to be a competitive species. In the case of Q. mongolica dominant community, if nothing comes in a competitive species against Q. monglica, it is possible to succeed to a muture stand. These communities with competitive species such as F. rhynchophylla, B. davurica that do not emerge at a canopy layer will gradually progress to the Deciduous Broad-leaved community. With regard to the species diversity index per unit (400 ㎡), succession processing communities (P. densiflora: 1.0477∼1.1283) tend to be higher than succession-processed communities (Q. mongolica dominant: 0.6446∼0.9424).

프랜차이즈 본부와 가맹점간의 내부정치가 결속 및 관계성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 기본적으로 프랜차이즈 본부와 가맹점간의 관계성과에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 내부정치 차원에서 결속에 영향을 미치는 관계특성 변수를 규명함과 동시에 결속에 의한 성과를 종합적으로 분석하여 관계관리에 대한 효율적인 방안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 실증은 국내 대표적인 외식 프랜차이즈 가맹점의 관점에서 진행하였다. 연구결과 비강압적 영향전략, 의존성, 협력, 목표불일치가 결속에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 강압적 영향전략은 결속에 뚜렷한 영향을 주지 않고 있다. 또한 결속은 성과와 연계되어 재무성과와 역할성과를 증대시키는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 프랜차이즈 시스템의 관계를 더 효과적으로 발전시키기 위해서는 장기적인 결속을 통해 Win-Win 관계를 구축하는 노력이 중요하다고 할 수 있다. This study is basically focused on the relationship between the franchisors and franchisees. The goal of this study is mainly to inquire the variables of relationship characteristics affecting the commitment which lies in internal polity, and secondly to comprehensively analyze the performance resulting from commitment and examine the efficient alternatives onto relationship management. The practical methodology using in this study has been done in a national representing food franchise system. This study has been resulted in following: First, the variables that show significantly to the commitment are noncoercive influential strategy, dependence, cooperation, and goal divergence. In the contrast the coercive influential strategy hasn't showed significantly; Second, the result has showed that the commitment when it would be related with performance furthered the financial performance and role performance; and, therefore, we finally conclude that it would be more important to make lots of efforts of establishing the win-win relationship through the long-term commitment between the franchisor and franchisee in order to develop the more effective relationship of the franchise system.

주인공이 해골을 잘 모셔 복을 받는다는 해골보은담은 조선 후기 패설집에 수록되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 민담, 무가(무속신화) 등의 형식으로 민간에 널리 전승되던 이야기 유형이다. 해골보은담에는 기본적으로 해골을 함부로 다뤄서는 안된다는 인식, 곧 죽음을 잘 모셔야 한다는 민간의 집단인식이 표현되어 있다. 해골보은담에서 해골은 크게 두 가지 방식으로 모셔진다. 집 안에 모시는 것이 하나라면 다른 하나는 집 밖에 매장하는 방식이다. 전자가 접촉의 법칙(인접성)에 기반한 감염주술과 관련이 있다면 후자는 유사의 법칙(유사성)에 기초한 동종주술과 관련이 있다. 전자는 죽음과 직접 접촉하면서 죽음이 삶에 개입하도록 하는 방식이라면 후자는 죽음이 간접화되면서 꿈과 같은 형식으로 삶에 개입하도록 하는 방식이다. 전자가 환유적이라면 후자는 은유적이다. 양자는 역사적으로 공존하기도 했지만 전자에서 후자로의 이행이 일반적이고, 후자는 중세사회에 들어와일반화된 것으로 보인다. 또 전자는 제도적으로는 폐기되었지만 의식적으로는 또는 담론적으로는 후자와 더불어 부분적으로 지속되고 있다. 해골은 일차적으로는 죽음을 상징한다. 하지만 해골은 죽음 상징에 머물지 않는다. 해골은 역설적으로 풍요와 재생을 삶의 영역에 선물한다. 해골은 재생 상징을 동시에 감추고 있다. 그러나 죽음 상징이 재생과 풍요라는 2차적 상징으로 전이되도록 추동하는 힘은 생자들에게 있다는 것이 해골보은담의 전언이다. 죽음의 화신으로 삶 속에 들어와 죽음과 삶을 이어주고 삶을 증식시켜주는 해골은 죽음에 대한 민속문화의 역설적 인식을 잘 보여준다. A skeleton repayment tale is the story type that a hero is received a fortune by a skeleton for the worship. This kind of tale has been transmitting for a long time in the form of folktale, a shamanist narrative song, Paeseol and so on. A skeleton is deified in two forms in a skeleton repayment tale. One is deified inside the house, the other is deified outside the house, that is buried underground. The former is related to contagious magic, while the latter is related to homoeopathic magic. The former is a form that a worshiper directly contacts with death, while the latter is a form that a worshiper indirectly contacts with death through like a dream. And the former is metonymical, while the latter is metaphorical. These two forms coexist historically. But the progress from the former to the latter is general. A skeleton is basically the symbol of death. But paradoxically a skeleton gives a present called reproduction or abundance to an area of life. A skeleton has two symbolic meanings called death and reproduction together. But the message of a skeleton repayment tale is that a living person hold the power of making a secondary symbol, that is a reproduction symbol. A skeleton repayment tale well expresses the group consciousness that we must handle death well.
