A vortex tube is a device that can separate small particles from a compressed gas or separate a compressed gas into hot and cold flows. We experimentally analyzed the noise characteristics of a vortex tube with/ without a silencer. 1/2 in silencer and 3/8 in silencer show similar noise reduction characteristics and reduce average 5 ~ 10 dB in noise. Noise reduction rate is reduced as increasing supply air pressure into the vortex tube. For all tested pressure condition, 1/4 in silencer shows stable and relatively good performance characteristics and reduces 15 dB in noise.

본 논문은 각각 150kVA의 용량을 갖는 PMSG와 Diesel 발전기를 Back-to-Back 컨버터를 통해서 하이브리드 발전함에 있어서, PSCSD/EMTDC를 통하여 제어기를 설계함으로써, 좀 더 효율적으로 Hybrid 발전시스템을 제어할 수 있는 제어기 설계에 관한 논문이다.

VANET( Vehicular Ad-hoc NETwork)은 고속으로 이동하는 차량들 사이에서 무선통신을 이용하여 차량간 통신과 차량과 인프라간 통신을 지원하는 네트워크로서 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. VANET은 주로 사고를 예방하는 목적으로 시용되기 때문에 통신 메시지의 보안과 차량 프라이버시 보호를 반드시 고려해야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 VANET에서의 프라이버시 보호 인증에 관련한 방법들의 장ㆍ단점을 비교 분석한다. VANET provides the various service as the network of V2V and V21 using wireless communication between moving at high speed vehicle. Because of the VANET use to prevent an accident must consider the privacy-preserving of vehicle and security of communication message. In this paper compare and analyze the way of Privacy-Preserving technology.
안드로이드 기반의 지능형 소방방재 관리 어플리케이션 구현

본 논문에서는 복잡도가 높은 건물 내에 산재되어 있는 비상등, 소화기 및 스프링클러를 유비쿼터스 센서네트워크 기반의 자율무선통신방식을 이용하여 현재 상태 모니터링, 작동 유무를 관리 할 수 있는 지능형 소방방재 시스템에서의 관리 어플리케이션을 구현하였다. 실험결과 구현된 안드로이드 기반 스마트폰 어플리케이션은 관리서버와 통신하여 소방 시설물에 대한 상태와 모니터링 정보를 위치에 구애받지 않고 수행됨을 확인할 수 있었다. In this paper, we implemented an android mobile management application of intelligent prevention of disaster system which can manage the status monitoring and whether operating or not by using USN-based self wireless communication system of scattered emergency light, fire extinguishers and sprinkler inside the high complex building. As a result of the test, the embodied android-based smart phone application to be performed anywhere could confirm status and monitoring information of fire facilities which are communicated with the management server.
지능형 방재 시스템 시뮬레이션 환경 및 관리 어플리케이션 구현

본 논문에서는 복잡도가 높은 건물 내에 산재되어 있는 비상등, 소화기 및 스프링클러를 효과적으로 관리하기 위해 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 기반의 자율무선통신방식을 이용한 지능형 소방방재 시스템 시뮬레이션 환경을 구성하고, 장치의 현재 상태에 대한 모니터링, 작동 유무를 확인하고 관리 할 수 있는 스마트폰 어플리케이션을 구현하였다. 구현한 시스템 환경은 센서노드가 부착된 시설물, 장치의 정보수집과 제어를 위한 관리서버, 그리고 관리서버와 정보를 주고받는 스마트폰 어플리케이션으로 구성된다. 실험결과 구현된 시스템은 각 시설물과 정보를 송수신하여 장치의 상태를 확인하고 제어 하였으며, 안드로이드 기반 스마트폰 어플리케이션을 이용하여 관리서버와 시설물의 정보를 주고받고 제어 명령을 통해 장치가 통제됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 향사평위산(香砂平胃散)이 항암(抗癌) 및 면역조절작용(免疫調節作用)에 미치는 영향(影響)

In order to investigate antitumor and immune response effect by Hyangsapyungwisan after Sarcoma-180 cells and methotrexate were treatred each other, the extract of Hyangsapyungwisan was orally administered to ICR mice for 14 days. To evaluate the effects of the Hyangsapyungwisan, 50% inhibition concentration($IC_{50}$), mean survival days, tumor weight for antitumor effects, hemagglutinin titer, hemolysin titer, rosette forming cells, natural killer cell activity and productivity of interleukin-2 for immune responses measured in ICR mice. The results were summarized as follows: 1. Mean survival time in Hyangsapyungwisan-treated group was slightly prolonged, as compared with control group(13.46%). 2. On the MTT assay, cell viability was significantly inhibited by $5{\mu}g/well,\;2.5{\mu}g/well,\;1.25{\mu}g/well,\;and\;0.625{\mu}g/well$ of Hyangsapyung-wisan concentration inhibited cell viability significantly. $IC_{50}$ for cell viability was $11.59{\mu}g/well$. 3. Tumor weight in Hyangsapyungwisan treated group was depressed, as compared with the control group(p<0.05). 4. Hemagglutinin titer in Hyangsapyungwisan-treated group was slightly increased with no significance, as compared with the control group. 5. Hemolysin titer in Hyangsapyungwisan-treated group was silightly increased, as compared with the control group(p<0.05). 6. Rosette forming cells in Hyangsapyungwisan-treated group was silightly increased, as compared with the control group(p<0.05). 7. Naural killer cell activity in Hyangsapyungwisan-treated group was significantly increased(p<0.05). 8. Production of interleukin-2 was significantly increased(p<0.05). According to the above results, Hyangsapygwisan had prominent antitumor effects, and enhance both cellular and humoral immunity in mice.

Objectives; Majority of tick-borne diseases in Military Working Dogs(MWDs) are zoonosis and their importance in the field of Public Health is increasingly emphasized as human transmission has been confirmed in Korea. Furthermore, there is a growing interest in correlation between climate changes and tick-borne diseases and in possibility of transmission to the MWDs handlers. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to confirm morbidity rate due to tick-borne diseases pertaining to geographical area and to use that information to aid in preventive measures such as period of preventive medicine usage and method on MWDs. Methods; Ticks collected from the MWDs were analyzed using gene examination method against causative agents such as Anaplasma Phagocytophilium, A. platys, Borrelia burgdorferi, Ehrlichia canis, E. chaffeensis. Geographical comparison analysis was carried out using PCR, ELISA, and 4dx diagnosis kit on blood drawn from operating MWDs in Military Working Dogs Training Center and operating MWDs which were entered for extra education course. Gene examination on causative agents and blood tests were done with the aid of Department of Disease Control in Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency. Results; Large number of ticks were collected from MWDs treated with tick repellent and thus, efficacy of repellents was lower than expected. Results of antibody test of tick-borne diseases using blood drawn from the subjects revealed that 40∼60% of MWDs retain antibodies of causative agents. Results of other antibody tests were negative. Conclusions; Tick-borne diseases in MWDs presents a significant risk. However, 100% efficacy should not be expected from prophylactic repellents. MWDs show no clinical signs but were infected with tick-borne diseases; therefore, switching repellents and further study into their efficacy are necessary, as well as preventing non-combat loss by researching geographical distribution of pests and effective pest control.
