국내 사용 후 화학촉매제품의 재자원화 현황 및 향후 방향

화학촉매제품은 석유화학공정, 대기오염방지시설, 자동차 배기가스 정화 장치 등 다양한 분야에 적용되고 있다. 국내외 화학촉매 시장은 매년 증가하고 있는 추세이며, 그에 따라 발생되는 폐촉매량도 증가하고 있다. 탈황 폐촉매, 자동차 폐촉매 등 대부분의 사용 후 화학촉매제품은 유가금속을 함유하고 있어 경제적 가치와 자원 확보 측면에서 매우 중요한 순환자원이다. 이에 일부 도시광산업체를 통해 유가금속을 회수하는 재자원화 공정이 상용화 되어 있고, 사용 후 SCR 탈질 촉매제품은 일부 재제조를 통해 자원순환되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용 후 화학촉매제품의 재자원화 산업 지원 정책 수립의 기초자료로 활용이 가능하도록 주요촉매제품별 국내 발생량 및 재자원화 현황을 조사 분석하였으며, 사용 후 화학촉매제품의 자원순환 활성화를 위한 발전과제를 제시하였다. Chemical catalyst products are applied to various fields such as petrochemical process, air pollution prevention facility and automobile exhaust gas purifier. The domestic and overseas chemical catalyst market is increasing every year, and the amount of waste catalyst generated thereby is also increasing. Most of the used chemical catalyst products, such as desulfurized waste catalysts and automobile waste catalysts containing valuable metals are important recyclable resources from a substitute resource point of view. The recycling processes for recovering valuable metals have been commercialized through some urban mining companies, and SCR denitration catalysts have been recycled through some remanufacturing companies. In this paper, the amount of domestic production and recycling of major catalyst products have thus been investigated and analyzed so as to be used as basic data for establishing industrial support policy for recycling of used chemical catalyst products. Also tasks for promoting the recycling of used chemical catalyst products are suggested.

본 연구는 사회복지조직의 조직문화와 사회복지사의 임파워먼트 수준이 사회복지사의 신뢰에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 사회복지이용시설인 지역사회복지관, 노인복지관, 장애인복지관에 종사하고 있는 사회복지사로 총 656부가 분석에 사용되었다. 조직문화와 임파워먼트를 독립변인으로 하여 사회복지사의 신뢰에 상관관계를 분석하였으며, 신뢰에 미치는 영향의 정도를 파악하기 위한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 조직문화에서는 집단문화, 발전문화가 사회복지사의 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 사회복지사의 임파워먼트 수준에서 과업의미성과 자기결정력이 사회복지사의 신뢰수준에 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 사회복지사의 신뢰를 향상시키기 위해서는 사회복지조직이 집단문화와 발전문화일수록, 사회복지사가 인지하는 임파워먼트 수준이 과업에 의미성을 부여하고 자기결정력이 높게 해야 한다는 결과를 보이고 있다. This study was carried out in order to verify the influence that social welfare trust organizational culture and level of empowerment. The study object 656 copies of guns were used to analysis to social worker engaged in to the community welfare agency, old man welfare agency, disabled welfare agency which was social welfare use facilities. Organizational culture and empowerment as it was for an independent variable analyzed correlation to trust and executed regression analysis to grasp a degree of an influence to be mad to trust. Research result, first, Organizational culture appeared to what I affected to trust social group culture, development cultural artist and second, Level of empowerment of social worker appeared to what I affected to trust own a task meaning result and self-determination. There’s social welfare is organized in order to improve social welfare gratitude confidence, and it is group culture and development culture, and an level of empowerment to recognize a social welfare private house gives meaning anger to a task and self-determination had to heighten it.

전자통관정보시스템(UNI-PASS)의 만족도(CS) 증진을 위한 위험관리(RM)에 관한 실증 연구

These days the customs clearance systems are covers all of the korea customs service affairs. This study is to develop research models suitable for UNI-PASS and empirically analyse them in order to examine and verify factors affecting on the UNI-PASS of customs clearance system and customer satisfaction. The finding from this paper will be applied to UNI-PASS development and maintenance carried out in the future by analyzing the correlation between risk management(RM) and customer satisfaction(CS).

본 논문에서는 가상현실 고소공포증 치료를 위한 원격진료 시스템을 제안하였다. 제작된 가상현실 시뮬레이터를 원격진료시스템에 연결시켜 원격지에서 PC를 통하여 작동시킴으로써 고소공포증 치료를 시도할 수 있도록 하였으며, 전문의가 환자 상태를 체크할 수 있도록 생체 신호를 전문의에게 전송하고 질문지를 온라인상으로 답변할 수 있는 시스템을 적용하였다.

본 연구는 목회자를 대상으로 은퇴준비 행동과 관련한 연구를 목적으로 한다. 계획된 행동이론에 기초한 은퇴준비 태도요인, 은퇴준비 주관적 규범요인, 은퇴준비 지각된 행동통제요인, 은퇴준비 의도요인, 은퇴준비 행동요인으로 구분하여 연구모형을 구성하였다. 연구대상자는 목회자 214명이었고 SPSS와 AMOS 통계패키지를 사용하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 은퇴준비 주관적 규범과 은퇴준비 지각된 행동통제는 은퇴준비 의도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 은퇴준비 지각된 행동통제와 은퇴준비 의도는 은퇴준비 행동에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 은퇴준비 의도는 은퇴준비 지각된 행동통제와 은퇴준비 행동의 영향관계에서 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 목회자들의 은퇴준비 행동에 영향을 미치는 실천적 개입 방안을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to verify the effects on all factors from the research design by pastors. Research model is based on the theory of planned behavior. To this end, data were collected from 214 pastors and they were analyzed. In order to derived the results of a study, we used the statistical processing technique SPSS, to perform verification of factor analysis and reliability of each variable, AMOS analysis was performed for hypothesis testing. The results are as follows. First, this study demonstrated that there is a positive relationship between subjective norms and intention, perceived behavior control and intention of retirement preparing. Second, this study demonstrated that there is a positive relationship between intention and behavior, perceived behavior control and behavior of retirement preparing. Third, intention had a partial mediation effect between perceived behavior control and behavior of retirement preparing. As a result of this research, comprehensive implications were suggested for improving of retirement preparing by pastor.

This study aims at suggesting the political direction of improving the system of customs administrations to support export company by analyzing the present condition and problems in uprising global Free Trade Agreement(FTA) environment. The methods and scope of this study are based on SUCCESS Model(Melese et al., 2004) which is designed originally by Deming"s PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-reAct) model and to review the managerial outcomes" aspects of customs adiministration in 2005, 2006. Accordingly, this study points out insufficient aspects on general managerial outcomes on customs administration and suggests the directions of the policy for supporting export company to implement optimization of outcoming management of customs administration in FTA environment.
