We proposed a method to fabricate label-free protein sensor with sub-wavelength nanograting structures to be used for diagnosing acute myocardial infarction. A nickel stamp for the injection molding of nanograting integrated protein sensor was fabricated by electroforming process with high fidelity. By using metallic stamp, we replicated label-free protein sensor via injection molding, which is an outstanding method for low-cost and mass production of polymer products. Finally, we performed a feasibility test, examining cardiac troponin T (cTnT) and anti-cTnT interactions. From the results, we demonstrated that the fabricated protein sensor can provide information for the early and accurate detection of cardiac diseases such as acute myocardial infarction.

Background/Aims: There are few data supporting the diagnostic yield of brush cytology depending on the order of cytologic reparation method or the location or shape of tumors in biliary strictures. We investigated diagnostic yields and variations n brush cytology with direct smear and cell-block preparations according to sampling preparation sequence and tumor location nd shape in biliary strictures. ethods: Patients who had undergone ERCP with tissue sampling between August 2009 and April 2013 were analyzed etrospectively. Group A was examined using brush cytology with direct smear followed by cell-block with or without biopsy, hile the reverse order was performed for group B. esults: Among 138 enrolled patients, 92 patients (A: 36, B: 56) underwent both brush cytology with direct smear and cell-block reparations. No differences in sensitivity, specificity, or accuracy were observed according to the sampling preparation method nd the location or shape of tumors in biliary strictures. The cellularity observed from brush cytology with direct smear was etter than that from cell-block according to the location of the tumor (p<0.01). The diagnostic yield was increased in both roups with addition of an endobiliary biopsy. onclusions: No difference in diagnostic accuracy was observed between the sequences of preparation for brush cytology ith direct smear and cell-block techniques. Brush cytology showed better cellularity for diagnosis.

Automotive wheel bearing which transmits the power and supports the vehicle weight should satisfy the stress and strength conditions according to vehicle loadings, respectively. Among the several numerical methods, the conventional approach to check them is static analysis, which is not considered the effect of bearing rotation. In this paper, dynamic analysis is performed in order to predict the strength of automotive wheel bearing by using commercial software DAFUL. To verify the reliability of this study, the results are compared with those of conventional method which is calculated by MSC.MARC.

The railway vehicle is composed of many suspension components, such as 1st springs, 2nd dampers, that have an influence on the dynamic characteristics of high speed train. Also, the wheel/rail shapes and its contact mechanism affect the dynamic behavior of high speed train. but these geometric contact characteristics are nonlinear functions of the wheelset lateral displacement and it do not exact dynamic analysis for high speed train. there is a need to develop a new wheel/rail contact module for dynamic behavior and wheelset model is divided motor box, wheel box and wheel body. This wheel is moved by motor box and constrained by joint. It is almost same a train and its result is more exactly.

자동차용 휠 베어링은 동력을 전달하고 차량의 무게를 지지해주는 중요한 부품으로써 너클에 체결된다. 이때 체결 토크에 의하여 시일 압입부와 궤도부를 포함하는 휠 베어링 외륜의 변형이 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 휠 베어링 외륜의 변형을 유한요소법을 이용하여 해석하였다. 상용 소프트웨어 MSC.MARC 를 이용하였고, 외륜, 볼트, 너클의 체결거동을 보다 정확하게 예측하기 위하여 탄소성 해석과 접촉 해석을 수행하였다. 외륜 플랜지는 가공에 따라서 다소 오목하게 형성될 수 있으며, 이는 너클과의 체결 시 틈새 발생을 유발하여 변형에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 외륜의 오목한 정도를 변화시키면서 변형 해석을 수행하였다. 해석 결과를 검증 하기 위하여 시험을 수행하였고, 해석과 시험 결과를 비교한 결과 비교적 유사함을 알 수 있었다. The wheel bearing is one of the important parts in a vehicle for translating power and bearing weight. When it is mounted on the knuckle by using bolts, the distortion of the outer ring including the seal mounting point and raceway occurs. In this study, a numerical analysis was performed to analyze the distortion of the outer ring by using a finite element method. The commercial software MSC.MARC was used for this purpose. Elastoplastic and contact analysis were carried out to compute the clamping behavior of the outer ring, bolts, and knuckle. Because the concavity on the flange of the outer ring affects the deformation, its effect was considered. To verify the reliability of this study, the roundness of the outer ring was measured. The experimental results were comparatively in agreement with the computational results.

To boost the Korean peninsula as a logistical hub of North-East Asia in 21st century is an important part of Korean development strategies. This research has been conducted on the premise that the connection and operation of the Korean Peninsula break-railway and Euro-Asian railway network will be a great drive for Korean economy and railway technology development. For the preparation to do a further research on this subject, this paper introduces the general condition and related basic material for the railway network operation through the countries along the corridor. It also provides the basic data of railway and actual operation condition in the involved Euro-Asian areas, such as Russia, China, Mongolia, Kazakh-stan, etc.
