본 연구는 MRI 조영제나 새로운 생리활성 물질을 개발키 위해 paraformaldehyde와 hypophosphorous acid를 아미노산인 glycine 혹은 glutamic acid와 함께 반응시켜 3,7-dihydroxy-3,7-dioxoperhydro-1,5,3,7-diazadiphos-phocme-1,5-diacetic acid 1 와 3,7-dihydrexy-3,7-dioxoperhydre-1,5,3,7-diazadiphos-phocme-1,5-di- (2-glutaric acid)3을 합성하였다. 그러나 aspartic acid에 의한 2-[5-(1,2-dicarboxy-ethyl)-3,7-dihydroxy-3,7-dioxo-315.715-[1,5,3,7]diazadiphosphocan-1-yl]-succinic acid 2는 얻지 못했다. 합성 된 3,7-dihydroxy-3,7-dioxoperhydro-1,5,3,7-dia-zadiphosphocine-1,5-diacetic acid 1을 산 촉매에 의한 에스테르화반응시켜 화합물 3,7-dihydroxy-3,7-dioxoper-hydro-1,5,3,7-diazadiphosphocine-1,5-diacetic acid methyl ester 4, 3,7-dihydroxy-3,7-dioxoperhydro-1,5,3,7-dia-zadiphosphocine-1,5-diacetic acid ethyl ester 5, 그리고 3,7-dihyoxy-3,74dioxoperhyo-1,5,3,7-diazadiphosphocine-1,5-diacetic acid propyl ester 6을 합성하였다. 계속해서 다양한 반응을 통해 새로운 화합물을 합성할 것이며 생리활성검색도 실시할 예정이다. In order to synthesize new bioactive compounds and contrasting agents, reactions of glycine and glutamic acid as an animo acid with paraformaldehyde and hypophosphorous acid were executed. Products are 3,7-dihydroxy-3,7-dioxoperhydro-1,5,3,7-diazadiphosphocine-1,5-diacetic acid 1 and 3,7-dihydroxy-3,7- dioxoperhydre-1,5,3,7-diazadiphosphocine-1,5-di-(2-glu taric acid) 3. 2-[5-(1,2-Dicarboxyethyl)-3,7-dihydroxy-3,7-dioxo-315.715-[1,5,3,7] diazadiphosphocan-1-yl]-succinic acid 2 by using aspartic acid was not obtained. Esterification of 3,7- dihydroxy-3,7-dioxoperkydro-1,5,3,7-diaza-diphosphocine-1,5-diacetic acid 1 by treatment of methanol, ethanol, and propanol were executed. 3,7-Dihydroxy-3,7-dioxoperhydro-1,5,3,7-diazadiphosphocine-1,5-diacetic acid methyl ester 4, 3.7-dihydroxy-3,7-dioxoperhydro-1,5,3,f-diazadiphosphocine-1.5-diacetic acid ethyl ester 5, and 3,7-dihydroxy-3,7-dioxoperhydro-1,5,3,7-diazadiphosphocine-1,5-diacetic acid propyl ester 6 were respectively synthesized in good yields. Continuously, we will try synthesis of novel compounds and evaluation of biological activity.
짧은 채널 p형 폴리실리콘 박막트랜지스터에 대한 바이어스-온도 스트레스와 빛에 의한 효과

바이어스 온도 스트레스(-40도∼100도) 조건에서 짧은 채널 p형 ELA 폴리실리콘 박막트랜지스터의 전기적 특성을 조사했다. 바이어스 온도 스트레스 조건으로 인하여 짧은 채널박막 트랜지스터의 문턱전압이 음의 방향으로 이동한 것을 관찰했다.(ΔV<SUB>TH</SUB>=-3.75V), 반면 긴 채널의 경우에는 변화 폭이 상대적으로 작았다.(ΔV<SUB>TH</SUB>=-0.32V). 짧은 채널의 경우 음의 방향으로의 문턱전압 이동은 채널층 안에 형성된 defect 영역의 비율이 증가했기 때문으로 추정하고 있다.

A heat transfer model for the case of simultaneous vibration of both the heated surface and its surrounding medium is constructed and the dimensional analysis is applied to this model in order to and the governing dimensionless Parameters in which the vibration effects the heat transfer. In the second Part of this study, an experimental investigation of the effect of vibration on natural convective heal transfer from spheres has been performed for the case of the external oscillatory motion being imposed on the heated surface which is immersed in an otherwise undisturbed air, The ranges of the experimental variables were: temperature difference 10 to $120^{\circ}C$; vibration frequency 10 to 120Hz; displacement amplitude 1.3 to 12.5mm. Three different diameter aluminum were used as the experimental models. Improvements in heat transfer due to vibration were observed, with the maximum increase being 330 Percent. A dimensionless correlation describing the measured heat transfer data is given.
확장칼만필터를 이용한 영구자석 동기기의 속도추정성능 비교

고정자 전압과 전류로부터 추출된 회전속도 정보는 회전속도 센서를 사용하지 않는 모터드라이브 제어에 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 확장칼만필터를 이용한 영구자석동기기(PMSM)의 속도 추정기법을 제시한다. 확장칼만필터는 측정된 전압, 전류를 이용하여 회전속도를 추정한다. Matlab을 이용하여 컴퓨터 모의실험을 수행하였으며, 모의실험 결과로부터 제안된 확장칼만필터 기반 속도추정성능을 검증 하였다. The rotational speed information extracted from the stator voltage and current is used for motor drive control without using the rotational speed sensor. In this paper, we present the speed estimation for PMSM using Extended Kalman filter (EKF). The extended Kalman filter estimates the rotation speed using the measured voltage and current. Computer simulation conducts usng Matlab, the simulation results confirms the proper operations of the proposed EKF based sensorless control method.
