발전소용 다중 스프레이형 과열저감기의 열성능 및 안정성에 관한 연구

The important use of the desuperheater(multi spray type) changes the superheated steam into the saturated steam. It is more efficient and suitable for using the process. Also, it is more convenient and stable regarding the process temperature control. In this study, transient and quasi-static analysis were done for the evaluation of structural integrity of the multi spray type desuperheater of the power plant. Computational analysis was used to calculate the thermal stress, and the vibration test was done to evaluate the structural stability. This paper is verified by analysis that water spray nozzle(?=28㎜) shows the best ability. The results show that structural stability of the desuperheater under the real operating condition was proven.
수직원관내 에어제트 노즐을 사용하는 에어리프팅에 관한 실험적 연구

Airlift pumps have some problems and limited applications as pumps for liquid transfer because of low energy efficiency, compared with the centrifugal pump. However, An advantage of airlift pump is in its geometrical simplicity, not having any moving part, so is suitable in lifting fluid including heavy metal and grit. In order to higher lifting head and provide airlifting data, air jet nozzle was used. We have performed experimentally according to various characteristics of pump as change of submerged depth, height of liquid-air mixture in the pipe(total head) and air flow. This paper is verified through experiments that airlift pump shows lifting ability for 3m(Sc=0.3) in comparison with conventional height, 2m(Sc=0.4).

In this paper, the design procedure of a STS water tank with embossing panel is described. The new shape of the stainless steel panel aiming at minimal using of the support members was proposed. In order to evaluate the structural safety of the proposed design, stress analysis to the proposed panel design was conducted. The STS water tank adopting the proposed panel design was also numerically modeled and its structural safety was discussed. The design of the STS water tank obtained through the preceding analysis was simulated to obtain the reinforcement design.

The photovoltaic ribbon attached the flux reduces the solar module manufacturing process and the pollution. This paper presents an analytical method for solving the continuous flux drying system of photovoltaic ribbon. Also, some experiments of the drying of photovoltaic ribbon are carried out in order to design the drying system. Numerical results indicate the air temperature, the air velocity, the air pressure and the timewise temperature variation of ribbon during drying process. In case of the drier process length is short, 400㎜, the photovoltaic ribbon is wet. Thus, another study of drying system is necessary to improve the drying ability. As a result, multi-stage drier system is proposed and shown to be good drying ability.
전원장치로 태양광을 이용하는 봉독 채집기에 관한 실험적 연구

A bee venom is very useful and expensive medical resource. A bee venom collector has some difficulties and inconveniences because of its complex component. This is used normal battery as an electric power. However, using the solar cell of the bee-venom collector reduces economic burden and guarantees high efficiency. We have performed comparative experiment between the bee venom collector to use battery and the one to use solar cell(polycrystalline silicon) by collecting the bee venom simultaneously. At the same electricity, the electric frequency(AC), 312 ㎐ is more superior than 450 ㎐. This paper verified through the experiments that the bee venom collector to adopt solar cell is more effective than normal collector.
$C_{28}H_{58}$과 $Na_4P_2O_7{\cdot}10H_2O$의 전열특성 및 축열성능 비교에 관한 연구

본 연구는 상변화물질로써 용융점온도가 $62^{\circ}C$인 파라핀($C_{28}H_{58}$)과 용융점온도가 $79^{\circ}C$인 피로인산나트륨($Na_4P_2O_7{\cdot}10H_2O$)을 사용하여 축열 및 방열과정 시 잠열축열조내에서 각 상변화물질의 시간경과에 따른 온도특성 및 열전달현상을 실험적으로 규명한 것으로 각 상변화물질의 온도분포와 축열량 및 방열량을 계산하고 이를 비교, 검토한 것이다. 파라핀의 경우 축열과정초기에 자연대류 열전달현상으로 인하여 온도가 서서히 증가하는 반면 피로인산나트륨의 경우는 전도 열전달 현상의 지배적인 영향으로 인하여 축열과정 초기에 온도가 급격히 증가하는 형태로 나타났다. 또한 축열 및 방열과정 시 파라핀의 경우 tube의 상하부벽면에서의 온도변화와 중심부의 온도변화가 큰 차이를 보였으나 피로인산나트륨의 경우 tube의 상하부 벽면에서의 온도와 중심부에서의 온도는 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 그리고 축열과정 시 동일질량에 대한 각 상변화물질의 축열량은 파라핀보다 피로인산나트륨이 약 16%정도 많은 것으로 나타났다. Heat transfer phenomena and temperature characteristics in heat storage and release process in the heat storage system using PCM(Phase Change material) were studied experimentally. The melting points of Octacosane paraffin($C_{28}H_{58}$) and sodium pyrophosphate decahydrate ($Na_4P_2O_7{\cdot}10H_2O$) used for phase change materials are $62^{\circ}C$ and $79^{\circ}C$ respectively. Experiments were performed in order to investigate temperature distributions, the heat storage quantity and the release quantity on octacosane paraffin and sodium pyrophosphate decahydrate for heat storage and release in the heat storage system. Furthermore the comparison of these characteristics between paraffin and $Na_4P_2O_7{\cdot}10H_2O$ were evaluated. In case of the paraffin, temperature slowly increased at early heat storage process by natural convection, while temperature of $Na_4P_2O_7{\cdot}10H_2O$ rapidly increased the dominant role played by conduction at early heat storage processing Also, during the heat storage and release process in case of the paraffin, it was observed that the variation of temperature of the neighborhood of wall and center in the top and bottom of the tube exhibited a great difference, however in $Na_4P_2O_7{\cdot}10H_2O$, it was observed that the variation of temperature exhibited a little difference. And heat storage quantity of each PCM of identity mass in heat storage process was shown that $Na_4P_2O_7{\cdot}10H_2O$ exhibited more by 16 percents than paraffin.
