1톤급 상용차 시트 개발에 따른 FMVSS 210 Model 구조 강도 평가 연구

This study develops a seat with electric motor technology for a one-ton grade commercial vehicle. Whileapplying electric motor technology, the FMVSS 210 seat frame strength test is also conducted to examine theproduct’s weak parts. The seat frame strength test used the FMVSS 210 test standard and the ANSYSprogram was used to simulate the test and identify weak parts in the deformation and strain values. The testresults showed that the cushion frame and slide rail connection bracket were fractured at loads of about10,000 N. Similarly, the maximum stress and strain values in the bracket were obtained in the simulationresults. On this basis, it was evaluated that the connection part bracket was a considerably weak part in thecase of the first model, and changing the shape of the bracket and reinforcing the strength were required. Inaddition, the seat belt anchorage test results and simulation results were compared to assure their validity. Inthe comparison results, the error for each is about 5–10%. Therefore, the simulation performed in this studyis considered to have produced reasonably accurate results.

The Bamboo Craft Industry has been pushed as one of the main aims of our community. It has increased our compet itive power as well as the income of our area . As a cultura l product, bamboo tea tables were developed. It is suggested that the development of tea tables as a main goal of cultural soc iety leads to the establishment of the art of ceremonial tea making. It is reported that bamboo trees help improve the environment, so their value is increasing and leads to a new cultural based living. In deve loping this bamboo prod uct ; First, practi cal use is emphas ized. Second , the combina tio n of traditi onal met hods and modern techn ology is used to red uce the cost of pro duction. Third, nat iona l qua li ty and inspiri ng desig n are used to give the produ ct s a meaningful image. A ca lm and generative image is maximized. Taekuk pattern is frequently used to decorate tea table. The elegant image of Koryo porcelain is applied to the legs of tea tables. Taekuk and the lines of Koryo and Choson porcelains are the major decorating pattern is used in hon or of the 2002 World-Cup.

In this paper, we evaluated the fatigue and durability performance of a V-arm that supports the axle of a commercial vehicle and is subjected to vibration or shock load from the road surface. The V-arm is designed to have high strength in order to prevent damage due to vibration and impact load considering the use environment of the product. Therefore, the weight of the product also increases, which is one of the obstacles to the weight reduction of the vehicle. In order to lighten the V-arm with the above characteristics, the product was molded using the die casting method. The die casting method is widely used as a manufacturing method capable of producing complex shapes at a high speed. The shape of the V-arm is relatively small, but the size and thickness of the product are larger and thicker than those of the general die casting, making it difficult to develop the product. It is necessary to develop the production technology and evaluate the fatigue load technically. In order to evaluate the reliability of the product using the high vacuum diecasting technique, fatigue analysis was carried out using fatigue limit test and ANSYS n _Code Design Life using samples obtained from the developed product.
