근세 일본 지방행정조직의 구조: 오카야마번(岡山藩)의 군카이쇼(郡會所)사례 연구

본고는 오카야마번의 군카이쇼를 통해 근세일본의 지방행정조직의 구조를 분석하였다. 군다이(郡代)와 고오리부교(郡奉行) 등의 임명과 승진 등은 기본적으로 가격(家格)에 따라 이루어졌다. 번은 부정부패 방지 혹은 햐쿠쇼(百姓)를 보호(혹은 지배)하기 위해, 고오리부교 등 지카타야쿠닌(地方役人)을 조카마치(城下町)에 거주하게 하고, 또한 순회 및 출장을 제한시키고, 군메쓰케(郡目付)의 감시와 감찰기능을 강화시켰다. 이런 제도는 부패와 유착을 방지하는 데 어느 정도 긍정적인 측면이 있었지만, 담당 군에 대한 기본적 지식과 햐쿠쇼의 실상에 대한 무지, 소극적인 행정, 역직의 이권화와 부정부패가 생겨났다. 이런 부정적인 현상은 무라야쿠닌(村役人) 및 봉공인(奉公人) 사이에서도 마찬가지로 나타났다. 다른 한편, 가치(徒) 및 하급(혹은 신참) 헤이시(平士)들은 가격 중시와 후다이(譜代) 등의 역직과 경제력 독점 및 그들의 생활습관에 대해 반감을 갖고 비판을 가했다. This article analyzes the structure of the regional administration in Earlymodern Japan through the organization of the Okayama Domain. Gundai and Koribugyo (magistrate of a country) are appointed and promoted according to the family status. In order to prevent corruption of officials and to protect (or dominate) farmers, the domain government has allowed local officials to live in castle towns, restricted their touring and business trips, and monitored and supervised them through controlling the superintendent officer of the district. In spite of having these systems to prevent corruption and collusion, officials still do not possess the basic understanding of the county and the sufferings of the local peasants under such circumstances. So, they performed negatively in the administration. Consequently, this encouraged more corruption when the officials were seeking higher positions. There were no exceptions for the village officers and servants of samurai. On the other hand, Kachi (Foot Guards) and lower-ranking warriors were not satisfied. They criticized the culture of over-dependence to the family status, the monopoly of official positions, the economic power by the higher-ranking samurai (Fudai), and the dominance over their lives.

Bien que la comédie-ballet, George Dandin soit comparée fréquemment à une forme contrepoint, il manque d'une discussion méthodologique pour le justifier. Nous avons donc tenté de clarifier le rapport entre la musique et la comédie qui sont extrêmement séparées et l'effet dramatique en analysant le texte musical. Pour ce faire, nous avons d'abord revu le contrepoint qui manquait de définition théorique d'un point de vue musical, et obtenu la présupposition que George Dandin est appliqué au ‘fugue’. À l'étape suivante, en posant la comédie et l'intermède comme deux voix indépendantes de fugue, la composition des genres de la comédie-ballet est examinée selon divers moyens d'imitation. Et en dernier, l'effet dramatique de George Dandin est tiré par l'analyse de texte musical. L'intermède pastoral réalise une scène individuelle sans se croiser ni se heurter avec la comédie farce qui a un caractère complètement contrasté. Et sur cette scène, l'intermède propose une nouvelle combinaison des genres comme un contre-chant qui imite renversement le thème de la comédie, un interlude qui est le motif d'une transition dramatique et un strette(stretto) qui conduit à la finale. La musique, qui avait imité intuitivement le langage abstrait de la comédie à travers le système d'universalité dès la première comédie-ballet, n'a pas été facile à imiter parallèlement la comédie en raison de la juxtaposition des genres de George Dandin. Cependant, à la suite d'un examen détaillé par des aspects de technique musical, nous avons découvert un nouvel moyen d'imitation de la musique qui a construit un rapport interne et invisible en déplaçant la réalité de la comédie dans l'irréalité de l'intermède. En somme, le contrepoint de George Dandin est un choix intentionnel pour critiquer la réalité sans s'opposer à l'universel de théâtre qui satisfaire au goût du public. Ainsi, George Dandin, qui semble aller à l'encontre de l'idéal de l'auteur pour combiner les genres, peut s'évaluer comme une l'oeuvre novatrice de comédie-ballet qui transforme tous les éléments d'inharmonie en d'autres forme d'harmonie.

프랑스 고전주의 시대 극작품과 륄리의 음악 텍스트 결합 양상에 대한 분석적 고찰

프랑스 고전주의 시대 극작품에 나타난 음악의 역할에 주목한 본고는 작곡가 륄리의 작품 중 『강요된 결혼』, 『프시케』, 『아르미다』를 선정해 음악 텍스트의 결합 양상을 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 지금까지 극작가들의 ‘공격자’로 규정되었던 륄리를 음악적 관점에서 재고하였고 최종 악보 분석을 시행해 음악의 위상 변화와 극작품의 의미 강화를 위한 륄리의 방식을 확인하였다. 이로서 륄리의 음악 작업은 엄격한 음악적 규범 안에서 극작품을 반영하고 보완하는 문학 활동의 일부로 규정할 수 있을 것이다.

A Systematic Review of the Effectiveness of Batterer Intervention Programs in the Republic of Korea

본 연구의 목적은 국내 행위자 개입 프로그램의 효과성에 대한 체계적인 개관을 하고 보다 효과적인 근거기반 개입을 위해 상담소, 정부기관 등에서 관심을 가지고 개발할 방도를 검토하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내 가정폭력방지법이 시행된 1998년부터 2017년까지 행위자 집단상담의 효과성을 나타내는 자료 13편을 채택하여 CONSORT 점검표를 통해 체계적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 국내에서는 주로 인지행동치료에 근거를 둔 개입프로그램이 제공되고 있으며, 프로그램의 효과성은 주로 행위자의 자기보고식 사전사후 평가에 의해 측정됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 행위자 개인만 참석한 프로그램보다는 부부단위로 참석한 프로그램의 효과가 높으며 알코올 문제를 가진 행위자에게는 일반적인 폭력 중단 프로그램보다는 알코올 개입 프로그램이 함께 제공될 때 문제행동이 줄어들었음을 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구의 주결과에 따른 논의로는 근거기반 프로그램 개발의 필요성, 프로그램 측정법에 대한 고찰, 그리고 행위자 하위유형에 따른 맞춤형 프로그램을 제공하는 것이다. The purpose of this study is to give a systematic review of the effectiveness of batterer intervention programs (BIPs) in the Republic of Korea and to analyze the roles of service providers and government organizations in order to provide more evidence-based BIPs. The literature on the effectiveness of BIPs from 1998 (the year the domestic violence laws were passed) to 2017 was reviewed and 13 articles were selected for the systematic review according to the CONSORT2010 checklist. Results show that CBT is frequently utilized in BIPs and offenders are legally obligated to spend the required counseling hours within a given period of time. It is also found that most research designs were not able to build a control group. Discussions based on the review include the establishment of evidence-based BIPs and programs tailored to fit different sub-types of offenders.

다기능기 아민계 개시제를 이용한 Star-Shaped PLLA 벌크와 용액 중합 및 결정성 비교

Poly(L-lactide)(PLLA)의 약물 전달 시스템에서의 낮은 친수성과 높은 결정성을 향상시키기 위하여 2, 3, 4개의 OH기를 가지는 아민계 개시제를 이용하여 star-shaped PLLA를 벌크와 용액 중합으로 합성하였다. Sn(Oct)₂를 중합촉매로 개시제로는 N-butyldiethanolamine, triethanolamine, N,N,N",N"-tetrakis(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylendiamine을 사용하였다. 합성된 고분자는 시차주사열량계, X-선 회절, 편광광학현미경을 통해 결정 형태와 결정 성장 거동을 확인하였다. 벌크 중합으로 합성된 star-shaped PLLA는 선형 PLLA와 비교했을 때 녹는점, 결정성이 낮았으며 결정의 크기가 작으며 결정 성장 속도가 느렸다. 용액 중합으로 합성된 PLLA는 벌크 중합보다 선형 PLLA와 star-shaped PLLA의 녹는점, 결정성, 결정 성장 속도가 차이가 크지 않았다. In this study, star-shaped PLLA was synthesized by using 2, 3 and 4 OH group-contained amine initiators to improve hydrophilicity and to decrease crystallinity of poly(L-lactide) (PLLA) drug delivery system. Tin(II) 2-ethylhexanoate (Sn(Oct)₂) was selected as a polymerization catalyst and N-butyldiethanolamine (NBDA), triethanolamine (TEA), N,N,N",N"-tetrakis(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylendiamine (TEED) were used as initiators. PLLA polymerization was carried out through bulk polymerization and solution polymerization. The synthesized polymers were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and crystal morphology and crystal growth behavior were confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and polarized optical microscopy (POM). Star-shaped PLLA synthesized by bulk polymerization showed lower melting point and crystallinity, smaller crystal size, and slower crystal growth rate than linear PLLA. The PLLA synthesized by solution polymerization showed no significant difference in melting point, crystallinity, and crystal growth rate between linear PLLA and star-shaped PLLA.
