최근 한국교직사회 구성원들 간에 나타나고 있는 갈등과 대립의 심각성은 학교교육발전에 큰 장애 요인으로 작용할 것이라는 우려의 목소리가 높아지고 있다. 이 논문은 고대 중국 춘추전국시대의 혼돈과 갈등을 극복하고, 유교사상과는 다른 새로운 삶의 지혜를 제공하고자 했던 묵자의 사상 중에서, 兼相愛와 交相利 그리고 삼표법을 통하여 현대 한국교직사회의 갈등 해법의 가능성을 논구하고자 하였다. 교직갈등의 두가지 요인인 이해 관계와 교육관 차이의 문제를 겸상애 교상리와 삼표법으로 각각 대비시켜 시사점을 찾음으로써 향후 한국교직사회 갈등 해소에 기여할 수 있는 한 방안을 탐색코자 한 것이다. Recently it is anxious about that the seriousness of conflicts and oppsitions in the society of Korean teaching profession. Text would make a full discussion of the possibility on the modern Korean teaching profession through Kyum-sang-ae, Kyo-sang-ri and Sam-pyo-bub in Mo zi's ideas that recovered from chaos and conflict in the 'golden age' of China and proffered a new wisdom for life which was different with a Confucian ideas. Moreover, that would draw up a plan about solving problems of the Korean teaching profession through finding suggestions on two causes, concerns and differences of educational view from comparing with Kyum-sang-ae, Kyo-sang-ri and Sam-pyo-bub.
외전 운동에 Stretch-Shortening Cycle이 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to analyze an effect of stretch-shortening cycle when abduction movement is occurred about shoulder joint. To accomplish this, five male rugby-football players performed purely concentric abduction movement and abduction movement with stretch-shortening cycle according to three different angular velocities such as 60 degrees/sec, 180 degrees/sec and 240 degrees/sec. Torque, work and power value about two-types movement and three-kinds angular velocities were collected by Cybex 770 and then were analyzed using Excel 97 program. The following conclusions were found : 1. The stretch-shortening cycle abduction movement with pre-stretch was greater than pure abduction movement in peak torque by 9.37% and this effect of pre-stretch was decreased as the angular velocity is increased. 2. The angle to produce peak torque between two-types movement was not different significantly except 240 degrees/sec condition and this angle was increased as the angular velocity is increased. 3. SSC abduction movement including pre-stretch was greater than pure abduction movement in total work by 7.54% and this effect of pre-stretch was increased as the angular velocity is increased. 4. SSC abduction movement with pre-stretch was greater than pure abduction movement in power by 6.93% and this power was increased as the angular velocity is increased.
현대무용의 Leap 동작에서 숙련자와 비숙련자간의 운동학적 변인 비교 연구

The purpose of this study was to compare kinematics of the skilled group with the corresponding of the unskilled group during the leap of the mordern dance and to investigate the effective movement patterns of the leap. The kinematic and temporal variables examined using the DLT(Direct Linear Transformation) method of three-dimensional cinematography were leap time, leap distance, leap height and body segment angles at the instants of take off, peak height and touch down. Four skilled and four unskilled groups were selected as the subjects. Two 16mm high speed cameras were used to monitor the subjects’movement patterns. T-test was used to determine if there is any significant (p<0.05) differences on kinematic variables between the skilled and unskilled groups. The conclusions obtained from the analyzed data were as follows; (1) There were not any significant differences between two groups for the angles of body segment at the instant of take off and leap distance. (2) At the instant of peak height, the leap angle and the left ankle angle for the skilled groups were larger than for unskilled groups. (3) At the instant of touch down, the trunk angle in the sagittal plane for the skilled groups were larger than for unskilled groups. (4) The flight time and height for the skilled groups were longer and higher than for the unskilled groups.
