[論文] 충격파관을 이용한 분무연료의 착화지연에 관한연구

A shock tube technique was developed in which a freely falling droplets column produced by an ultrasonic atomizer was ignited behind reflected shock.<br/> In the present study, the effects of turbulent mixing on the ignition delay of a cetane was decided, also, ignition process was investigated. For the purpose of disturbance of droplets column and mixing, authors installed turbulent lattice in shock tube.<br/> Usually, the ignition delay is so called Arrhenius plot which found break point in the Arrhenius plot on the high temperature side. The rate of misfiring increased rapidly below lO80K, but ignition took place from 838k and luminous flame was seen to spread over the whole section by turbulent lattice.<br/> Length, from end plate to turbulent lattice, was varied with 60,40,20mm.<br/> Also, ignition process was detected by Photo transistor. As a result, it was found that physical factors changed ignition delay greatly and turbulent mixing had a considerable effects in the ignition process.

환경기초시설에서 발생하는 바이오가스 중 주종을 이루고 있는 일산화탄소와 메탄가스는 대표적인 온실가스로 분류 되고 있으며, 폭발 위험성을 내포하고 있고, 암모니아, 황화수소 등의 악취 및 유해성물질을 함유하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 가스를 사전에 처리할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 환경기초시설에서 발생되는 CH₄, CO₂, H₂S의 발생량을 조사하고 발생하는 바이오가스를 이용하여 고체전해질 연료전지로 활용하였을 경우를 분석 및 조사하여 환경기초시설의 바이오가스의 활용도 및 에너지 효율을 높이고자 한다.
농업용 액체 분무용 초음파 분사효과에 관한 실험적 연구

N/A The objective of this study is to investigate experimentally atomization characteristics for differently made an ultrasonic twin-fluid nozzle. A spray system, an ultrasonic system, and three different type(Nozzle type, Tube type, Conventional type)are made and tested by applied with ultrasonic energy. In this investigation, the measurement and calculation of spray droplet are to analyze the effects of ultrasonic energy on the agricultural atomization system. Through the measurement of spray angle, spray column using , high speed camera and PDA, it is found that nozzle type is highest efficiency than that of tube type and conventional type. It was found that the ultrasonic energy increased the atomization efficiency of spray droplets about 9% respectively and spray angle was wide spray.

This paper has designed a mixing enhancement apparatus called Lobed-plate and Step-plate and comparatively calculated desulfurization efficiency of when its shape was changed. The parameters used at this time were the shape, SR ratio and the number of nozzles of the mixing enhancement apparatus and comparatively analyzed desulfurization efficiency according to these parameters. As a result, the Step-plate appeared as more highly by around 4% than Lobed-plate in desulfurization efficiency according to the shape of the mixing promotion apparatus, and when the desulfurization efficiency as a SR ratio is considered, it appeared highly by an average of 5% when the SR ratio is 3 rather than 2. As a result of comparing desulfurization efficiency by fixing the SR ratio and setting the number of nozzles as 4 pieces and 6 pieces, there was no big change in desulfurization efficiency when the SR ratio is 2, but it could be confirmed to improve by around 5% when the SR ratio is 3 when time passed 8 seconds.
