토피고 변화에 따른 Liner Plate 거동특성에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 도심지 소구경 터널굴착공법에서 파형강판으로 제작된 liner plate의 거동특성에 대해 알아보기 위해 유한요소 해석 프로그램인 MIDAS/GTS를 이용하여 수치해석을 실시하였다. 토피고 변화에 따라 liner plate의 거동특성을 알아보기 위해 토피고는 5 m, 10 m, 15 m, 20 m, 25 m 5가지 각 조건으로 해석을 실시하였다. 수치해석결과 liner plate의 최대변위와 최대축응력은 부재의 하단부에서 발생되며, 최대전단응력의 경우 부재의 천단부에서 발생되는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 토피고에 따른 liner plate의 변위, 응력, 전단응력의 변화는 있었으나 그 차이가 미미하고 토피고가 증가함에 따라 점점 구조적 안정성이 확보되는 것으로 판단된다. In this study, the numerical analysis has been conducted in order to check behavior characteristics of liner plate made of corrugated steel from urban small sized tunnel excavation. The analysis was conducted with five kinds of conditions like 5 m, 10 m, 15 m, 20 m and 25 m to examine the behavior characteristics of liner plate according to the depth of cover. Analysis results showed that the maximum axial stress and the maximum displacement occurs in the lower end of the member, and the maximum shear stress occurs in the upper part of the member. Also, change of displacement, stress shearing stress of liner plate based on various depth of cover are existed, but the difference is slight, and by increasing depth of cover, structural stability is gradually ensured.

본 연구의 목적은 공공기관의 기관장의 출신배경이 조직혁신과 조직성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하는 것이다. 2005년부터 2011년까지 격년마다 이루어진 한국노동연구원의 사업체패널조사 자료를 활용하여 공공 부문에서의 기관장의 출신배경이 조직혁신과 성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 정치인, 귀기관, 외부전문경영인, 공무원 출신 기관장의 특성을 비교하여 분석한 결과, 정치인출신 기관장이 외부전문가 출신과 공무원출신에 비해 유의미하게 혁신을 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 귀기관 출신에 비해서도 통계적으로 유의미하지 않지만 유의미하게 혁신을 많이 하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 하지만 기관장의 출신배경이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 정치인 출신 기관장의 성과가 다른 출신 기관장에 비해서 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 종합하면, 정치인 출신 기관장은 다른 기관장 출신에 비해 혁신은 많이 하지만 성과는 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 기관장의 출신에 따라서 혁신과 성과가 다르게 나타남을 분석한 이 연구는 공공기관의 인사정책에 중요한 시사점을 제시한다. Studies of chief managers" backgrounds and their influence on innovation and performance at the organizational level are scarce. This study develops hypotheses for the relationship between a manager"s background and innovation and performance in public organizations and tries to find the effects from these backgrounds. We argue that the chief manager"s background is likely to influence both variables, innovation and performance. We analyzed these effects based on 188 public organizations (excluding central and local government) in South-Korea from the Workplace Panel Survey(WPS) data, collected by the Korea Labor Institute(KLI), during 2005-2011(once every two years). We compared four background types which included politicians, internal organization, external professional (CEO), and public officer. The results suggest that the background characteristic makes a difference to innovation and performance. We find that politicians positively influence innovation more than the other two types (external professionals and public officials); however, they do not reveal high performance more than the other types (internal organization, external professional, and public official). This study has important implications for human resource management in the public sector. Our findings clearly point toward the need for consideration when discussing the nomination issue and it"s reformation for the public good. We also discuss several avenues for future research.
이미지 평가를 위한 픽셀 변화량과 포화 인지의 구조적 유사도 기법

Until now, a lot of image quality assessment techniques or tools for optimal human visual system(HVS) awareness have been researched and SSIM(Structural SIMilarity) and its improved techniques are representative examples. However, they often cannot cope with various images and different distortion types robustly, and thus this can cause a large gap between their index values and HVS awareness. In this paper, we conduct image quality assessment on SSIM and its variants intensively and analyze the causes of each component functions observed anomalies. Then, we propose a novel image quality assessment technique to compensate and improve such anomalies. Additionally, through extensive image assessment simulations, we show that the proposed technique can indicate HVS awareness more robustly and consistently than SSIM and its variants for various images and different distortion types.

This study analyzed the mismatches between lexical aspect and aspect marker in Mandarin Chinese. In general, there are strong tendencies in the combination between the combination of the lexical aspect of verbs and grammatical aspect markers, and the semantic mismatch between lexical aspect and grammatical aspect results in an ungrammatical sentence. For example, individual-level state verbs and achievement verbs are not compatible with progressives. However, in some cases, inspite of their aspectual mismatch, individual-level state verbs occur in progressives, and it is acceptable. These mismatches are usually called ‘situation type shift’. This article explained how the mismatches can be acceptable by aspectual type coercion. Coercion is an implicit operation that triggers type shift and reinterpretation. Coercion resolves the semantic conflict between lexical aspect and grammatical aspect, and shift the input value(i.e. aspectual feature value) of lexical aspect. In this article, we investigated the semantic mismatches between lexical aspect and grammatical aspect of Mandarin Chinese, and analyzed their shifted input value. Aspectual mismatches and reinterpretations are highly dependent on the context at first, but some of them have developed into new constructions.
다물체동역학을 이용한 72.5 ㎸ GIS 차단기 스프링조작기의 롤러 동응력해석

72.5 ㎸ GIS 스프링 방식 조작기의 동적성능을 해석하기 위해 조작기의 동역학적 모델링을 수행하였다. 스프링 조작기의 링크와 롤러가 접촉할 때, 롤러의 구조안전성을 조사하기 위해 동적응력해석이 수행되었다. 롤러는 링크를 지지해주고 동작 시 충격하중을 받게 되므로 구조안전성 검토가 반드시 필요하다. 다물체 동역학 해석 결과와 동적특성 시험 결과를 비교하여 해석 모델의 유용성을 확인하였다. 기구 접촉부분의 주요요소인 롤러를 탄성체로 모델링하였고, 탄성체동역학 해석을 수행하여 동응력 결과를 도출해내었다. 각 롤러는 항복강도에 비해 약 19%, 4%의 안전율을 가져 롤러의 건정성이 확인되었다. Dynamic modeling of a spring operating mechanism for a 72.5 ㎸ gas-insulated high-voltage switchgear circuit breaker is established for analyzing its dynamic performance. In addition, a dynamic stress analysis is conducted for investigating the structural safety of the roller contacting with the link of the spring operating mechanism. The roller supports the link and is subjected to impact load during operation. Dynamic simulation results are compared with experimental results. In this study, the roller is modeled as the flexible body by using RecurDyn. The RecurDyn/FFLEX module is employed for flexible multibody dynamic analysis. The results indicate that the dynamic stress of each roller is 19% and 4% under the yield stress. Therefore the robustness of the roller is confirmed.
