중학교 수학 통계 영역과 파이썬(Python) 프로그래밍 융합수업이 문제해결력과 교과 흥미도에 미치는 영향

교육부(2015)에서 「초·중등학교 2015 개정 교육과정」을 고시하고 초·중학교에서 컴퓨팅 사고력 함양을 위한 소프트웨어교육을 2018년부터 단계적으로 초·중·고등학교의 교육과정에 필수적으로 적용함에 따라 ‘문제해결과 프로그래밍’이 중요한 영역으로 부각되었다. 한편, 우리가 살고 있는 이 시대는 홍수처럼 쏟아져 나오는 빅데이터를 분석하고 활용하는 능력이 더욱 강조되어 가고 있다. 이러한 시대의 흐름에 따라 학생들의 문제해결력과 프로그래밍/수학 흥미도를 향상시키는 수업을 구상하였고 이는 정보와 수학, 즉 프로그래밍과 통계적 소양을 겸비하는 통계-파이썬 프로그래밍 융합교육과정을 개발하고 적용해 봄으로써 유의한 차이를 검증해 보고자 한다. 실험처치 전·후 문제해결력 검사와 프로그래밍/수학 흥미도 검사를 실시하였고 대응표본 t-검정으로 비교분석하였다. 분석결과에 의하면 문제해결력에 관한 사전·사후 검사 결과 유의도 수준 0.05에서 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 프로그래밍 흥미도와 수학흥미도의 사전·사후 검사 결과 역시 유의도 수준 0.05에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. The Ministry of Education (2015) announced the "2015 Revised Curriculum for Elementary and Secondary Schools" and announced that SW (Software) training for elementary and junior high school students to develop Computational Thinking will be gradually introduced from 2018. In addition, "problem solving" and "programming" have become important areas. Furthermore, the ability to analyze and utilize big data is becoming more emphasized. We developed and applied the statistical - Python programming convergence curriculum based on the idea that convergence education combining information and mathematics, programming and statistical literacy is needed according to current trends. Before and after the experiment, problem solving ability test and programming / mathematical interest test were conducted and compared with the corresponding sample t-test. According to the analysis results, there were significant differences in the pre- and post-test on problem solving ability, programming interest and mathematical interest at the significance level of 0.05.

This is a 20 year analysis of the problems associated with enterostomy formation, and closure. Forty-three stomas were established in 43 patients: 23 for anorectal malformations, 11 for Hirschsprung's diseases, 4 for necrotizing enterocolitis, 3 for multiple ileal atresias, 1 for volvulus neonatorum with perforation, and 1 for diaphragmatic hernia with colon perforation. Thirty boys and 13 girls were included (mean age 4.8 months). Stoma complications were encountered in 13 patients (30.2 %): stomal prolapse, stenosis, obstruction, paracolic hernia, retraction, dysfunction, and skin excoriation, Four patients (9.3 %) required stomal revision. Occurrence of complications was not related to age and primary disease, but sigmoid colostomy showed lower complication rate than transverse colostomy (20.0 % vs 42.9 %, p<0.05). There were five deaths but, only one (2.3 %) was directly related to the enterostomy complication. Twenty-one stomas were closed in our hospital and complications occurred in seven patients (33.3 %). The most common complication was wound sepsis in 5 children. In conclusion, because the significant morbidity of stomal formation still exists, refinements of the surgical technique seem to be required, Sigmoid loop colostomy is preferred whenever possible.
Parathion을 투여(投與)한 Rat의 혈청(血淸), 척수(脊髓) 및 뇌(腦) Cholinesterase 활성도(活性度)의 변동(變動) 조사(調査)

Parathion is widely used in agriculture, but it is highly toxic and now clear that parathion behaves like a cholinergic drug by inhibiting the enzyme cholinesterase. In order to know acute toxicity and the changes of cholinesterase activity according to time lapsed in Sprague-Dawley rats injected single with half dose to LD50 of parathion, cholinesterase activities in serum, spinal cord, whole brain and median lethal dose between sex difference were investigated. The results obtained were summerized as follows; 1. LD50 values of parathion given intraperitoneally to male and female rats were 10.5mg/kg(95% confidence limits, 6.6-16.8mg / kg) and 3.3mg / kg (95% confidence limits, 1.9-5.6mg / kg). 2. The inhibition rate of cholinesterase activities in serum of parathion-injected rats according to time lapsed were peakly decreased to 35.4%(male) and 32.4%(female) after 1 hour in comparison to control group, but cholinesterase activities were completely recovered after 48 hours. 3. The inhibition rate of cholinesterase activities in spinal cord of parathion-injected rats according to time lapsed were peakly decreased to 31.1%(male) and 36.3%(female) after 30 minutes in comparison to control group, but cholinesterase activities were completely recovered after 48 hours. 4. The inhibition rate of cholinesterase activities in whole brain of parathion-injected rats according to time lapsed were peakly decreased to 32.2%(male) and 42.6%(female) after 1 hour in comparison to control group, but cholinesterase activities were completely recovered after 48 hours.
