우리나라 주요지방의 강수량분포에 관하여(1961 ~ 75)

This report was statistically carried out the study o the distribution of the amount of precipitation from 1961 to 1975 in Korea. All of the fundamental materials and data which were quoted from the annual and monthly meteorological reports (1961∼1975) had been observed in the sixteen stations as shown in Table-1. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1) The annual mean amount of precipitation was nummerically calculated about 1331.6 mm in Korea. This value was slightly greater than that had been reported. 2) The monthly mean amount of precipitation were obtained as shown in Table-2. 3) Mostly higher precipitation phenomena were shown as the great percentages of 58.7% from June to September in a year, while the lower were shown about 41% in dry-season. 4) The distributions of the amount of precipitation seasonally, dry and wet-season were shown as in Table-4. 5) The comparative changes of the amount of precipitation monthly and seasonally were shown as in Fig-(1) and (2). 6) The yearly changes of the amount of precipitation were shown as in Fig-(3) from 1961 to 1975 in Korea. Monthly and yearly appeared the greatest and the least of the amount of precipitation were distributed as in Table-5.

This statistical researches on the mean relative humidity had been carried out from the materials which were observed in the sixteen. meteorological stations in Table-1 from Jan. 1961 to Dec. 1975. To analyze the data numerically, the mean value had been calculated monthly, seasonal, dry and wetseason in each area during the years The mean values were listed in Table-2, 3, 4, and 5. Also the changes of the monthly and yearly mean relative humidity were plotted on Fig. -1 and 2. From the tables and figures the following results were summarized: (1) Annual mean relative humidity during the years was about 71% more. (2) In the yearly changes, the highest mean R. H. was about 73% in 1972 and the lowest was about 65% in 1961. (3) In the seasonal changes, the highest mean R. H. was about 81% in summer and the lowest was about 64% in winter. While the distribution of wet-season(from June to September) was about 80% and dry-season was about 685 at that time. (4) In the monthly changes, the highest mean R. H. was about 83% more in July and the lowest was about 64% in March. (5) Frdm the Table-4, could be obtained monthly and yearly appeared the greatest and the least mean R. H. for fifteen years. (6) There was less differences between the annual mean R. H. from 1931 to 1960 and from 1961 to 1975 according to Table-5. (7) Fig. -1 and 2 were shown monthly and yearly changes of mean relative humidity.
e-Navigation 시대를 향한 기존 항로표지의 역할 및 진화

항로표지 당국의 핵심 목표는 교통량과 위험도에 적합한 항로표지를 종합적으로 융합하여 제공함으로써 해상교통 안전 및 해양환경 보호에 필요한 요건을 충족시키는데 있다. e-Navigation은 해상 방법 및 통신 신뢰도 개선에 필요한 현대화되고 검증된 장비를 통해 안전하게 항해하고자 하는 항해자의 필요에 의해 개발되었다. 위치결정에는 GNSS가 폭넓게 이용되고 있지만, 안전하고 완전하며 환경적으로 깨끗한 항해를 위해서는 기존 항로표지 계속해서 이용할 수 있도록 유지 및 진화시킬 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 항로표지의 최신 현황을 비롯하여 기존 항로표지에 대한 기술적 관점과 항해자의 관점으로 e-Navigation 환경에서 전통적 항로표지의 역할을 검토하고, 진화 및 미래상을 제시하고자 한다. A key objective is to meet the requirements for safe marine transport and protection of the marine environment by providing a comprehensive mix of Aids to Navigation commensurate with the amount of traffic and the degree of risk. The development of e-Navigation is driven by the compelling need to equip the master of a vessel and those ashore responsible for the safety of shipping with modern, proven tools to improve the reliability of marine navigation and communications. Although position fixing using GNSS is widely used, radar and visual AtoNs Continue to be needed to provide safe, secure and environmentally clean navigation. The paper considers the role, evolution and future provision of traditional aids to navigation in an e-Navigation environment from both a technical and mariner perspective.
