        고교축구 지도자들의 카리스마적 리더십에 관한 병렬다중매개모형 분석

        본 연구는 고교축구 선수들이 인지하는 지도자의 카리스마적 리더십, 지도자 신뢰, 팀 응집력, 운동만족 간의 병렬다중매개모형 분석을 통해 현장에 적용가능 한 실천적 함의를 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 우리는 고교축구선수들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 240개의 설문지가 분석되었고, SPSS와 AMOS 통계프로그램을 통해 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식모델을 사용하여 7개의 가설이 검증되었다. 이에 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 카리스마적 리더십은 지도자 신뢰, 팀 응집력, 운동만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 지도자 신뢰와 팀 응집력은 운동만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 지도자 신뢰와 팀 응집력은 카리스마적 리더십과 운동만족 간 관계에서 매개 작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to draw practical implications applicable to the field through analysing the parallel multiple mediator model of charismatic leadership, coach trust, team cohesion and exercise satisfaction among high school soccer playes. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we surveyed high school soccer players. A total of 240 surveys were analyzed and a total of seven hypotheses were verified using frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling through SPSS and AMOS statistics. The results were as follows. First, charismatic leadership had an positive effect on coach trust, team cohesion and exercise satisfaction. Second, coach trust and team cohesion had an positive effect on exercise satisfaction. Third, coach trust and team cohesion were mediated by the relationship between charismatic leadership and exercise satisfaction.

        코로나바이러스(COVID-19)에 관한 프로야구·축구 팬의 의사결정과정 분석 : 계획된 행동이론을 적용하여

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationships among perceived risk, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control and behavioral intention using the theory of planned behavior, and examine the moderating effect of gender. Responses obtained from 250 college students who ever attended a professional baseball or a soccer match at a stadium in 2019 were utilized. Method: The validity and reliability of the involved measures were examined through conducting confirmatory factors, and Cronbach’s alpha analyses. A structural equation modeling analysis was conducted to investigate the relationships between the research variables, and multiple group analysis was carried out to explore the moderating effect of gender. Results: The results were: (1) perceived risk had a negative effect on attitude, (2) attitude acted as an antecedent of behavioral intention, (3) subjective norm led to behavioral intention, and (4) perceived behavior control was a critical factor in improving behavioral intention. In addition, gender had a substantial moderation effect on the relationship between subjective norm and behavioral intention, which indicates that the effect of subjective norm on behavioral intention was more of a determinant for females. Conclusion: Therefore, team managers or marketers should beef up quarantine efforts to decrease perceived risk. They should also increase attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control of sports fans to improve intention to attend a professional baseball or soccer match.

        생활축구 동호인들의 성취목표성향, 운동몰입, 인지된 경기력, 심리적 행복감에 관한 경로분석

        Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship asmong goal orientation, flow, perceived athletic performance, and psychological well-being soccer participants for amateur soccer participants. Method: In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we surveyed amateur soccer participants. (303 effective samples). Proposed hypotheses were analyzed using frequency, reliability, correlation, confirmatory factor, and path analysis through SPSS and AMOS statistics. Results: First, task orientation and ego orientation had a positive effect on flow. Second, task orientation had a positive effect on perceived athletic performance but ego orientation didn’t have a positive effect on perceived athletic performance. Third, task orientation and ego oierntation had a positive effect on psychological well-being. Fourth, flow was partially mediated by the path from task orientation to perceived athletic performance, from task orientation to psychological well-being, and from ego orientation to psychological wellbeing. Fifth, flow was fully mediated by the path from ego orientation to perceived athletic performance. Conclusion: In summary, the findings in this study indicate that goal ornietation and flow play key roles in building perceived athletic performance, and psychological well-being among amateur soccer participants.

        실업축구 선수들의 셀프리더십에 관한 직렬다중매개모형 분석

        [목적] 본 연구는 한국 내셔널리그 실업축구 선수들의 셀프리더십, 심리적 임파워먼트, 직무만족, 조직시민 행동의 직렬다중매개모형 분석을 통해 현장에 적용가능 한 실천적 함의와 스포츠 인사조직 연구에 기여할 수 있는 이론적 함의를 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. [방법] 이를 위해 실업축구 선수들(유효표본 187명)을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, SPSS 통계프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, PROCESS macro를 사용하여 가설 4개를 검증하였다. 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. [결과] 첫째, 셀프리더십은 조직시민행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 셀프리더십과 조직시민 행동 간 심리적 임파워먼트의 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 셀프리더십과 조직시민행동 간 직무만족의 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 셀프리더십→심리적 임파워먼트→직무만족→조직시민행동으로 이어지는 직렬다중매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 이에 실업축구 선수들은 스스로 셀프리더, 목표설정, 자기관찰, 자기비판, 건설적 사고 전략 그리고 구단과 동료들을 위한 헌신적이고 자발적인 태도를 수행해야 한다. 선수단 지도자들은 선수들의 자긍심 고취를 위한 칭찬하기, 적절한 피드백 제공, 직무소진 예방을 위해 힘써야하며, 사무국 경영진들은 선수 복지환경 개선 및 구단의 비전 제시 등 실무적 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study is to draw practical implications applicable to the field through analysing serial multiple mediator model of self-leadership, psychology empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. [Methods] In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we surveyed Korea national league players(187 usable sample). Four hypotheses were tested using frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and PROCESS macro through SPSS statistics. [Results] The results are as follows. First, self-leadership has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Second, mediating effects of psychological empowerment between self-leadership and organizational citizenship behavior were significant. Third, mediating effects of job satisfaction between self-leadership and organizational citizenship behavior were significant. Fourth, serial multiple mediator effects leading to self-leadership→psychological empowerment→job satisfaction→ organizational citizenship behavior were significant. [Conclusions] Korea national league players must perform self-leader, goal setting, self-observation, self criticism, constructive thinking strategies, dedication and voluntary attitude for clubs and colleagues. The team’s coaches should strive to praise the athletes for their pride, provide appropriate feedback, prevent job burnout, and the management of front office should make practical efforts such as improving the welfare environment and presenting the future vision of club.

        프로축구 사무국의 윤리풍토, 조직효과성, 혁신행동 간의 구조적 관계

        The purpose of this study was to draw theoretical and practical implications applicable to the field through analysing the structural equation modeling of ethical climate, jog satisfaction, organizational commitment and innovative behavior in professional soccer clubs. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we surveyed 11 S. Korean professional soccer clubs’ employees (202 effective sample). Six hypotheses were verified using frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling through SPSS and AMOS statistics. The results were as follows. First, ethical climate had a positive effect on jog satisfaction. Second, ethical climate had a positive on organizational commitment. Third, jog satisfaction had a positive on organizational commitment. Fourth, jog satisfaction had a positive on innovative behavior. Fifth, organizational commitment had a positive on innovative behavior. Sixth, organizational commitment was found to partially mediate relationship between jog satisfaction and innovative behavior.

        골프 참여자의 참여동기와 심리적 웰빙이 만족도 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 골프 활동 참여자를 대상으로 참여동기와 심리적 웰빙 및 만족도, 행동의도 간의 구조적 관계를 알아보고 효과를 규명하여 골프 산업 저변확대와 대중화를 위해 현장에서 적용가능 한 실천적 합의를 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2018 년 5월~6월 서울 및 경기도에 위치한 3곳의 골프장과 2곳의 골프연습장을 직접 방문하여 골프 활동 참여자 400명(유효표본 380명)을 대상으로 참여동기 척도, 심리적 웰빙 척도, 만족도 척도, 행동의도 척도에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자 료는 SPSS와 AMOS 통계프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석 그리고 구조방정식모형을 사용하여 가설을 검증하였고 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 참여동기가 심리적 웰빙에 미치는 효과를 분석한 결과 참 여동기의 내적요인과 외적요인이 심리적 웰빙에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참여동기가 만족에 미치는 효과를 살펴본 결과 참여동기는 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 참여동기가 행동의도에 미치는 효과를 살펴본 결과 참여동기는 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 심리적 웰빙이 만족에 미치는 효과를 살펴본 결과 심리적 웰빙은 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 심리적 웰빙이 행동의도에 미치는 효과를 분석한 결과심리적 웰빙은 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to develop practical agreements applicable to the field for low growth and popularization of the golf industry through analysis of the motivation for participation of golf players and their tendency toward satisfaction and behavior. For this paper, the subjects were 380 students in 5 golf center. Survey data was processed by using descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, internal consistency reliability, correlation analysis and path analysis by structural equation model. The result states, first, motivation for participation has a significant impact on psychological well-being. Second, motivation for participation has a significant impact on satisfaction. Third, motivation for participation has no significant effect on behavior. Fourth, psychological well-being for participation has a significant impact on satisfaction. Fifth, psychological well-being for participation has a significant impact on behavioral intention.

        교양체육 서비스품질이 운동몰입, 평생운동의도에 미치는 영향 - 여자 대학생을 중심으로 -

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine structural relationships among service quality of general physical education, exercise commitment, and exercise adherence intention for life focusing on female university students. Method: Research participants were 270 college students in three universities. The validity and reliability of the involved measures were examined by conducting out confirmatory factor and Cronbach’s alpha. A structural equation modeling test with maximum likelihood estimation was performed to evaluate structural relationships among program quality, interaction quality, physical environment quality, exercise commitment and exercise adherence intention for life, and the mediating effects of exercise commitment on the relationship between service quality and exercise adherence intention for life. Results: The findings displayed the positive impacts of (a) program quality on exercise commitment, (b) interaction quality on exercise commitment, (C) physical environment quality on exercise commitment, (d) program quality on exercise adherence intention for life, (e) interaction quality on exercise adherence intention for life, and (f) exercise commitment on exercise adherence intention for life. The findings further revealed that exercise commitment did not mediate the relationship between service quality and exercise adherence intention for life. Conclusion: These findings indicate the importance of improving the service quality of general physical education and exercise commitment in building exercise adherence intention for life.

        무용 지도자의 전문성 형성 과정 : 근거이론 방법을 활용하여

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the professionalism formation process experienced by dance instructors using grounded theory, which can contribute to the development of educational programs for talented dance instructors. Method: To achieve the purpose of the study, 12 dance instructors were selected and data were collected using in-depth interviews. The collected data were analyzed by applying open coding and the paradigm model of the background theory. Open coding resulted in 6 categories, 12 sub-categories, and 26 concepts. Results: The category of causal condition was ‘introduction to instructor’, and its sub-categories were ‘motive to be an instructor’, and ‘initial difficulties’. The category of contextual condition was ‘recent teaching environment’, and its sub-categories were ‘difficulties in recent teaching’, and ‘difference compared to the past’. The category of central phenomenon was ‘perception of lacking specialty’, and its sub-categories were ‘limits of empirical knowledge’, and ‘desire to survive’. The category of mediating condition was ‘help from people around instructors’, and its sub-categories were ‘institutional help’, and ‘help from family and acquaintances’. The category of action and interactional strategy was ‘effort for self-improvement’, and its sub-categories were ‘acquisition of theoretical knowledge’ and ‘effort to teach well’. The category of the result was ‘growth of specialty’, and its sub-categories were ‘establishment of coaching philosophy’ and ‘cultivation of instructors’ talents’. Conclusion: Hence, this study derives the key category of ‘Growing up as a dance expert through adaptation to changes in the teaching environment and steady self-development’.

        코로나19에 따른 태권도 사범의 어려움과 극복 전략 탐색 : Giorgi 현상학적 접근

        이 연구의 목적은 질적연구 방법의 하나인 Giorgi 현상학적 접근을 통해 코로나19에 따른 태권도 사범의 어려움과 극복 전략을 탐색하여 정부, 협회 차원의 정책적 지원 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 비확률표집방법 중 눈덩이 표집법과 세평적 사례선택법을 통해 태권도 사범 20명을 선정하여 ZOOM을 활용한 비대면 화상 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 의미단위를 도출하고, 이후 중복된 의미단위를 통합하여 최종 19개의 하위범주로 전환하였다. 즉, 3개의 주제, 8개의 상위범주, 19개의 하위범주로 구성하였다. 구체적으로 살펴보면 ‘코로나로 인한 어려움 봉착’ 주제는 3개의 상위범주(피해 실태, 수강생과 학부모의 불안감, 코로나 블루 유형), 8개의 하위범주(매출 · 수익 감소, 수련생 감소, 사범 월급 삭감, 수강생의 불안, 학부모의 불안, 우울증 · 불안감 · 무력감, 스트레스, 불면증)가 도출되었다. ‘코로나 극복 노력’ 주제에는 3개의 상위범주(감염 예방 노력, 스트레스 해소 노력, 경제적 손실 극복노력), 6개의 하위범주(운동, 일상 탈출, 자기 계발, 부업, 절약, 대출)가 도출되었다. ‘코로나 관련 건의 사항’ 주제에는 2개의 상위범주(정부에 바라는 점, 대한태권도협회 · 태권도진흥재단 · 국기원에 바라는 점), 5개의 하위범주(경제적 지원, 강력한 방역 대책, 부정적 인식 제고, 긍정적 여론 형성, 태권도 지원 촉구)가 도출되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 정부, 협회는 코로나19 사태에 따른 태권도 사범의 어려움에 귀를 기울이고 다양한 정책적 지원을 아끼지 말아야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to explore the economic and psychological difficulties of Taekwondo masters in the COVID-19 and to seek strong policy support plan at the government and association level. In order to depict Taekwondo master"s experiences in COVID-19, a phenomenological qualitative method was adopted. In particular, Giorgi’s descriptive phenomenological qualitative method was used. The date were collected through in-depth interviews with 20 research participants. The date were collected through a total of 19 meaningful statements, 8 sub themes, 3 essence themes in accordance with the procedure of Giorgi’s phenomenology of research methods. The first essence theme, the face of difficulties caused by COVID-19, was composed of three sub themes (e.g., damage status, the anxiety of students and parents and type of COVID-19) and eight meaningful statements (e.g., the sales · profil reduction, the reduction of trainees, the cut in the salary of the masters, the trainee"s anxiety, the parental anxiety, epression · anxiety · helplessness, stress and insomnia). The second essence theme, the efforts to overcome COVID-19, was composed of three sub themes (e.g., infection prevention, stress-relief, and overcoming economic losses) and six meaningful statements (e.g., exercise, daily escape, self-improvement, a side job, saving, and loan). The third essence theme, COVID-19-related suggestions to government and Korea Taekwondo Association, was composed of two sub themes (e.g., COVID-19-related suggestions to government and COVID-19-related suggestions to Korea Taekwondo Association) and five meaningful statements (e.g., economic support, strong quarantine measures, eliminating the negative perception of Taekwondo gymnasium, forming positive opinion on Taekwondo gymnasium, and urging Taekwondo support). The implications of this study derived from the findings are as follows. First, the present study has explored in depth the great difficulties of the masters who play a pivotal role in the Taekwondo industry due to the COVID-19. Second, by exploring the Taekwondo masters’ efforts to overcome COVID-19, the current study provided masters in other sports who are suffering from COVID-19 with useful information. Third, we can help follow-up researchers by using the Giorgi phenomenological approach, which has rarely been reported in the field of physical education and sport sociology.

        태권도 사범의 직업사회화 과정 탐색 : 문화기술지 방법을 활용하여

        By adopting ethnography, the purpose of this study was to investigate occupational socialization processes of well-established eleven Taekwondo instructors. The findings of this study were expected to provide useful and practical information among preliminary Taekwondo instructors who are pursuing their professional career in the field. Due to wide-spread of COVID-19, virtual interviews were conducted. Four stages were identified, which are as follows. First, in the interest stage, instructors became interested in pursuing profession of an instructor while they taught others. Recommendation to become an instructor from significant others was another important source of their interest in the job. Second, in the preparation stage, attending seminars was the pervasive way to prepare themselves as potential Taekwondo instructors. Third, in the adaptation stage, once they began their career as an instructor, they actively engaged in using social media, reading books to gain knowledge exchanging diverse ideas with other instructors and attending seminars in order to develop professional career. Fourth, in the growth stage, positive feed-backs on the learning experiences from students and parents made instructors proud and pleasant.
