헤어서비스종사자의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 직업인식, 발전기대, 직무몰입의 차이

This study aims to provide basic data for an approach, which is appropriate for characteristics of organizational members and find a specific measure for internal reinforcement by analyzing differences in job perception, development expectancy and job involvement depending on demographic characteristics of hair service industry workers. This study targeted hair service industry workers in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Choongbuk area and finally, 300 questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program. The study findings are as follows. First, in relation to demographic characteristics and job perception, there were significant differences in each groups. Second, in relation to demographic characteristics and development expectancy, there were significant differences in welfare system-, job- and relationship-oriented development expectancy. Third, in relation to demographic characteristics and job involvement, there were significant differences in age, monthly average income, position and years of service. Therefore, there is a need to join social responsibility activities, or establish a wage system that guarantees minimum wages and improve role division or fluid working system at an organizational level, for promoting positive perceptions of organizational members and reinforcing job involvement.

대형 건물 객실 관리를 위한 무선 프로토콜 설계 및 구현

무선 네트워크 환경에서 지그비(Zigbee) 프로토콜을 이용하여, 대형 건물에서 사용되는 다양한 전자기기를 원격에서 제어하고 모니터링 하기 위한 시스템 구축이 시도되고 있다. 하지만 지그비의 DAA의 어드레스 할당 방식이 깊이(Depth)에 제한이 있어 규모가 큰 건물에서는 네트워크를 구성할 수 없는 문제점을 갖고 있을 뿐만 아니라 지그비가 사용하는 AODV 라우팅 방식이 노드의 수가 많으면 방송(Broadcast)이 빈번하게 발생해서 방송폭주(Broadcast storm)의 문제를 일으켜 통신 장애가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하는 새로운 무선 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안한 프로토콜은 고정 주소 할당방식을 사용하여 깊이의 제한을 개선하였으며 층간의 패킷 이동에 정적 라우팅 방식을 고안하여 Broadcast시에 발행하는 문제점을 개선하였다. 또한 객실마다 독립된 PAN 망 구성을 통하여 전체 네트워크와 관계없이 내부 통신이 안정적으로 동작할 수 있도록 하였다. 특히, 본 논문에서는 제안한 무선 프로토콜을 구현하여 대형 건물에 설치된 기기 제어의 실제 적용을 통해 안정성과 실용성을 입증하였다. In wireless networks environment, there are attempts for constructing systems through which we can monitor and control various electronic devices used in large buildings at remoteness by using Zigbee protocol. Since address assignment method of DAA in Zigbee has a depth restriction, we cannot construct a network in large buildings. And also communication failures are frequent in a large network since broadcast storm can be occurred due to frequent broadcasts among a lot of nodes at AODV routing used in Zigbee. In order to solve these problems, in this paper, we propose a novel protocol which has improved the restriction of depth by using a fixed address assignment method, and has enhanced the broadcast occurrence by devising a static routing method to a packet movement between floors. Regardless of entire network, additionally, this was to enable internal communication reliably by composing an independent PAN. Specially, in this paper, we implemented the proposed wireless protocol and proved stability and practicality through experiment appliances of control of devices established in a large building.

ARCS 동기이론으로 본 유튜브의 국내 헤어 뷰티영상 콘텐츠 분석

본 연구의 목적은 유튜브 국내 헤어 뷰티영상콘텐츠에 주로 나타난 동기유발 요소를 Keller의 ARCS동기이론 관점에서 분석하는 것이다. 인기 있는 미용 콘텐츠를 선정하기 위해 녹스 인플루언서(https://ke.noxinfluencer.com)와 블링(https://vling.net) 사이트를 이용하였다. 구독자수가 높은 채널 중 누적조회수가 가장 많은 4개의 영상을 분석대상으로 선정하였다. 그 후 각 영상의 전사록을 작성한 뒤 ARCS동기이론 분석틀을 활용하여 각 콘텐츠의 구조적 특성을 분석하고 동기유발 요소 빈도수를 분석하였다. 분석결과 인기 있는 헤어 뷰티 유튜버는 Kiu기우쌤, 금강연화, 려리Ryeori, CHAHONG 순으로 나타났다. ARCS 동기유발 요소 빈도수에서는 주의집중(A), 관련성(R), 만족감(S), 자신감(C) 순으로 높은 횟수를 보였다. 위의 연구결과를 통해 지속적 자극과 변화로 주의집중과 관심을 끌게 하는 것이 영상 콘텐츠에서 무엇보다 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 이후 학습동기를 이끌어내기 위한 기법을 개발하거나 동영상 콘텐츠 제작의 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이며 다양한 동기유발 요소의 활용과 미용 교육관련 후속연구를 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze motivation often appearing in contents regarding hair on YouTube, from the perspective of Keller’s ARCS motivation theory. As popular beauty contents, top four clips in terms of the number of subscribers and views in total were selected from Nox Influencer(https://kr.noxinfluencer.com) and Vling sites(http://vling.net), and the structural characteristics of each contents were analyzed by making the trancription of films and using the analytical framework of ARCS motivation theory. From the result of the analysis, popular hair-related beauty YouTubers were listed by their popularity : Kiu, geumgan younhwa, Ryeori, CHAHONG. The frequency of motivators for each contents was analyzed to exhibit that the frequency of Attention(A), was highst among ARCS motivators in popular contents, Followed by Relevance(R), Satisfactions(S), and Confiendce(C). From the Findings, Attention(A), among ARCS motivators was found to be the most effective facotr in attractiong attention and interest from viewers. A variety of motivators are expected to be used in consturcting strategic techinqued for promoting learning motivation, and a follow-up study on the ARCS motivation theory related with beauty education is warranted.

본 연구는 상징성을 지닌 나라꽃(國花)을 모티브로 하여 헤어아트로 표현하고자 하였다. 다양한 나라꽃 표현방식의 방법과 풍부한 의미를 지닌 나라꽃이 모발을 통해 창작되었을 때 표현되는 작품의 상징적 의미를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법은 협력과 글로벌 대화창구로서의 역할을 하는 G20국가 중 상징물이 불명확한 EU를 제외한 19개 국가의 나라꽃, 형태적 특성, 상징적 의미를 분석 한 뒤 나라꽃의 특징을 나타낼 수 있도록 각 대륙별로 6개의 작품을 제작하였다. 나라꽃을 헤어아트 작품으로 연출하기 위해 다양한 색상의 염색된 모발 피스를 이용하여 반 입체와 입체의 형태로 표현하였다. 나라꽃으로 표현된 6개의 작품들은 독립적으로도 아름답고 의미 있게 존재하지만 하나의 선으로 연결되는 세계지도와 꽃들의 조화는 더욱 완성도 있고 다채롭게 어우러진다. 이는 다양한 개성과 특색을 지닌 글로벌 국가가 서로 협력하여 하나의 지구공동체로서 연대할 때 더욱 풍성하고 아름다운 모습으로 꽃을 피울 수 있음을 의미한다. 본 연구가 헤어아트 표현방식의 다양화에 기여하는 기초자료로서 활용되길 바라며 다양한 꽃의 표현방식에 대한 후속 연구를 기대한다. This study intends to express national flowers as a hair art using the material of flower as a motif. The purpose of this study is to find out the various methods of expressing ther national flowers and the symbolic meaning of the work expressed when the national flowers with rich meaning is created through hair art. before piece work, the types, morphological characteristics, and symbolic meanings of the national flowers of 19 countries, except for the EU, where the symbols of the G20 countries that serves as a window for cooperation and global dialogue are unclear, were analyzed, and then the works were produced the characteristics of the national flowers could be expressed. National flowers representing each continent are represented in the works. In order to produce the national flower as a hair art work, it was expressed in semi- and three-dimensional forms using dyed hair pieces of various colors. The six works expressed by G20’s national flowers exist beautifully and independently. However, when all the pieces are put together, the world map was connected by a single line and the harmony of flowers are projected more colorfully and perfectly. The national flower is a symbol representing a country. This is valuable and beautiful as a single country, but it implies that it is even more beautiful when all countries boast their individuality and cooperate. It is hoped that this study will be used as basic data that contributes to the diversification of hair art expression methods, and I look forward to follow-up studies on various flower expression methods.
