      • 군무이탈 예측요인 분석에 관한 연구

        Recently there have been concerns about human rights in military camp and young soldiers' maladjustment to military duty. Young soldiers' maladjustment and desertion from the military service would cause not only personal disaster but also serious military results such as a loss of military power, a weakening of morale in camp, and the decline of military dignity. In spite of the continuous efforts to prevent young soldiers' desertion from military service, the desertion has been continuously increasing. In this respect, this study approached differently from typical analysis about violence, brutality, and maladjustive behaviors during military service, and employed a three-dimensional methodology to find predictive factors including their childhood environment and social background and so on. 인권에 대한 관심이 커지면서 최근에는 군대 내 인권의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 아울러 자유분방한 신세대 장병들의 군복무 부적응이 사회적 관심사가 되고 있다. 개인적인 성향이 강한 병사들이 군복무에 적응하지 못하고 고민하다가 군무이탈을 하게 되면, 이는 개인의 문제로 끝나는 것이 아니고 군 전투력 손실, 장병 사기 저하, 군 이미지 실추 등의 심각한 결과를 초래한다. 그 동안의 지속적인 군무이탈 예방 노력에도 불구하고 군무이탈은 꾸준히 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 구타, 가혹행위, 복무부적응 등 기존의 단편적인 군무이탈 분석과 접근방법을 달리하여 군무이탈자의 성장환경 등 군 입대 전 가정ㆍ사회환경적 특징을 포함한 입체적인 분석을 통해 군무이탈 예측요인을 분석해 보고자 한다.

        유도초음파를 이용한 3/4″배관 결함 검출 연구

        Unlike the welded pipes in the primary system of light water nuclear power plants being periodically inspected with in-Service inspection program, relatively small pipes with the outer diameter less than 2 inch have not been regularly inspected to date. However, after several failure reports on the occurrence of critical crack-like defects in small pipes, inspection for the small pipes has been more demanded because it could cause the provisional outage of nuclear power plants. Nevertheless, there’s no particular method to examine the small pipes having access limitations for inspection due to various reasons; inaccessible area, excessive radiation exposure, hazardous surrounding, and etc. This study is to develop a reliable inspection technique using torsional and flexural modes of guided wave to detect defects that could occur in inaccessible area. The attribute of guided wave that can travel a long distance enables to inspect even isolated range of the pipe from accessible location. This paper presents a case study of the evaluation test on 3/4" small-bore pipes with guide wave method. The test result demonstrates the crack signal behavior and assures possibility to detect the crack signal in a flexural mode, which is clearly distinguishable from the symmetric structure signal in a torsional mode.

        Forklift 운전자의 계기판 인지성에 따른 Visual object의 layout과 위치에 관한 분석

        Achievement degree can be improved by display offering more effective process about cognitive, pattern recognition than making observers use memory, integration, and cognitive process of control. And this research is proved by several scholars' researches [4][5][7][9]. In this study, researches was conducted about cognition according to layout of object in instrument panel. To decide layout of instrument panel, Cognition value was preferentially decided about all location. And then, objects are arranged to correct position of low cognition following the inferior procedure about each location. As a result, we get conclusion that gauge location is taken in high importance order through mechanical importance degree bringing huge damage during driving forklift-truck.

        HDTV 방송 프로그램 제작 환경 변화에 관한 연구

        Nowadays, all the countries are putting their whole energy into the adaptation of the digitalized broadcasting, confronted by a great revolution in the television broadcasting. The change of the system environment foretells somewhat a change in the form of real production. The digital broadcasting with a new media concept (on the basis of HDTV broadcasting), unlike the existing analogue broadcasting, shows a great change in its function and can supply audience with more advanced service. It is different from the past that audience can select to get more various and stereoscopic information through multicasting, excellent sound effect and vivid picture of high definition and quality. The high definition of HDTV(High Definition Television) broadcasting resulting from this systematic change, however, can't be stably settle down only by the emphasis upon its mechanical characteristics. Therefore, only way through which media of a new concept can be loved by so many people is to satisfy their new desire which they have never experienced by making the most of the characteristics of HDTV. In order to meet the demands of audience, proper programs should be created for HDTV from the stage of their production so that broadcasting can be well operated. In this respect, it would be suggested that staffs related to the actual production of programs must research in advance for the active improvement of changes in the various elements which are significant to the determination of image. This study also aims to find out some problems concerning changes appeared in the process of transfer from analogue system to digital system, with special reference to the techniques of producing programs, and to draw up a plan to solve those problems. In order to discuss problems in this area, it is necessary to survey a brief history of television as media in Korea and the process of its development with the change of the times, to analyze the situation of the age when the present television has been forced to change with the transition of the various elements to determine image. Thus, it is observed that the progress of HDTV showing promise as a new concept absolutely depends upon the production and the broadcasting of programs fir for the characteristics of HDTV. Futhermore, it can be expected that a great change would appear in the production of programs in the process of transition from analogue broadcasting to digital broadcasting. In this respect, in order to analyze this, the frame must be fixed with particular respect to camera, light, and set which are significant elements to image making. HDTV has a peculiar ratio of its screen; 16:9, unlike the existing television, and this feature forces the perspective of angle and camera work to be rearranged. As for light, unlike the style of the existing analogue system, it is required to have so much light, and further study concerning this must be continuously conducted. Because much light is required to this system on the basis of high definition. Under this light system, the detailed scenes such as unnaturalness of unrefined set can be clearly observed, and this can cause a deterioration of quality in broadcasting. All the descriptions and performances that have been concealed on the stage are availably presented as they are. In this respect, all participants in the test broadcasting commonly contend that the imitated wooden set must be replaced by the actual furniture or tools. Therefore, this study attempts to suggest a more affirmative plan about the improvement of techniques in production, because it must be activated in order to play an important role in high definition and quality broadcasting at a minimum of trial and error.
