This study examines the semantic and syntactic changes and grammaticalization of the Korean substitute expression -nun taysin. First, syntactic changes of the expression were noted by observing the patterns of use of -nun taysin in Korean literature from medieval to modern times. Although taysin originally functioned as a verb, observations confirm that its function expanded to that of noun, adverb, connecting expression, and discourse marker. Second, the extension of the meaning of -nun taysin was captured in the corpus. Semantically, taysin began with a substitute meaning, but when it acquired the meaning “compensation/reward,” a combination of adjectives and tenses became possible, and the meaning “contrast” was then also obtained. Finally, English and Japanese substitute expressions corresponding to -nun taysin were analyzed, and it was observed that they are also undergoing semantic change and grammaticalization, resulting from subjectification in which personal evaluation is implied, reanalysis, and pragmatic inference.

This study measured the antioxidants and the quality characteristics of jelly made by adding alternative sugar and alternative gelling agent to fruit vegetable mixed. The pH of the jelly was higher in the order of psyllium husk, locust bean gum, and Konjac. In the case of soluble solids, the range was 1.4 to 4.8. As for L-value, SL was the highest at 14.47. The texture of the jelly was in the range of 32.736 to 1530.138, and the hardness of the gelling agent konjac by alternative sugar was the hardest. The total phenol measurement of jelly was 49.56 to 110.05. The highest total phenol measurement was 110.05 in SP. The DPPH radical scavenging measurements ranged from 25.83 to 48.53. In the case of ABTS radical scavenging ability, EP showed the highest scavenging ability, was 94.37. As for the sensory evaluation, SD was a high sensory evaluation overall. Therefore, it is judged that SD of sugar and konjac is the most suitable sample group for the functional aspect when preparing jelly prepared using alternative sugar and alternative gelling agent in fruit and vegetable mixed juice. It is expected that jelly prepared by adding sugar and konjac can be developed as a functional jelly with excellent quality characteristics and antioxidant properties.

미술교육을 둘러싼 문화적 쟁점의 비교

This study intends to examine the features of cultural perspectives, which have been influenced on art education, and the inter-relationship between those perspectives. Findings, by the locus analysis, are as following: those cultural perspectives are not unique but overlapped each other in various aspects. Especially, most perspectives are based on the policy orientation to solve social problems. Dealing with ‘culture’ as the symbolic expression of aesthetics and anthropology, those perspectives are tackling the social value of art education. And, by the focus analysis, it was found that the cultural perspectives tend to strive to enhance the students’ cultural literacy and sensitivity. But it was also acknowledged that the perspectives is not likely to go further toward the cultural practice. On the other hand, the cultural approaches of art education seem to adopt unique teaching and learning methods, which are process-oriented, collaborative, and practical to help students attain an universal self-concept. Lastly, the purpose of arts and cultural education can not be achieved through additive approach, but those educational objectives should be embeded into the existing curriculum and educational pedagogy. To this, educational authorities endeavor to develop the capacity building of teachers and maintain school environments to facilitate a cooperative learning. 본 연구는 미술교육을 둘러싼 다양한 문화적 쟁점들이 차지하는 위치(locus)와 다루고 있는초점(focus)을 비교·분석함으로써 상호연관성을 살피고 이를 통해 미술교육에 대한 시사점을도출하고자 하였다. 미술교육에 영향을 미친 문화적 쟁점들의 위치분석을 통해 파악할 수 있었던 것은 이들 관점들이 마치 새롭고 독자적인 교육접근법으로 주창되고 있으나 공통적으로1)사회문제 해결을 위한 정책적 필요성에 기원을 두고 있으며, 2)미적 또는 인류학적 상징표현으로서의 문화 차원을 다루고 있고, 3)교육의 사회적 가치를 강조하는 특징을 갖고 있다. 그리고 초점분석을 통해서는 1)대부분의 문화적 관점들이 내용 측면에서 문화적 지식을 넘어문화적 문해(cultural literacy)를 제고하는 데 초점이 맞추어져 있으나 다문화미술교육을 제외하고는 문화적 실천(cultural practice)에까지 이르지 못하였고, 2)교수방법 면에서는 각 문화적 관점별로 특징적인 교수학습법 특히, 과정중심의 참여적이고 실천적인 학습법이 개발되고있는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 그리고 미술교육을 둘러싼 문화적 쟁점들이 교육적 실효성을 갖기 위해서는 종래의 경우처럼별개의 프로그램으로 추가되기 보다는 기존 교육과정 속으로 이러한 문화적 쟁점들이 스며들도록 교육과정을 재편하고 교사 등 매개자의 역량을 강화하여야 하며 문화 대응적 교수(culturally responsive teaching)가 가능하도록 학교 및 교실환경이 개선되어야 할 것이다.

생태학적 이론에 근거한 성인 중도장애인의 장애수용 영향요인

본 연구는 제4차 장애인삶 패널조사(2021년)의 원시자료를 활용하여 생태학적 이론에 근거하여성인 중도장애인의 장애수용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 위계적 다중회귀분석을 시행한결과, 개인적 요인은 성별, 장애유형, 장애정도, 혼인상태, 학력, 일자리 유무, 우울, 자아존중감, 지난 6개월간 전반적인 건강상태, 개인 간 요인으로는 정서적 도움 및 지지, 조직·환경적 요인은 장애인관련 서비스이용의 어려움 정도, 장애인복지서비스 전반적 만족도가 성인 중도장애인의 장애수용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로, 성인 중도장애인의 장애수용을 높이기 위해서는 개인적 차원을넘어 사회적 상호작용의 기회를 높이고, 장애인 친화 환경을 조성하는 지역사회의 노력이 필요함을 제언한다. The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing the acceptance of disabilities among adults with acquired disabilities based on ecological theory, utilizing raw data from the 4th Disability and Life Dynamics Panel in 2021. The results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis indicated that individual factors such as 'gender,' 'type of disability,' 'severity of disability,' 'marital status,' 'education,' 'employment status,' 'depression,' 'self-esteem,' and 'overall health in the past six months,' interpersonal factors like 'emotional support and assistance,' and organizational and environmental factors including the 'level of difficulty in using disability-related services' and 'overall satisfaction with disability welfare services' were found to impact the acceptance of disabilities among adults with acquired disabilities. Based on these research findings, it is suggested that efforts in the community to enhance the acceptance of disabilities among adults with acquired disabilities should go beyond individual dimensions, increasing opportunities for social interactions and fostering a disability-friendly environment.

소비자보호를 위한 UN전자계약협약의 검토

Electronic communication via the Internet is non-trade area. And regardless of the distance between operators and consumers in that consumers are not limited to domestic transactions also. Therefore, increasing international consumer transactions, the conflict are also likely to increase. In this article, to study inadequacy of "Framework Act on Electronic Commerce"and "Act on the Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce Transactions, Etc." in the consumer's side, the comparison made in international trade law to target the legal obstacles to electronic transactions designed to remove the uniform norm "United Nations Convention on the Use of Electronic Communications in International Contracts". This Convention wasn't designed to protect consumer. But gradually increasing in international trade when you see it fit the point on the international e-commerce, Convention with the expected order is ready to try the suit is needed in terms the consumer protection to be an important rules. And about electronic transactions and contracts signed according to the process of providing information that can be problematic, to invitations to maker offers and to maker offers, error in electronic communications and establishment of the issue have seen time and place. With respect to invitations to maker offers and to maker offers, Convention and "Act on the Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce Transactions, Etc." look similar perspective. However, the distinction between to invitations to maker offers and to maker offers was about as much controversy, is clearly seen that should consider to clear the differences. When sending e Agreement Regarding Convention and "Framework Act on Electronic Commerce" said the difference between the different positions, the transmission time and position in relation with other countries in terms of uniform rules would seem necessary in international trade to increase. Convention introduces the concept of place of business in the event of a conflict of jurisdiction is a major problem, such as confirmed. However, "Framework Act on Electronic Commerce"and "Act on the Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce Transactions, Etc." by the Office of Management consisting of 2 or more, only the main office as a place of business to express, but if not, what will determine on the basis of the office is no explicit. Therefore, an e-contract agreement with virtually the same office to identify the explicit introduction of the concept is the need to consider. 전자상거래는 인터넷매체를 통한 비대면적 거래이며, 사업자와 소비자 사이의 거리를 불문한다는 점에서 소비자거래 또한 국내에 국한되지 않는다. 따라서 국제소비자거래가 증가함에 따라 이에 따른 분쟁 또한 증가하고 있는 것으로 보인다. 본 논문에서는 소비자보호적 측면에서 전자거래에 관하여 전자거래기본법과 전자상거래소비자보호법의 미비점을 살펴보기 위하여 그 비교법적 대상으로 국제거래로 이루어지는 전자거래에 법적 장애를 제거하기 위해 마련된 통일적인 규범인 UN전자계약협약으로 하였다. 그리고 전자거래계약의 체결의 과정에 따라서 문제가 발생할 수 있는 정보제공, 청약과 청약의 유인, 오류의 방지, 성립시기와 장소의 문제를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 청약과 청약의 유인과 관련하여, UN전자계약협약이나 전자상거래소비자보호법이나 유사한 관점을 보인다. 그러나 청약과 청약의 유인의 구분에 관하여 많은 논란이 있었던 만큼, 분명히 명시하는 것을 고려해 보아야겠다. 다음으로 송신시기와 관련해서는 UN전자계약협약과 전자거래기본법이 다른 입장 차이를 보이고 있다. 이러한 송신시기와 관련하여 다른 나라의 입장과의 통일적인 관점에서 규율하는 것이 증가하는 국제거래에서 필요하다고 보인다. 마지막으로 장소와 관련하여 UN전자계약협약은 영업소라는 개념을 도입하고 있다. 전자거래에서 장소의 개념은 분쟁발생시 재판관할을 확정하는 등 중요한 문제이다. 그러나 전자상거래소비자보호법과 전자거래 기본법은 영업소가 2이상인 경우에만 주된 관리가 이루어진 곳을 영업소(place of business)로 본다고 명시하고 있지만, 그렇지 않은 경우에는 무엇을 기준으로 하여 영업소를 파악할 것인가의 명시는 없다. 따라서 전자계약협약과 같은 영업소의 실질적으로 파악하는 개념의 명시의 도입은 고려해 볼 필요가 있다.

비트 착즙액의 첨가량을 달리한 당근, 사과 혼합주스의 품질특성 연구

This study analyzed the quality characteristics and antioxidant activity of a mixture of apple and carrot juices with different amounts of beet. The pH of the mixed juice sample group increased as the beet amount increased, and the acidity and soluble solid content tended to decrease. As for the L value, the control group was the highest, the beet addition rate decreased, and the a value and b value showed a decreasing trend. As for dietary fiber, B0.1 was found to have the highest dietary fiber content at 0.20 mg/L. As for the mineral, Zn, Fe, and Ca had the highest control group, Mn, Mg, and K had the highest B0.5, and Na and P had the highest B0.1 and B0.3 juices, respectively. Compared to the control group, free sugars increased sucrose as the beet juice added increased. DPPH radical scavenging and total phenol content significantly increased DPPH scavenging as the beet added increased. Therefore, it was found that B0.3 was the most suitable when manufacturing apple and carrot mixed juice with different amounts of beet added, and it is considered as a manufacturing optimization method to improve the marketability and functionality of the product.

구병모 소설의 재난 의식과 에코페미니즘의 상상력 - 단편소설집 『고의는 아니지만』(2011)과 『그것이 나만은 아니기를』(2015)을 대상으로

While the traditional Western ethical philosophy aims for an objective viewpoint in the order of universalism, the ecofeminist ethics was embodied in the process of criticizing the western modern universalist ethics. If the pursuit of universalism's moral principles is based on objectivity and universality under the assumption of identity, then if any judgment is made in the conviction that it is universal, there is an aspect of reaching the conclusion that it is ethically justified. Ecofeminists want to consider the individuality of the actor and various contexts, although the action exists in an abstract and universal standard. Ecofeminist ethics do not deny universal moral philosophy per se, but oppose universalism that produces exceptions because it does not come into its own moral considerations. In particular, it is opposed to the fact that the dominant convictions of anthropocentrism and androcentrism place nature and women in the same domain of exception and expand the domain of the human other. If we can properly recognize the moral situation only by listening to the stories of moral “actor/agent,” how can we hear the voices of the human and non-human others? With this question, we can read the disaster novel of Gu Byeong-mo. In Gu Byeong-mo's novels, disasters, whether natural or human, are interpreted as the cry of others excluded from the community. Disaster is reproduced as a way of requesting interpretation as an active subject rather than a passive exception who has lost its voice. The fantastical metaphors of Gu Byeong-mo's novels (「Chojanggi」, 「History of Tendril Syndrome」, 「Pharmakos」) make us recognize the other as a new being who reveals himself in the form of a disaster and asks for dialogue, not a transparent being. Gu Byeong-mo's narrative of discovery of fear can be regarded as the narrative ethics of 'rewriting others'. On the other hand, the spirituality of Gu Byeong-mo's novels (「Insect Encyclopedia」, 「Foreign Object」, 「History of Tendril Syndrome」) extends consideration for oneself and others and the possibility of dialogue to other beings on the earth. The bizarre spirituality of 「Insect Encyclopedia」 provides an ethical opportunity by asking meaningful questions about life in the precarious boundary between sacredness and impurity. The conviction of life in the main character's calm attitude is to inform that the female body is being reborn as a place to ask meaningful questions about life, rather than being reduced to a resource for production. A spirituality that seeks to experience the connection between women and nature immediately and sensibly is a particular ecofeminist method in that it can more fully reveal an important context that rational value systems are supposed to be missing. It is worth emphasizing the ethical momentum of Gu Byeong-mo's narrative of discovery of fear. If the narrative genre itself is to confirm differences while being wary of holism, and that is possible with concrete and vivid language, the narrative of discovery of fear concretely contextualizes anti-ecological and anti-life violence. The next step is to recontextualize the novel situation by having the reader empathize with and sympathize with the world of the novel. In terms of ecocriticism, it offers “a highly contextual attempt to see clearly what a human being and what the non-human world might be, morally speaking, for human beings.”
