        실시간 유출유 확산모델링

        To predict the oil spill dispersion phenomena in the ocean, the oil spill response model, which can be used for strategic purpose on the oil spill site, based on Lagrangian particle-tracking method was formulated and applied to the neighboring area with Pusan port where the oil spill incident occurred when the tanker ship No.1 Youil struck on a small rock near the Namhyungjeto on September 21, 1995. The real-time tidal currents to be required as input data of the oil spill model were obtained by the two-dimensional hydrodynamic model and the tide prediction model. Evaluation of tidal currents using observation data was successful. For wind data, other input data of oil spill model, observed data on the spot were used. To verify the oil spill model, the oil spill modelling results were compared with the field data obtained from the spill site. Compared the modelling results with the observation data, there exist some discrepancies but the general pattern of modelling results was similar to that of field observation. The modelling results on 7 days after spill occurred showed that the 40% of spilled oil is in floating, 36% in evaporated, 23% at shore, and 1% in out of boundary, respectively. According to the evaluation of weighting curves of effective components to the dispersion of oil, the winds make a 37% of contribution to the dispersion of oil, turbulent diffusion 39.5%, and tidal currents 23.5%, respectively. Provided the more accurate wind data are supported, more favorable results might be obtained.

        This paper is about the development and forecast of the game industry which will play an important part in knowledge-based society and discuss what is the best way to raise the national competitive power in the 21th century when electronics industry is combined with multimedia technology and information technology. To develop the knowledge-based industry is an important problem for Korean government to solve because we don't have enough natural recourses and a trade barrier becomes higher. And also the game industry is beyond the ordinary industry because it has the cultural contents. The game industry had an great effect on Korea as it made popular the internet and the on-line game. But the technology development to improve the competitive game industry is not active because the game industry concentrates on an only on-line game. And the game industry still don't have the national competitive power compared with its importance because most of the game developers are small-scale businessmen. So it is necessary to develop the required technology and make a social consensus to improve the competitive game industry. Most of all, we should foster the game industry by means of a close cooperation between the government and the industrial circles and an educational institution. The government should encourage the investment to improve the system and foster the technology by a continuous revision of the related regulations. The industrial circles should support various type of investment including the research investment to improve the game industry. And the educational institution should cultivate the professional manpower who could be fitted for a specific position. To succeed in the game industry it is necessary to undergo various changes in the domestic game industry that has concentrated on only on-line games. 1 suggest the synergy effect through the image project(영상사업) based on gam contents and the database to make the game by means of the Korean characteristics contents. A3so we should fill up programing specialist and make a study of the 3-dimension technology. The educational point will be important for the game in the future so it will be necessary to graft various real world situation on to the game, for example, virtual reality and human sensibility engineering. It will be greatly needed to develop the game technology that is applicable to various contents.

      • A* 알고리즘을 이용한 게임 객체의 빠른 이동

        It is very important that the object moves realistically in the computer game. The A* algorithm is used to express the path this object moves. The A* algorithm is widely used to search the path with heuristic method. This paper proposes the methods to find the path quickly to the A* algorithm. In the game, the path which is made in advance is used to predict and avoid obstacles in the path the object moves.

      • BSP 트리를 이용한 게임 캐릭터의 효율적인 충돌탐지

        A Collision Detection is an important fact in making an engine. The Collision Detection needs to be operated when the main character moves, comes close to obstacles, and encounters and enemy. The Collision Detection applies differently according to an object modeling method and the object is included in the game. Generally a complicated object is modeled on the polygon mesh method. The primitive which makes the polygon mesh uses the triangle and operate the Collision Detection with this triangle. But in general the modeling of an obstacle is defined with the simple form considering the engine ability. In this paper, a binary tree that makes the search Eastly is used to detect the collision of the object. This space partition makes binary tree of the object and the form of node seems to be sphere or box according to bounding volume. A variable bounding volume is used to block that bounding volume contains unnecessary territory by material form. In the use of this bounding volume, the collision of box and sphere's volume improves the collision detection performance.

        胎兒의 權利와 母權에 대한 考察 : 美國憲法上의 論議를 중심으로

        This article handles dispute the rights between fetus and Maternity in American Constitutional Law. Rethinking of pregnancy based on a feminist understanding of connection and responsibility shifts the focus of the analysis from the conflicting rights of the mother and the fetus to their conflicting as well as shared needs. Emphasizing needs and responsibility, this discourse reflects more closely women’s experience in pregnancy than does the model of conflicting rights. Moreover, it suggests a reconceptualization of the legal treatment of pregnancy that will lead to the development of policies that promote both maternal and fetal health by expanding, not restricting women’s reproductive control. Recharacterizing the problem of fetal endangeiment as one of meeting the sometimes but not inevitably conflicting needs of the mother and the fetus not only grounds the inquiry in the specificity of the women’s condition, but also expands the scope of alternative solutions. The answer to the dilemma can no longer be singly to privilege either maternal or fetal rights. Rather, the solution must involve some means of meeting these needs.

      • 부산항 실시간 해양예보시스템 구축을 위한 기초연구

        근래 컴퓨터 수치모델이 급속하게 발전함으로써 다양한 분야에서 수치예보기술이 응용되고 있다. 실시간 해양예보시스템도 그중의 하나로 관측시스템, 정보제공시스템, 그리고 모델링시스템으로 구성되며, 이는 실시간 해양정보를 제공함으로써 해상교통의 안전과 연안환경의 보호에 기여한다. 본 연구에서는 부산항 실시간 해양예보시스템의 구축을 위한 기초연구로써 부산항 모델링시스템을 개발하였으며 그 결과를 제시한다. 기존 관측자료가 부족하여 M2조석 모델링만으로 시스템의 테스트를 수행하였으나 앞으로 관측시스템이 완비되면 종합적인 테스트가 요구된다. 아울러 앞으로 관측시스템 및 정보제공시스템이 계속해서 구축될 예정이며 이들 시스템이 모두 완비되고 나면 인터넷을 통한 실시간 정보제공이 이루어지게 될 것이다.

      • 비정렬격자 모델에 기반한 콜럼비아 강에서의 유출유 모델링

        본 연구에서는 유한체적법과 함께 비정렬 격자(Unstructured Grid) 를 채택한 SELFE 모델을 기반으로 운영되는 유출유 확산 모델을 개발하였다. 모델의 적용성을 검토하기 위해 미극 오레건주 콜롬비아 강의 유출유 모델링에 적용하였으며 양호한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 앞으로 이 모델은 하천, 호수 및 해양을 포함한 다양한 수계에 적용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
