        한강하류의 환경학적 연구 V.식물플랑크톤 군집 대발생의 특징

        Ecological characteristics of phytoplankton communities were investigated biweekly at 6 stations from Feb. 2001 to Feb. 2002 at the lower part of the Han River. During the study, a total of 267 taxa which were composed of 114 green algae, 104 diatoms, 22 blue-green algae, 13 chrysophytes and 2 dinoflagellates were observed. The standing crops of phytoplankton communities were ranged from 1.30 ${\times}10^6$ cells ${\cdot}l^{-1}$ to 37.47 ${\times}10^6$ cells ${\cdot}l^{-1}$. The dominant species were 11 taxa including Pediastrum duplex, Scenedesmus quadricauda in green algae, Osillatoria limosa, Microcystis aeruginosa, Merisomorpedia sp., Phormidium sp. in blue-green algae, and Asterionella gracillima, Aulacoseira granulata, Fragilaria crotonensis, Stephanodiscus hantzschii f. tenuis, Synedra acus in diatoms. Asterionella gracillima and Stephanodiscus hantzschii f. tenuis were abundant at every station from winter to spring. Stephanodiscus hantzschii f. tenuis occupied the highest dominant ratio and standing crop. From summer to autumn, dominant species were Aulacoseira granulata at all stations and blue-green algae such as Osillatoria limosa, Microcystis aeruginosa, Merisomorpedia sp. at some stations. These 4 species were mostly present at the lower stations 4, 5, 6 and very few at the upper stations 1, 2, 3.

        폴리머 기판위에 형성된 나노구조제어 알루미나의 캐패시터 특성

        Embedded capacitor technology can improve electrical perfomance and reduce assembly cost compared with traditional discrete capacitor technology. To improve the capacitance density of the $Al_2O_3$ based embedded capacitor on Cu cladded fiber reinforced plastics (FR-4), the specific surface area of the $Al_2O_3$ thin films was enlarged and their surface morphologies were controlled by anodization process parameters. From I-V characteristics, it was found that breakdown voltage and leakage current were 23 V and $1{\times}10^{-6}A/cm^2$ at 3.3 V, respectively. We have also measured C-V characteristics of $Pt/Al_2O_3/Al/Ti$ structure on CU/FR4. The capacitance density was $300nF/cm^2$ and the dielectric loss was 0.04. This nano-porous $Al_2O_3$ is a good material candidate for the embedded capacitor application for electronic products.

        We report a case of actinomycotic infection in epiglottis. Actinomycosis in the head and neck area is relatively rare but extremely rare in the larynx. A 63-year old man presented with continuous discomfort of the throat while swallowing. He had a history of oral injury caused by a fish bone a few weeks prior. Upon Examination with a flexible laryngoscope, a whitish round mass was noted at the lingual surface of the epiglottis. Under local anesthesia, a punch biopsy was performed and showed the typical features of actinomycosis. The mass was removed using a Diode laser under suspension laryngoscope. Additive oral antibiotic therapy was done for 2 weeks. No definite recurrence was noted at the operation site and the patient is now free of disease.

        역량강화적 직업재활서비스 방법의 구성요인에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 직업재활서비스에서 실천해야 할 역량강화적 방법들을 문헌연구를 통해 살펴보고, 직업재활서비스에서 역량강화적 방법의 구성요인을 추출하는데 있다. 직업재활에서 이용자의 역량강화를 촉진하기 위한 서비스 방법에 관한 문헌연구 결과 다음의 세 가지 차원의 방법들이 도출되었다. 첫째, 상담자와 이용자의 협력관계가 중요시되는 방법(상담자-이용자 협력관계), 둘째, 정보에 근거한 선택에 초점을 두는 방법(정보에 근거한 선택), 셋째, 자기결정 훈련과 지원에 역점을 두는 방법(자기결정)이다. 세 가지 차원의 방법을 구성하는 핵심적인 요인들을 파악하기 위하여 구체적인 서비스 방법들을 포함하는 ‘역량강화적 직업재활서비스’ 문항을 개발하였다. 문항개발을 위해 1, 2차 전문가 자문과 예비 조사 등을 실시하였다. 242명의 직업재활서비스 이용자가 응당한 ‘역량강화적 직업재활서비스 실천에 관한 설문조사’ 결과를 바탕으로 탐색적 요인분석을 하여 척도의 타당도 검증과 요인 구조를 확인하고, Cronbach α 계수를 구하여 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 상담자-이용자 협력 차원은 단일 요인으로 나타났으며 ‘협력관계’ 요인으로 명명하였다. 둘째, 정보에 근거한 선택 차원의 하위 요인은 ‘서비스 정보 공유’ 요인과 ‘선택행동 훈련’ 요인으로, 셋째, 자기결정 차원의 하위 요인은 ‘자기결정적 행동’ 요인과 ‘자기결정을 위한 기관지원’ 요인으로 추출되었다. The purpose of this study was to identify the Empowermental Vocational Rehabilitation methodes and their composition factors. Data was collected from service users who had been using vocational rehabilitation services for more than 1 year or who had already acquired a job after more than 1 year of services at the organizations as follows : the Vocational Rehabilitation Facilities, the Vocational Competency Development Centers. the Vocational Rehabilitation Centers. A total of 340 answers from respondents were retrieved. Excluding replies which could be defined as being insincere, 242 surveys were used as the subjects for the analysis. To accomplish the study, an Exploratory Factor Analysis with Principal Component Extraction and Varimax Rotation was used. The results of this study were as follows : The key methods of vocational rehabilitation for empowering consumers were working alliances, informed choice, and self-determination. The results of the exploratory factor analysis yielded results which showed that the Working Alliance had a single factor. Informed Choice had two factors named as service information and choice skill training respectively. Self-determination also had two factors, which were named as self-determinative activities, and organizational supports for user s self-determination.

        마산만 표층수에서 물리-화학적 수질요인과 엽록소-a 농도 사이의 관계: 격일 관측 자료

        In order to investigate water quality factors controlling chlorophyll-a concentrations, the by-daily monitoring was conducted from February to November 2010 in 4 stations of Masan Bay. Seasonal variability in physico-chemical factors was mainly controlled by freshwater loading as a result of precipitation: chemical oxygen demand, suspended solids and nutrient concentrations rapidly increase during the heavy rainy season, whereas they decrease in the dry season. From late winter to mid spring, phosphorus and silica sources relative to Redfield ratio were probably functioned as limiting factor for phytoplankton flourishing in surface waters, but nitrogen concentration during mid-spring to autumn might be responsible for the increase of phytoplankton biomass. The multiple regression analysis revealed that variations in chlorophyll-a concentration may be strongly correlated with changes of water temperature, chemical oxygen demand, dissolved inorganic phosphorus in spring, and salinity, chemical oxygen demand and precipitation in summer. Consequently, in the Masan Bay, a heavy rainfall event is an important factor to determine changes of biotic and abiotic factors, and in addition the dynamics of chlorophyll- a concentration are strongly affected by changes of hydrological factors, especially water temperature, precipitation and nutrients.

        공업화학 , 촉매 / 반응공학 : 산처리한 천연 제올라이트 촉매에서 HDPE 의 액상 분해반응

        Pore structure and acidity of acid-treated domestic natural zeolite, whose major component was mordenite, were investigated as well as their catalytic activity in the liquid-phase degradation of HDPE. Although the catalytic activity of original natural zeolite was extremely low, those of acid-treated natural zeolites were considerably high due to removal of impurities and development of mesopores. However, acid treatment of a high concentration HCl such as 4.0 N caused destruction of mesopore and elimination of acid sites on the external surface, resulting in lower activity. The acid-treated natural zeolite with 1.0 N HCl showed the highest activity in this study. The mixed catalysts composed of the acid-treated natural zeolite and BEA zeolite were effective to obtain high conversions of HDPE with small loadings of BEA zeolite that had a high activity but was expensive.

        Office buildings are supplied with heating and cooling sources mainly by the centralized air conditioning system. Therefore, the level of energy demand must be determined in advance according to the condition of the building and the characteristics of the air conditioning system. In particular, we tried to prove that the cooling energy demand was reduced through the introduction of out side air by operating the multi-unit duct system for each zoning compared to the existing single unit duct system in view of maintaining the thermal comfort of residents. As a result of the simulation, the Air conditioning by ventilation is effective for reduction of cooling and latent energy demand. Furthermore, multi-unit duct system has more efficient than single unit duct system. We expect that this study will provide us a base line for full scale research on economic efficiency within single unit duct and multi-unit duct air conditioning system.

        한강 하류의 환경학적 연구 6. 부영양 요인의 통계적 해석

        In order to reveal the relationship between the concentration of chlorophyll-α and the environmental factors affecting eutrophication, the present study was biweekly conducted at 6 stations in the lower part of the Han river during the period from Feb.24,2001 to Feb.9,2002. Water temperature was changed from 0.5℃ to 26.4℃,pH was 5.77∼8.99,DO 3.15∼14.36㎎L^(-1),BOD 0.90∼7.45㎎L^(-1),and COD 1.16∼9.13㎎L^(-1).TN and TP were ranged from 1.68∼20.96㎎L^(-1),and 0.02∼1.17㎎L^(-1),respectively.NH₄(+)-N,NO₃(-)-N,and PO₄(3-)-P were ranged from 0.56∼3.60㎎L^(-1),0.03∼7.29㎎L^(-1),and 0.002∼0.754㎎L^(-1),respectively. Chlorophyll-α was extensively changed from 2.29㎍L(-1)to 136.28㎍L(-1)by month and stations. Results of nutrients indicated the eutrophic level in this area and water quality was the gradual worsening in the lower stations than those of upper stations during the period studied. The Pearson correlation analysis between the concentration of chlorophyll-α and the environmental factors indicated that BOD,COD,pH,NH₄(+)-N,TP,TN, conductivity and PO₄(3-)-P were positive correlation, but NO₃(-)-N was negative. The environmental factors investigated using the principal component method could be triparted. The first factor group included conductivity, BOD, COD, TN, TP,NH₄(+)-Nc,PO₄(3-)-P and SS, the second WT and DO, and the third pH and NO₃(-)-N. Using the stepwise regression analysis, chlorophyll-α was under the influence of conductivity,PO₄(3-)-P,NO₃(-)-N and NH₄(+)-N.
