고성능 복합재 압력용기 제조에 적용 가능한 토우프레그용 Matrix에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 복합재 압력용기 Matrix의 요구 물성인 우수한 접착성, 높은 신율, 우수한 피로물성에 부합하는 고인성 수지 개발을 위해 열가소성 Nylon계 수지의 에폭시 수지 강인화제 (Toughener) 적용 가능성을 확인해 보았다. In this Study, in order to improve the performance of composite pressure vessel, we evaluated the applicability of thermoplastic nylon resins as epoxy toughener for carbon fiber towpreg.

경량이면서 고강도인 고성능 탄소섬유 복합재 연소관 제조에 적용 가능한 핫멜트 에폭시 수지 적용탄소섬유 토우프레그 제조공정 연구를 수행하였다. 3-Roll Coater를 이용한 핫멜트 에폭시 수지함침 공정 연구를 수행하여 탄소섬유의 입사각에 따른 토우프레그의 스프레딩 및 함침특성을 연구하였으며, 이에 따른 토우프레그의 성능을 함께 평가하여 보았다. This research has been studied the manufacturing method of hot melt epoxy resin applied carbon-fiber towpreg for light-weight, high strength composite motor case. We checked the characteristics of spreading and impregnation properties of the carbon fiber in accordance with the incident angles of the carbon fiber and evaluated the performance of towpreg as well.

본 논문에서는 필라멘트 와인딩 공정을 통해 제조되는 로켓 모터케이스, 수소연료전지 자동차용 연료탱크, 산업용 고성능 압력용기 등 성능과 신뢰성을 동시에 필요로 하는 부품 제조용 소재로 주목받고 있는 탄소섬유 토우프리프레그의 국내외 최신 연구동향에 대하여 살펴보았다. Carbon fiber towpreg is the one of spotlight materials for high-performance rocket motor cases, fuel tanks for hydrogen vehicles and other high-quality commercial pressure vessels. In this article, we reviewed the recent research trends in carbon fiber towpreg.

Korea government constructed green technology R&D masterplan, and that suggest twenty seven key technologies by priority criteria. This study will show research status of key technologies and relationship among these green key technologies using knowledge map. This study shows social network analysis on the R&D status with SCIE publication data of the twenty seven key technologies in the green technology field using keyword. Relationship between each key technology is investigated, and using this result, keyword network analysis on most active technologies is carried out. We achieve research activity & network between each area such as central key technologies, research topics, and strong and weak technology group in this study. Based on this result, several R&D strategies for green technology can be developed in order to improve the investment efficiency of green technology. We expect that this study can suggest some information for an effective green technology policy development.
금속 보스 압력분포비 설계 변경에 따른 복합재 연소관 파열압력에 관한 연구

연소가스에 의한 내압 조건에서 필라멘트 와인딩 공법으로 제작되는 복합재 연소관은 돔에서 구조적으로 취약해진다. 본 논문에서는 압력분포비(PDR) 변화에 따른 복합재 돔의 파열압력을 비교하기 위해 유한요소 해석을 수행하였다. 돔 내/외면 및 원통부 응력, 금속 보스 체적을 산출함으로써, 정량적으로 복합재 연소관의 성능을 비교하였다. 그 결과, 보스 압력분포비가 1.0부터 4.0으로 증가함에 따라 연소관의 파손 모드는 변하며, 2.5-3.0에서 파손 모드의 임계점이 존재함을 확인하였다. 보스 압력분포비 2.5-3.5 수준 설계는 연소관 파열압력의 변동 없이 금속 보스 무게 감량이 가능하며, 돔 형상 및 오프닝 크기에 대해 설계 기준값이 변경되므로 해석 및 시험을 통한 규명이 필요하다. From the structure point of view, the dome of composite motor case fabricated by the filament winding method become more vulnerable under internal pressure by combustion gas. In this paper, finite element analysis is performed to compare the burst pressure of a composite dome according to the variation of pressure distribution ratio(PDR). The performance of the composite motor case was compared quantitatively by calculating the dome inner and/or outer surface, cylinder stress, and metal boss volume. As a result, the failure mode of the motor case changed as the pressure distribution ratio, which increases from 1.0 to 4.0. Then, the critical point of the failure mode was observed from 2.5 to 3.0. Therefore, the results show that the design approach in terms of pressure distribution ratio from 2.5 to 3.5 at stage of design can be reduced by the weight of metal boss without fluctuation of burst pressure for combustion motor case. Moreover, design criterion to properly take into account the shape of dome and opening size should be confirmed using an numerical and experimental approach.

Composite motor cases fabricated by the filament winding method are structurally weak in the dome when they are required to withstand the internal pressure of the combustion gas. In this study, a finite element analysis is conducted to compare the burst pressure of a composite dome according to the variation of the pressure distribution ratio(PDR). The performance of the composite motor case was compared quantitatively by calculating the stress on the inner and outer dome surfaces and metal boss volume. As a result, the critical point of the failure mode was observed at a PDR between 2.5 and 3.0. A design at a PDR of 2.53.5 can reduce the weight of metal boss without fluctuation in the burst pressure of the combustion motor case. Moreover as the design reference value changes according to the dome shape and opening size, further analysis and testing are necessary.
포트폴리오 분석과 계층화분석기법(AHP)을 활용한 정부 IT분야 연구개발 투자 전략 연구

Korean IT industry has been given much weight in national R&D management. A negative side of this fact is that Korean economy is likely to become vulnerable to a condition of the export business in certain items of IT industry which has a serious influence on the national economy. A customized investment strategy through the analysis of technology competitiveness and R&D status in each technology of IT field is required in order to rectify the structural vulnerability and pursue a continuous growth. In this research, a strategic direction to set up an efficient investment strategy is presented. In this process, it draws a portfolio analysis with two axes of technology level and technology life cycle. It also derives a priority order of the national investment considering the degree of technological impact, marketability, and adequacy of public support from AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method by a survey of IT experts. A portfolio analysis in the prior stage helps the respondents in AHP become more familiar with the alternatives' characteristics so that their decision making process more corresponds with national R&D strategies.
