일반논문 : 신지정학과 북극해 레짐: 한국과 노르웨이의 협력을 중심으로

본 논문의 목적은 북극문제에 있어 한국과 노르웨이의 협력이 개별국가의 지정전략의 결과임을 밝히고, 그 결과 레짐의 강화에 기여한다는 점을 밝히는 것이다. 그럼으로써 북극해 레짐을 분석함에 있어 기존의 레짐이론 뿐만 아니라 신지정학적 사고도 유용하다는 점을 보이고자 하였다. 본 논문은 총 5장으로 구성되어 있다. 1장에서는 본 연구의 목적과 방법을 소개하고 있으며, 2장에서는 이론적 배경으로서 지정학과 레짐이론을 소개하고 있다. 3장에서는 북극해의 지정학적 가치와 한국과 노르웨이의 지정전략에 대해서 서술하고 있다. 4장에서는 신지정학적 관점에서 북극해 레짐(북극이사회)을 분석해보았으며, 5장에서는 본 논문의 결론을 세 가지로 요약했다. 연구결과는 세 가지로 요약할 수 있는데, 첫째는 한국과 노르웨이 간의 협력이 증진되고 있으며, 이들의 협력이 북극이사회의 강화에 기여한다는 점이다. 둘째는, 이 협력이 해 당 공간에 대한 간접적 통제방식의 결과라는 점이다. 마지막은 북극해 레짐을 분석함에 있어 레짐 이론과 더불어 신지정학적 사고가 유용하다는 점이다. The purpose of this research is to present that the cooperation between Korea and Norway on the Arctic issues is a result of geo-strategies of each state and that their geo-strategies contributed to reinforcement of the Arctic Council. Therefore, this research aims to show that in analyzing the Arctic Council the New-geopolitics as well as regime theory is useful. This paper is composed of five chapters. The chapter 1 introduces the purpose and method of this research. In the chapter 2, geopolitics and regime theory are described as theoretical backgrounds. The chapter 3 includes geopolitical values of the Arctic Ocean and geo-strategy of Korea and Norway. The chapter 4 analyzes the Arctic Council as one of the international regimes related to the Arctic Ocean by using the New-geopolitical thoughts. The chapter 5 is the conclusion of this paper that summarized the results of this research. The results of this research can be summarized by three points. First, the cooperation between Korea and Norway is being enhanced and it contributes to the enforcement of the Arctic Council. Second, as previously mentioned, the cooperation is a result of the indirect method to control the region, the Arctic. Third, in addition to regime theory, the New-geopolitical thinking is also useful to explain international regimes related to the Arctic Ocean.

In this paper, we studied about open stub employing PAGS(Periodically arrayed ground-strip structure) for application to miniaturized on-chip passive component on silicon RFIC. As it is known, PAGS has slow-wave characteristic due to its periodic structure. In this work, using this characteristic in periodic structure, we propose about highly miniaturized passive components on silicon RFIC.

In this paper, using a coplanar waveguide employing Periodic Ground Structure (PGS), highly miniaturized on-chip wilkinson power divider was realized on Si radio frequency integrated circuit (RFIC). The wilkinson power divider exhibited good RF performances from 25 to 50 ㎓, and its size was 0.44 X 0.1 ㎟, which is 4.8% of conventional one.

This paper presents a low-power front-ended 24 ㎓ receiver resistive mixer, which was fabricated using 0.13 ㎛ RF CMOS technology for application to vehicle radar. For resistive receiver mixer, single ended resistive mixer was designed for high linearity characteristic and low power consumption. According to measured results, the proposed resistive mixer showed an improved linearity and low power consumption characteristic. At 24 ㎓, the resistive receiver mixer showed a conversion loss of -9 ㏈ and an input 1-㏈ gain compression point of -1 ㏈m at a low bias voltage of 0.3 V.
가상현실 산업 활성화를 위한 서비스 도출 및 중요도 평가

The paper aimed to examine the current status of the Virtual Reality(VR) industry and to find both the major problems facing the industry and the solutions. Ultimately, our goal is to gain competitive advantage in an emerging industry and to promote sustainable growth by cooperation among other industries. The issues revealed by our expert interview and literature review were organized by PEST framework, the solutions(or service) of the issues derived from the VR experts survey were also classified under 3 Level Service Model. Based on the result, the AHP measured relative importance of solution to resolve the current issues for VR industrial development. The service priorities of AHP follow; the most important one is "VR convergent contents & devices original technology developing business(0.148)", secondly, "Increasing VR contents/device development aid(0.121)", thirdly, "developing standard open API(0.097)". fourthly, VR technology/device utilization and diffusion supporting(0.068)", fifthly, "Supporting for professional manpower training about VR contents/devices(0.066)". This VR industrial development study considers the further analysis of the industrial ecosystem. It suggests not only the most urgent service for VR industrial development but also the next direction of VR study that is an objective and logical method of developing industry service.
