우리나라 성인들의 치아우식증 인지실태

국내 3대 만성질환 가운데 하나인 치아우식증 인지실태를 조사하고 인지실태 향상 방안을 제시하여 구강질환 예방에 필요한 기초자료를 제공한다. 치과병원에 치과진료를 위하여 내원한 20대 이상의 성인 남녀 390명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 응답이 누락된 설문지를 제외한 총 336부를 분석에 사용하였다. 치아우식증에 대하여 들어본 적이 없는 사람이 많았고, 대부분이 인지를 못하고 있었다. 치아우식증 정보경로는 치과이었고, 치과에서 정보를 얻은 사람이 다른 경로를 통하여 얻은 사람과 비교하여 정확히 인지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다(p=0.008). 치아우식증 인지에 영향을 미치는 요인분석을 위한 단변량로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 20대는 40대 이상보다, 전문직은 기타보다, 구강상태 매우 건강은 매우 나쁨보다 치아우식증을 정확히 인지할 가능성[OR(95%CI)]이 각각 2.06(1.16-3.66)(p=0.000), 5.49(2.52-11.93)(p=0.000), 6.40(1.57-26.03)(p=0.002)으로 나타났다. 치아우식증 예방을 위해 20대 이상, 전문직 이외 직종, 직장보험 이외 의료보장 가입자, 구강상태가 나쁜 사람을 대상으로 치과 전문가를 통한 교육이 필요하다. This study aims at examining the actual condition of recognition of dental caries(ACRDC), presenting a scheme to improve the recognition, and providing basic data necessary to prevent oral diseases, Dental caries(DC) which one of the three most important chronic diseases in Korea. A survey was conducted on ACRDC for about 390 people twenty and over who visited dental clinics for dental treatment 336 questionnaires with exception of omitted answer were used for statistical analysis. Many of them had never heard of DC and most of them failed to recognize it. People who experienced DC had a dental clinic as a main information channel and they were significant differences in those obtaining information through other channels(p=0.008). Univariate logistic regression analysis for effects on ACRDC demonstrated that possibility of subjects in their twenties recognizing DC more accurately than those in their forties Odds ratio(95% confidence Interval) was 2.06(1.16-3.66)(p=0.000), with the possibility of professionals recognizing the disease more accurately than those with other kinds of occupation 5.49(2.52-11.93)(p=0.000), showing statistically significant relevance. As for medical security, possibility of work insurance being related to more accurate recognition of dental caries than others was 1.95 (1.03-3.71)(p=0.003), with the possibility of subjects whose dental state was very good recognizing dental caries more accurately than those whose dental state was very bad 6.40(1.57-26.03) (p=0.002), showing statistically significant relevance. For prevention of DC, an education through experts working at a dental clinic are necessary for those in their twenties and over, who were other than professionals, who were insured for medical security via other than work insurance, and whose dental state was bad.

장애인 특수학교에서 실시하고 있는 학교구강보건사업 항목과 내용이 우리나라 각 지역별의 특색에 따라 다르므로 전국 142개 장애인 학교 담당 보건교사들을 대상으로 학교 구강보건사업에 대한 자체 평가를 실시하여 지역별로 잘못된 점을 보완하여 향후 장애인 학교 구강보건사업 기획 시 참고자료로 사용하고자 하였다. 종합평가 결과 경상도 지역 특수학교 구강보건사업이 가장 높은 평점을 받았으며 서울특별시가 장애인 특수학교 구강보건사업 항목이 가장 적어서 낮은 평점을 받았던 것으로 조사되었고 장애 아동에 대한 별도의 구강보건교육목표 설정과 학교불소용액양치, 치면열구전색사업과 학교구강보건실 운영 사업을 확대함이 권장되었다. The purpose of this study was to examine the oral health plans of 142 special schools for disabled youth in different regions across the nation based on the self-evaluation of their school nurses in an attempt to help improve school oral health plans and provide useful information on the planning of oral health plans for schools for disabled youth, as the oral health plans of special schools for disabled youth depended on local characteristics. As a result of make a synthetic evaluation, the oral health plans of special schools located in Gyeongsang Province ranked first, and those of special schools in Seoul scored low due to the smallest number of items included. And it's recommended to select separate objectives of oral health education geared toward physically disadvantaged children, to extend school fluoride mouth rinse and pit & fissure sealing projects, and to enhance the management of school dental clinics.

포스트 코로나 시대의 지역 양극화 구조에 대한 시스템 사고

This paper deals with structural approaches to regional/local polarization in Korean society and systems thinking, especially the impact of the post-COVID19 era. Toward this purpose, this paper intends to contribute to the practical policy direction by deriving CLDs (Causal Loops Diagrams) on regional/local polarization through reviews of various literature on related topics, reflecting the effects of the post-COVID19 era in this system structure. Based on the simple and basic structure of the population emigration to the SMR (Seoul Metropolitan Area), focusing on regional/local jobs and settlement conditions, structural inference is conducted on the dynamic structure and policy response effects of the post-COVID19 era through the distinction between existing and new industries. In conclusion, this paper emphasizes that the influence of the era causes accelerating effects through a series of reinforcing causal loops in the existing regional/local polarization structure and needs appropriate policy responses to stabilize them.

대학생의 구강관리용품 휴대여부에 따른 구강건강행태 차이

본 연구는 대학생의 구강관리용품 휴대율을 조사하고, 구강관리용품 휴대 여부에 따른 구강건강행태를 파악하며, 대학생이 학교에서 칫솔질을 수행하지 않는 이유 에 대하여 파악하여, 대학생들이 적절하게 구강건강관리활동을 수행할 수 있도록 하는 홍보사업의 기초자료로 활용하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 강원도 소재 K대학 생활관생을 대상으로 하였고, 생활관생 총 504명 중에서 편의추출법에 의하여 연구대상을 선정하여, 본 연구의 취지를 설명하고, 참여를 희망하는 학생을 대상으로 자기기입 설문조사를 수행하였다. 응답이 불성실하여 분석이 부적절할 것으로 판단된 일부를 제외한 198명의 자료를 이용하였다. 칫솔을 휴대하는 학생들의 비율은 45.5%로 조사되었고, 구강관리용품(칫솔)을 휴대하는 대학생들이 휴대하지 않는 대학생들보다 구강건강관련 관심도가 유의하게 높았다. 또한 하루 칫솔질 횟수, 잠자기 전 칫솔질 여부 및 음주 후 칫솔질 여부와 같은 구강건강행태는 구강관리용품을 휴대하는 대학생에서 더 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 대학생들의 구강건강증진을 위해 생활 터 양치시설 설치뿐만 아니라, 물적 자원의 제공이 어렵다면, 구강관리용품의 휴대를 권장하는 등의 실질적인 구강보건활동에 대한 홍보사업이 필요하다고 사료되었다. The aim of this study was the association between carrying a toothbrush and oral health behaviors among university students in Gangwon-do province. This cross-sectional study included 198 students (111 males and 87 females), aged 18 and 25 years. A self-administered quistionnaire was distributed. The proportion of carrying a toothbrush was 45.5%. Self-rated oral health and oral health interest were a significant higher in carrying a toothbrush group than no-carrying group. Futhermore, oral health behaviors, such as the number of tooth brushing during the day, tooth brushing before to sleep and after drinking, were a significant higher in carrying a toothbrush group than no-carrying group. The present paper discusses the carrying a toothbrush associated with good oral health behaviors.

To keep pace with the era of liberalization and global real estate markets professional, open, discriminatory, personal individuality of the customer, will have to introduce a customer-oriented sales strategy based on the extraordinary diversity of information. In addition, thorough research and analysis projects from the initial planning and avoided unplanned business practices of the past, only a scientific and reasonable business practices that can lead to a successful real estate business, more accurate and fast information, thorough business planning, effective marketing strategies only can survive in the fierce competition. In this paper, we had looked at the situation of the real estate agent marketing real estate market according to the change, and saw some of the present problems of the country in accordance with the markting plan marketing real estate brokerage.
