To investigate whether the analysis of the causes and any related conflicts such notice to the residents of conflict-related conflicts that occur in the course of this study is housing redevelopment projects. The highest frequency of conflict of interests many early stage projects in progress (Committee established stage) and former union formation process was conducted as focused on population-related conflict and then set the range of the study and after. Residents should be mainly due to the conflict of interest in order to perform a successful business, but just to be save the spirit of the New Town project to accommodate the people, rather than the fundamental interests of the preceding troubleshooting. When deriving the implications of population-related conflict resolution are as follows. First, to minimize the conflict by taking feedback from the initial business people. Second, there is a need for housing management plan that considers social, economic and cultural elements of the population, not the only material elements. Third, we need to minimize the time wasted in the implementation process to simplify proceedings, including at work. So you can expect to improve or eliminate type above conflict if they are faster acceleration effect of the housing redevelopment.

연구배경: 식이장애는 주로 젊은 여성 및 청소년에서 발병하는 치명율이 높은 질환이다. 국내에서 식이장애의 고위험군을 선별하는 검사도구로서는 한국어판 식이태도검사(The Korean Version of Eating Attitudes Test-26, KEAT-26)가 많이 사용되고 있다. 이보다 간편하게 외래에서 사용할 수 있는 검사도구로서 한국어판 SCOFF(Korean Version of SCOFF, K-SCOFF) 설문지에 대해 신뢰도를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 2003년 5월 6일에서 5월 17일까지 서울시내 일개 여자대학교 학생 500명을 대상으로 자기 기입식 설문 조사를 하였다. 설문내용은 현재 체중, 현재 신장, 체중조절 유무 등에 대한 설문내용과 5개 항목으로 구성된 한국어판 SCOFF(K-SCOFF) 설문지, 한국어판 식이태도검사-26이었다. 재검사를 위해 2주 후에 40명을 대상으로 다시 설문조사를 실시하였다. 결과: 응답자는 총 417명으로 응답율은 83.4%였으며, 이들의 평균 나이는 20.73±2.02세였다. 평균 체중, 평균 신장, 평균 체질량지수(Body Mass Index, BMI)는 각각 52.61±6.99㎏, 162.95±4.45㎝, 19.81±2.03㎏/㎡ 이였으며, 이중 체질량지수 25 이상의 비만군은 2.0%(총 8명)였다. 한국어판 SCOFF 설문지(K-SCOFF)의 내적 신뢰도(Cronbach`s alpha)는 0.40 이었고, 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 Spearman 상관계수가 0.58 이었다. 결론: 한국어판 SCOFF 설문지(K-SCOFF)는 본 연구에서의 설문 문항의 낮은 내적 신뢰도를 고려할 때 식이장애에 대한 선별도구로서의 사용에는 적절하지 않은 것 같다. Background: Eating disorder, which is prevalent among young women and adolescents, is a disease with a high mortality rate. KEAT-26(The Korean Version of Eating Attitudes Test-26) is screening tool for eating disorder commonly used in Korea. The Korean Version of SCOFF questionnaires(K-SCOFF) which is more usable for outpatients than KEAT-26 was assessed for its reliability. Methods: Five hundreds college women from a women university in Seoul were studied using a self-recorded questionnaires. Contents of questionnaires included demographic characteristics, The Korean version of SCOFF(K-SCOFF), and Korean version EAT-26(KEAT-26). K-SCOFF questionnaires was readministered to forty women 14 days after answering the first in order to evaluate the questionnaire`s test-retest reliability. Results: Total number of respondent were 417, the response rate was 83.4%, and mean age was 20.73±2.02. Weight, height, and BMI is 52.61±6.99㎏, 162.95±4.45㎝, and 19.81±2.03㎏/㎡, respectively. The prevalence of obesity is 2.0%. The internal consistency reliability of each scale score, estimated by Cronbach`s alpha coefficients, was 0.40. The test-retest reliability by Spearman correlation coefficient was 0.58. Conclusion: K-SCOFF questionnaires were inappropriate for improving screening of eating disorders due to Low internal consistency reliability according to our study.
구조방정식 모형에 의한 정비사업 갈등 관리방안 연구-서울시 상계뉴타운 지역을 사례로-

This study was intended to present the desirable conflict management scheme as to how far the association members of the housing redevelopment project knew it and several problems arising from it and what the necessary measure should be taken for it. For this purpose, it attempted to make a consciousness survey of the conflicts between association members and between them and pubic agencies occurring at the time of promoting the housing development project with a focus on the Sanggye New Town District of Nowon-gu. This study elicited the following implications for the conflict management of landowners: First, the main agents of the housing redevelopment project are residents and the project association, and all stages of it should be promoted based on the consensus between residents. Second, it is necessary to secure transparency and extend information disclosure in order to prevent the unnecessary misunderstanding occurring over the course of operating the association. Third, the more reinforced monitoring system for the association should be considered over the course of promoting the housing redevelopment project. Fourth, it is necessary to enable association members to communicate with each other by holding the regular meeting for them in the process of promoting the housing redevelopment project as mentioned in the conflict management scheme. Fifth, it is necessary to consider the scheme for easing extra charges that may confront the most serious objection from residents and cause a social problem during the promotion of the housing redevelopment project. Sixth, the association members of the housing redevelopment project are required to change their consciousness. The improvement or management of the above types of conflicts could be expected to speed up the housing redevelopment project.

본 논문은 경전철의 고무 타이어 유지보수에 고장 예지 및 상태 관리(Prognostics and Health Management, 이후 PHM) 기술을 적용하기 위한 통합 시스템에 관한 개발 과정을 설명한다. PHM 기술은 센서 시스템을 활용하여 데이터를 측정하고, 측정 값을 지속적으로 모니터링 하며, 타이어 상태를 진단하고, 각 타이어의 잔여수명을 예측하는 것이 특징이다. 타이어 상태 및 잔여수명 예측 결과를 활용하여 타이어 유지보수 일정을 산출한다. PHM 통합 시스템은 철도 안전 관리자, 철도 평선 관리자, 유지보수 관리자가 시스템을 효과적이고 효율적으로 활용할 수 있도록 개발한다. 통합 시스템 개발을 통해 수명주기비용을 절감하고, 운행 가용성을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
