The purpose of this study was to compare differences in the main food components of quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.) cultivated in Hongcheon after steaming, boiling, and roasting. Among the general components, crude protein, fat, and ash content were the highest in raw quinoa. Dry matter and carbohydrate content was the highest in steamed quinoa, while total dietary fiber content was highest in roasted quinoa. Total amino acid contents were the highest in boiled quinoa and lowest in steamed quinoa. Fatty acid content was highest in raw quinoa and lowest in boiled quinoa. The mineral (calcium, potassium, and phosphorus) and vitamin content was most enriched in raw quinoa, while iron, magnesium, zinc, and manganese were highest in boiled quinoa. For free sugars, the fructose and sucrose levels were highest in raw quinoa, while glucose level was highest in roasted quinoa. The water-soluble vitamin and free sugar contents were lowest in boiled quinoa. In summary, nutritional levels of vitamins vulnerable to heat and unsaturated fatty acids decreased after cooking with heat, while those of amino acids and saturated fatty acids increased after cooking with heat, although there were variables based on different cooking methods.

RADIANCE프로그램을 이용한 블라인드 모델링

This study is using the RADIANCE lighting simulation tool to determine the transmittance where the horizontal blind is installed. The transmittance is applied to DayDim program which is a lighting calculation and analysis tool. Parameters such as clear sky type, seasonal changes(the summer solstice), altitude, azimuth and horizontal blind angle at a 0°, 45°, 90° were considered. The simulation results present that measured directional transmittances have different values according to each directional property of the horizontal blind.

Recently, may high-rise buildings have been constructed, and will be constructed so that concerns about high-rise buildings have increased. We need to develop energy saving techniques immediately because the high-rise buildings consume a lot of energy. The most of effective energy saving method is the application of the efficient lighting designs and fixtures. The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of lighting design, fixture and control system in Korea and it can be used the lighting application guide-line for the high-rise buildings.

메타버스 시대의 유소년 태권도 교육에 대한 사회적 함의 고찰

This study was conducted to find out in what direction cyber education is good for Taekwondo education, especially youth, and what social meaning it has in the era of Metaverse, and the following conclusions were drawn. First of all, due to COVID-19, it was possible to confirm the trend of changing the social atmosphere to a method using Metaverse, that is, cyberspace. In addition, education tailored to various Metaverse times is also required, and efforts are being made to establish a paradigm of a new era in each field of education in line with these demands. And Taekwondo is expected to have a large effect because it is smooth to switch to cyber education and has high accessibility to youth, the main learners. And the fact that individual training takes place in cyberspace is also the basis for Taekwondo to be meaningful as a major physical activity education event in the Metaverse era. And it can be seen as an effort to adapt to the new paradigm, and Simulation claimed by Baudrillard can be applied as a criterion for interpreting this meaning. Simulation can be a social theory that can reveal a new phase of education that can replace reality, and this attempt is thought to serve as a stepping stone for stable settlement in the future cyber education era.

잡지 "태권도"를 통한 태권도 경기화 과정에 대한 역사적 고찰

The first purpose of this study is to analyze events and facts from the past to the present, classify events and facts in the process of changing Taekwondo as a sport competition and find their meaning through Taekwondo magazines. The second purpose is to reinterpret the historical philosophic viewpoint of Taekwondo for the absence of Taekwondo philosophy and the correct interpretation of history on the basis of Taekwondo magazines preserving Kukki Taekwondo records intact and seven characteristics of the sports modernization process suggested by Allen Guttmann. This study tried to analyze the process in the view of pragmatism. In case of Taekwondo, it has been adopted as an official Olympic sport many times, therefore, it has been required more universality as an international sport than ideological or philosophical development as a martial art. This change may give Taekwondo confidence to establish as a sport. Accordingly, it has been necessary for the process of changing Taekwondo as a sport competition to advance with development of period and the process can be a positive change for the future from the viewpoint of pragmatism.

삶의 질적 향상을 위한 태권도 수련에 관한 고찰

본 연구는 현재 사회적으로 대두되고 있는, 타인 혹은 자신에게 나약해져 순간적으로 올바르지 못한 판단으로 인하여 발생되는 사회적 사건들의 해결방법으로서 태권도를 통한 정신적 수련을 제시하였다. 이는 태권도가 단순히 신체적 단련을 위한 스포츠가 아닌, 정신적 수련을 위한 스포츠로서의 가능성을 논하고, 그 가능성에 따른 태권도의 정신적 교육이 현재의 사회문제를 해결하는 데 도움이 될 수 있는지를 알아본 후 이에 맞는 태권도의 생활체육적 교육 시스템을 마련하는 기초 자료로 제공되는데 그 목적을 가지고 연구된 것이다. 이러한 정신적 미성숙을 극복하기 위해서는 여러 분야에서 그 방법을 찾고 노력해야겠지만, 다른 어떤 분야보다 체육계에서 실질적인 극복 방안을 제시할 수 있을 것이다. 태권도의 정신 수련이라 함은 시대와 관점에 따라 달리 해석할 수 있지만, 그 근본은 국가를 지키고, 충성을 다하고, 정의를 구현하고, 자신의 마음가짐이나 몸가짐을 바로하기 위한 하나의 수도(修道)적인 형태라고 할 수 있다. 하지만 지금 현대 사회에서 필요로 하는 태권도의 정신 수련이란 생활체육적 요소, 즉 도덕적이고 윤리적인, 상대방을 배려하고 좀 더 사회에 발전적인 토대가 될 수 있는 정신적인 준비 상태를 만드는 과정이 되어야 할 것이다. There are many social problems occur in these days. It`s possible to solve these problems through Taekwondo as a Sport for all. So this study has three objects, the first object is For the possibility of Taekwondo as a mental training sport, not simply physical exercitation. The second object is Taekwondo`s mental education can be helpful in social problems and the third object is provide the basis of Taekwondo educations system as a sport for all. Mental training of Taekwondo is a process, has a elements of ``sport for all``as a moral, ethical care, be considerated other person and contribute to make a Foundation for a more robust society. As stated earlier, many of the emotional angst of social issues are able to be solved mentally healthy through physical training interns, and Taekwondo is more useful as a way to foster the Mental training method in Korea.

심판의 판정 인식에 대한 의사소통행위론적 분석 연구

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the referee’s perception of judging the game based on ‘The theory of Communicative Action’by Jürgen Habermas. Subjects were limited to Taekwondo judges. Method: The in-depth interview method was used to obtain specific data, and the subjects were selected from those with 13 to 19 years of referee experience. The collected data were analyzed by an analytical method. The data obtained through the analysis were transformed into academic terms through categorization, and the work to find the essential meaning of these terms was performed. First, the participants of the study were competing in the game with their own judgment criteria, and they were said to make judgments based on the player’s ability, manners, and intentional behaviors. Second, it was found that the referees were not in a condition to focus only on the decision work in reality, but they had no choice but to take charge of the judging task even at the risk of doing so. Third, the difference in position between the referee and the player in the judgment was clear, and it was found that communication was necessary to create a rational and fair game through mutual relations. Conclusion: If the referees and players communicate more actively, it will help to create a rational and fair Taekwondo game. However, since this study was conducted only with male participants, it is suggested that a study with female participants be conducted in the subsequent study.

의사소통행위 이론 관점에서 본 태권도 선수의 위기현상 인식에 대한 분석

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find the meaning of the crisis phenomena recognized by Taekwondo players based on the Theory of Communicative Action by Jürgen Habermas and to find a way to resolve irrational and unethical behaviors. Method: A qualitative research method was used, and data were analyzed through hermeneutical research. The study participants consisted of 6 adult Taekwondo athletes with 8 to 19 years of experience, and data were collected through in-depth interviews. Results: First, the participants of the study recognized that the influence of the referee on the game was greater than that of the player. Second, The players felt anxious about the referees who could not protect the players, and claimed that this would cause a decrease in performance. In addition, it was found that the referee’s misjudgment or unfair judgment also gave players a negative perception. Third, the players were feeling the burden on the judge’s coercive words & actions and when judgments changed according to the personal inclinations in applying the rules. Accordingly, it was found that this could decrease the reliability of the judge. Conclusion: Based on Habermas’ theory, the study researches how players perceive the crisis situation. A method for maintaining a smooth relationship between the athletes & the referees who are the main players of the Taekwondo games must be prepared so that it can be a fair and rational Taekwondo game.

의사소통행위 이론을 통한 철학 상담의 타당성 연구: 스포츠 윤리 문제를 중심으로

This study aimed to examine the validity of solving ethical issues in sports with philosophical counseling based on Habermas’s Theory of Communicative Action by reviewing the literature on ethical issues in sports and philosophical counseling. The results are as follows. First, ethical issues in sports need to be dealt with using an intrinsic approach through philosophy, which can be done through philosophical counseling. Second, most unethical situations in sports are those collapsed by social rationality, money and political power. Thus, it is appropriate to solve unethical issues and draw positive social consensus through philosophical counseling based on Habermas’s Theory seeking communicative rationality. Third, unethical issues in sports need to be solved not just at a personal level, but also at a social level by promoting philosophical counseling in sports.
