        본 연구는 모든 군수업체가 국방품질경영시스템 인증을 획득하여 군수품의 품질신뢰성을 확보하고 품질보증체제로 정착할 수 있도록 발전방안을 도출시키기 위하여 군수품의 품질보증절차와 품질특성을 분석하고, ISO 인증시스템과 국방품질경영시스템 인증시스템의 운영실태 파악하고 현상분석을 하여 그 대책을 도출하여 발전방안을 제시하였다.

        This experiment was conducted to investigate any change in chemical properties of soil as well as growth and yield components of Seokryangputkong cultivated is vinyl house mainly used for consecutive cultivations of vegetables. Seokryangputkong, a recommended variety as a vegetable soybean by Rural Development Administration in 1995, was planted 4 times from April 15 to May 15 in 10 days - interval in vinyl house in Such'ang-ri, Choch'iwon-up, Yunki-gun, Chungnam, the analysis of the chemical properties of the soil indicated that available P₂O₂ content, EC, organic matter content and Ex-Na were increased by 89.3mg/kg, 0.1dS/m, 0.1% and 0.1me/100g, after a cultivation of vegetable soybean, respectively. Whereas, Ex-Ca and Fx-Mg were decreased by 1.2me/100g and 0.1me/100g, respectively and pH and Ex-K were not changed. Emergence date, days to emergence and average emergence period were shortened as planting delayed in 10 days - interval from April 15. There was no difference shown in emergence rate in different planting dates. Days to flowering, pod formation and maturity were respectively shortened by 8.3 days, 2.7 days and 11.4 days as planting dates delayed in 10 days - interval from April 15. Days to flowering was not significantly correlated with days to pod formation but it showed a highly positive correlation with days to maturity. Days to pod formation showed a highly positive correlation with days to maturity, too. Stem height, stem diameter, number of stem nodes, number of branches, number of branch nodes and internode length of cotyledon were reduced as planting dates delayed, and fresh weight per plant did not show any difference as planting dates delayed. The number of unfilled and one - seed pods per plant were reduced as planting dates delayed, and number of two - seed and three - seed pods per plant, number of pods per plant and fresh weight per plant did not show any difference as planting dates delayed. Pod length and pod width showed some difference in different planting dates but there was no difference in pod thickness. The number of seeds per plant, seed weight per plant, one hundred - seeds weight, seed length and seed width were not different among planting date. Seed thickness was reduced as planting dates delayed. Among the various characteristic, stem diameter showed a highly positive correlation with seed thickness. The number of branches and branch nodes showed a highly positive correlation with one hundred - seeds weight and seed thickness. The number of pods per plant showed a highly positive correlation with fresh weight per plant and pod length. the number of one-seed per plant showed a highly positive correlation with fresh weight per plant, fresh weight of pods per plant and weight of seeds per plant Fresh weight of pods per plant showed a highly positive correlation with weight of, seeds per plant One hundred - seeds weight showed a highly positive correlation with seed width and seed length showed a highly positive correlation with seed width. The other characteristics did not show any significant correlation reciprocally.

        Preliminary PINC(Program for the Inspection of Nickel Alloy Components) RRT(Round Robin Test) - Pressurizer Dissimilar Metal Weld -

        After several damages by PWSCC were found in the world, USNRC and PNNL(Pacific Northwest National Laboratory) started the research on PWSCC under the project name of PINC. The aim of the project was 1) to fabricate representative NDE mock-ups with flaws to simulate PWSCCs, 2) to identify and quantitatively assess NDE methods for accurately detecting, sizing and characterizing PWSCCs, 3) to document the range of locations and morphologies of PWSCCs and 4) to incorporate results with other results of ongoing PWSCC research programs, as appropriate. Korea nuclear industries have also been participating in the project. Thermally and mechanically cracked-four mockups were prepared and phased array and manual ultrasonic testing(UT) techniques were applied. The results and lessons learned from the preliminary RRT are summarized as follows: 1) Korea RRT teams performed the RRT successfully. 2) Crack detection probability of the participating organizations was an average 87%, 80% and 80% respectively. 3) RMS error of the crack sizing showed comparatively good results. 4) The lessons learned may be helpful to perform the PINC RRT and PSI /ISI in Korea in the future.

        국제공동연구 PINC(Program for the Inspection of Nickel Alloy Components) 현황 및 고찰

        2002년 미국 Davis Besse 원전에서 원자로 압력용기의 상부헤드 관통관 부위의 손상이 발견되고, 2002년 벨기에 Tihange 2호기 및 2003년 일본 쓰루가 원전의 가압기 노즐에서 균열이 발견되어 세계적으로 니켈합금기기의 일차 수응력 부식균열(PWSCC; primary water stress corrosion cracking)이 원자력안전에 상당히 위협적임을 인식하게 되었다. 이에 따라 2005년부터 4년간 계획으로 미국 NRC를 중심으로 니켈합금기기의 검사에 관한 국제공동연구(PINC; program for the inspection of nickel alloy components, 이하 PINC라 함)를 시작하였고 본 논문에는 2005년부터 수행된 PINC 국제공동연구의 수행현황에 대해서 소개한다. PINC 국제공동연구의 목적은 일차 수응력 부식균열의 형상(morphology)을 규명하고, 일차 수응력 부식균열에 대한 비파괴검사기법을 평가하는 것이다. 이 목적을 위하여 한국에서는 한국원자력안전기술원(Korea Institute of Nuclear Safety, KINS, 이하 KINS라 함)을 주축으로 한국원자력연구원, 성균관대, 원자력발전기술원, 한전KPS, (주)엔스코, (주)UMI, (주)세안, 두산중공업(주)이 참가하였고, PINC 수행 결과는 2009년 상반기에 NUREG 보고서로 발간될 예정이다. 이러한 국제공동연구를 수행함으로써 국내 기계재료분야의 결함 형성 및 분석기술이 선진국 수준임을 과시하고, 국내 비파괴검사 기술을 선진국 수준으로 끌어 올릴 수 있었으며, 이번 기회를 통하여 국내 산학연이 서로 협력하여 니켈합금기기의 건전성평가 기술을 한 단계 상승시킬 수 있었다. After several PWSCCs were found in Bugey(France), Ringhals(Sweden), Tihange(Belgium), Oconee, Arkansas, Crystal Fever, Davis-Basse, VC Summer(U.S.A.), Thuruga(Japan), USNRC and PNNL started the research on PWSCC, that is, PINC project. The aim of this project is to fabricate and obtain representative NDE mock-ups with flaws to simulate tight PWSCC cracks, to identify and quantitatively assess NDE methods for accurately detecting, sizing and characterizing tight cracks such as PWSCC, to document the range of locations and crack morphologies associated with PWSCC and observed responses and to incorporate findings from other ongoing PWSCC research programs, as appropriate. By participating in PINC project, Korean morphology technique about PWSCC and NDE technique have improved and become similar lever with other advanced country. Therefore, the evaluation technique of integrity for nickel alloy component has been improved by cooperation with university, research institute and industries.
