철근콘크리트 교량 교각의 손상상태에 따른 지진취약도 해석

본 연구에서는 지진취약도 해석에 사용되는 손상상태에 따른 수평변위한계값을 구조물의 항복 및 극한변위에 따라 확률통계적으로 새롭게 제안하기 위하여 국내외에서 실험된 원형단면의 철근콘크리트 교각 총 275본(비내진 149본, 내진 126본)의 실험데이터를 조사하였고 각 상세에 따른 교각의 정량적인 손상상태를 평가하였다. 이후 제안된 수평변위한계값에 따른 실제 교량구조물에 대한 비선형 시간이력해석을 수행한 후 그 결과를 토대로 지진취약도 해석을 통해 기존의 제안된 수평변위한계값들과의 차이를 비교분석하였다. 비교분석 결과, 제안된 값에 의한 중앙값이 기존의 값에 의한 중앙값보다 작게 나타났다. 이는 기존의 수평변위한계값으로 지진취약도 해석시 구조물의 성능을 과다 평가할 수도 있음을 나타낸다. In the present study, a total of 275 tested specimens (149 of non-seismically designed and 126 of seismically designed) for reinforced concrete bridge piers with circular section have been investigated in order to suggest drift limits probabilistically according to damage states in seismic fragility analysis. Thus, quantitative damage states of the piers have been evaluated depending on details of the piers. Nonlinear time-history analyses have been conducted for a damaged bridge in terms of using the suggested drift limits. Then, seismic fragility analysis for a reinforced concrete bridge structure has been conducted using both suggested and existing drift limits. Comparative analyses have revealed that median values by the suggested limits is smaller than those by the existing limits. This implies that seismic performance of the structure can be overestimated when the existing limits are used.
韩国企业FDI对高校韩国语人才培养的促进作用研究 ― 以宝鸡文理学院为例

近年来,韩国企业在陕西直接投资(FDI: Foreign direct investment)增长较快, 带动了陕 西与韩国的贸易增长,使得韩国成为陕西省第一大贸易伙伴。针对这一经济现象的研究很多,但是 很少有人关注韩国企业直接投资对该地区高校韩国语人才培养的促进作用。本研究以陕西宝鸡文理 学院为例,采用案例分析法,通过该校第二外语教学、国际交流与合作等发展情况的研究,指出了 韩国企业FDI对高校韩国语人才培养的促进作用。同时,结合语言经济学理论基础和研究成果,揭 示了FDI与语言人才培养的内部作用模型,对于决策者的语言政策制定和语言学习者学习动机和积极性的调动具有一定的现实指导意义。 In recent years, the foreign direct investment (FDI) of Republic of Korean enterprises in China’s Shaanxi province has increased rapidly, which drives the trade growth between Shaanxi and Republic of Korea and makes South Korea the largest trading partner of Shaanxi province. There are many researches on this economic phenomenon, but few people focus on the promotion of Republic of Korean direct investment on Korean Language talent education in colleges and universities in this region. This study takes Shaanxi Baoji University of Arts and Sciences as the case, adopts case analysis method, and points out the promotion effect of direct investment of Republic of Korean enterprises (FDI) on the education of Korean language talents in colleges and universities through the research on the development of second foreign language teaching, international exchange, faculty reserve and foreign student education in this university. At the same time, combined with the theoretical basis of linguistic economics and research results, this paper reveals the internal mechanism of FDI and language talent education, which has certain practical guiding significance to the policy makers for the language policy making and to the language learners for promoting their learning motivations.

In multiple object tracking, accurate detection for each of objects that appear sequentially and effective tracking in complicated cases that they are overlapped with each other are very important. In this paper, we propose a multiple object tracking system that has a concrete detection and tracking characteristics by using multi-lateral histogram and SIFT feature extraction algorithm. Especially, by limiting the matching area to object's inside and by utilizing the location informations in the keypoint matching process of SIFT algorithm, we advanced the tracking performance for multiple objects. Based on the experimental results, we found that the proposed tracking system has a robust tracking operation in the complicated environments that multiple objects are frequently overlapped in various of directions.

기판온도 약 500℃, 진공도 ~10^(-5) Torr에서 이온화된 cluster 빔 증착(ICBD)법으로 Y₂O₃ 박막을 Si(100) 위에 제조하였다. Si의 산화를 억제하기 위해서 얇은 층의 Yttrium막을 형성한후 산소와 Yttrium 원소를 반응증착시켰다. 증착한 상태의 X-선 회절분석에서 b.c. c 및 h.c. p 구조의 Y₂O₃가 관찰되었다. 제한시야 (selected area diffractin:SAD) pattern 분석에서 spot과 ring pattern들이 관찰되었는데 증착중에 결정형성 및 결정성장이 일어났음을 알 수 있었다. 고분해 투과전자현미경(hgih resolution transmition electron microscopy : HRTEM) image에서 Y₂O₃/mixed layer/SiO₂=170Å/50Å/10Å의 구조가 관찰되었으며 비정질상인 SiO₂의 형성에 대해 검토하였다. 증착된 Y₂O₃의 전기적 특성은 Pt/Y₂O₃/Si 구조에서 누설전류 밀도는 10^(-6) A/㎠ 이하로 나타났으며, breakdown 강도는 7㎹/㎝로 나타났다. Y₂O₃ thin film on Si(100) was successfully grown by ionized cluster beam (ICBD) technique at substrate temperature of around 500℃ and pressure of ~10^(-5) Torr. To prevent the oxygen and yttrium source. In as-deposited state, b. c. c and h. c. p structures of Y₂O₃ were observed from X-ray analysis. from the observation of spots and ring pattems in selected area diffractin(SAD) patterns, crystallane formation and growth could be proceeded during the deposition. Y₂O₃/mixed layer/SiO₂=170Å/50Å/10Å structure were verified by high resolution transmition electron imcroscopy (HRTEM) image, and the formation of amorphous layer of SiO₂ was discussed. Electrical charateristics of the film were also investigated. In as-deposited Pt/Y₂O₃/Si structure, leakage current was less than 10^(-6) A/㎠ at 7 ㎹/㎝ strength.
