        근해어업의 온실가스 배출 탈동조화 분석

        To achieve carbon neutrality efficiently without industrial shrinkage, this study analyzes the decoupling of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in offshore fisheries using a panel regression analysis and decoupling index (DI). The results of the study suggest that offshore fisheries were in a state of decoupling of GHG emissions in the panel regression analysis and the average DI. However, the DI with the base year fixed was close to 1, and offshore fisheries approached a state of coupling. In addition, the DI, which changes the base year, has exceeded 1 since 2015, while offshore fisheries have already entered a state of coupling. Therefore, as a policy for the decoupling of GHG emissions in offshore fisheries, this study proposed the expansion of the scale of fishing vessel reduction and increasing participation in fishing vessel modernization. In addition, the development and supply of electric hybrid fishing vessels and the improvement of the tax-free petroleum supply system were suggested. 최근 기후변화에 관한 정부간 협의체(Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, IPCC)는 지구의 평균 온도 상승폭을 산업화 이전 대비 1.5℃ 이하로 제한하기 위해 2030년까지 2019년 전 세계 온실가스 배출량의 43%를 줄여야 하며, 2050년까지는 무려 84%를 감축해야 할 것으로 전망하였다(IPCC, 2022). 한편, 2019년 UN 기후정상회의 이후 우리나라 외 120개국이 ‘기후목표 상향동맹’에 가입하면서 2050년까지 온실가스 배출량과 흡수량이 같아지는 탄소중립(Carbon Neutral)이 국제사회의 신(新) 기후변화 대응 체제로 부상하였다. 이에 정부는 2020년 12월 기후변화에 관한 유엔 기본 협약(UNFCCC, United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change)에 ‘2050년 장기저탄소 발전전략’을 제출하기 전 ‘「2050 탄소중립」 추진전략’을 발표하였다. 2021년 9월에는 「기후위기 대응을 위한 탄소중립・녹색성장 기본법」을 제정하여 탄소중립의 법제화 및 제도적 기반을 마련하였다(국가법령정보센터, 2021). 이어서 같은 해 10월에 정부는 ‘2050 탄소중립 시나리오’ 및 ‘2030 국가 온실가스 감축목표’ 상향안을 발표하는 등 기후변화 문제에 적극적으로 대응하고 있다(관계부처 합동, 2021; 2050 탄소중립녹색성장위원회, 2021). 수산업 부문에서도 2021년 12월 ‘해양수산분야 2050 탄소중립 로드맵’을 발표하였고, 2018년 기준 수산・어촌 부문에서 배출하는 304.2만 톤의 온실가스를 2050년까지 11.5만 톤으로 감축하는 계획이 포함된 ‘탄소 네거티브(negative)’를 로드맵의 목표로 제시하였다(해양수산부, 2021).

        환경에너지시설의 화재 및 피난 안전성 평가에 관한 연구

        In this study, fire and evacuation safety of environmental energy facilities using fire and evacuation simulation was examined as part of performance-oriented design. The worst-case fire scenarios in which fire-fighting facilities such as sprinkler fire extinguishing and smoke control systems are not working, and the FDS analyzes the visibility, temperature distribution, and carbon monoxide concentration distribution through FDS. The safety was examined. As a result, it was proved that evacuation could limit the visibility, temperature, and carbon monoxide concentration in a smooth range, based on the safety standards set by relevant laws. In other words, it was possible to verify the safety of fire and evacuation for environmental energy facilities where a large amount of combustibles and fires coexist.

        튜브배열 방향과 수직한 유동에 의한 관외 대류 열전달

        The convective heat transfer on the outer surface of tube arrays perpendicular to the flow direction was experimentally investigated. The test sections which include the aligned and staggered arrangements were made and the local heat transfer coefficients on the outer surface of the tube were measured after the flow has been fully developed. The results showed that the local heat transfer coefficients of the staggered arrangement, which has transverse pitch of 0.075m and longitudinal pitch of 0.08m, were about 15% greater than that of the aligned arrangement. Also, the overall mean Nusselt number of the former was greater than that of the latter. It is verified that the results obtained by using the simulation show the same tendency with those of experiment.

        균일배기 환기방식에서의 배연특성에 관한 연구

        In this study it is intended to review the moving characteristics of smoke by performing visualization simulation for the calculation of the optimal smoke exhaust air volume in case a fire occurs in tunnels where transverse ventilation is applied, and to obtain basic data necessary for the design of smoke exhaust systems by deriving optimal smoke exhaust operational conditions under various conditions. As a result of this study, if it was assumed 0 critical velocity in the tunnel, the smoke exhaust air volume was limited within 250 meter in the road-tunnel disaster prevention indicator and the exhaust efficiency was from 55.1% to 95.8% in the result of this study. If the wind velocity is in the tunnel, the exhaust rate intends to increase rapidly and the exhaust efficiency is decreased. In addition,if the wind velocity is increased, the exhaust rate should be increased in compared with the generation rate of smoke in maximum 1.8 or 1.04 times. In this study, when the wind velocity is in the tunnel,the limited exhaust rate is 84 m3/s · 250 m. And if it was assumed 1.75 m/s critical velocity in the tunnel, the exhaust rate would be defined 393 m3/s · 250 m(QE = 80 + 5Ar). 본 연구에서는 횡류환기방식의 균일배기방식(balanced exhaust)에 대한 터널 내 풍속, 배연풍량에 따른수치해석을 수행하여 연기의 이동거리를 분석하고 기존의 유동가시화 실험결과와 비교하였다. 그 결과 균일배기방식의 배연시스템에서는 풍속이 존재하지 않는 경우 배연풍량을 연기발생량(Vc = 0)일 때 건설교통부의 도로터널방재시설 지침에 의한 피난연결통로의 간격 250m 이내로 연기가 제한되었으며, 배연효율은 본 실험범위에서 55.1%에서 95.8%로 나타났다. 터널 내 풍속이 존재하면 연기를 배연하기 위한 배연풍량이 급격하게 증가하는 경향을 보이는 것으로 알 수 있으며, 배기구의 풍속이 증가하면 배연효율이 감소하며, 연기의 이동거리를 목표로 하는 거리로 제한하기 위해서 배연풍량은 연기발생량 보다 최대 1.8배에서 1.04배까지 증대하는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구에서 평가기준으로 선정한 250m 이내로 연기의이동거리를 제한하기 위한 배연풍량은 터널 내 풍속이 존재하지 않는 경우에는 배연풍량은 최소 84m3/s·250m, 1.75m/s인 경우에 배연풍량은 최소 393m3/s·250m(QE= 80 + 5Ar)으로 나타났다.

        비등 열전달 시스템의 안정성 향상을 위한 탄소나노튜브 코팅의 열전달 및 내구성에 대한 연구

        In this study, we investigated to the heat transfer performance of coating nano-structure with various shapes and patterns on the heat transfer surface. As a result of the measurement of the 3D nano shape, it was confirmed that the roughness generally increases when the adhesive is sprayed on the coating surface and finished durability experiment. In the case of TEOS adhesive, the roughness increased by $0.074{\mu}m$, $0.012{\mu}m$ and $0.015{\mu}m$, and the contact angle decreased $12.64^{\circ}$, $1.31^{\circ}$, $9.84^{\circ}$ at the coating time of 120 seconds, 180 seconds and 240 seconds, respectively. In the case of PVA adhesive, the roughness increased by $0.069{\mu}m$, $0.056{\mu}m$ and $0.03{\mu}m$, and the contact angle decreased $2.85^{\circ}$, $4.82^{\circ}$, $6.96^{\circ}$ at the coating time of 120 seconds, 180 seconds and 240 seconds, respectively. In the case of DGEBF adhesive, the roughness increased by $0.042{\mu}m$, $0.053{\mu}m$ and $0{\mu}m$, and the contact angle decreased $0.81^{\circ}$ at the coating time of 120 seconds, increased $4.82^{\circ}$, $6.96^{\circ}$ at the coating time of 180 seconds and 240 seconds, respectively. As a result, the durability tends to decrease as more nano-structures are deposited, and 3D nano shapes, contact angles and SEM photographs showed that the performance of the PVA adhesive was superior among the three adhesives.

        동태적 최적어업이론을 이용한 주요 연안어업의 온실가스 배출량 추정

        본 연구는 해양 생태계 관리를 위해 동태적 최적어업이론을 이용하여 주요 연안어업의 최적마력수준에서 온실가스 배출량을 추정하는데 목적이 있다. 분석 결과, 최근 3년간 주요 연안어업은 동태적 최적마력수준보다 온실가스를 9.8% 더 배출한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 정부가 연안의 해양 생태계 회복과 기후변화 대응을 위해 수산분야의 온실가스 감축목표(5.2%)를 상향 조정할 경우 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 아울러 연안어업이 온실가스 배출량을 9.8% 줄여야 할 경우, 어선 1척당 어업이익 대비 배출권 구입비용의 비중은 최대 0.2%에 불과한 것으로 나타났다. 향후 연안어업에 온실가스 배출규제가 시행되더라도 개별 연안어선은 경영상 큰 타격을 받지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. The purpose of this study is to estimate the greenhouse gas(GHG) emissions at the optimum horsepower level of major coastal fisheries for marine ecosystem management in South Korea by utilizing dynamic optimal fisheries theory. As a result of analysis, major coastal fisheries at recent 3 years has emitted 9.8% more GHG than dynamic optimum horsepower levels. This result could be used as a reference when government raises target(5.2%) of reducing GHG in the fisheries sector to recover the coastal marine ecosystem and respond to climate change. In addition, if coastal fisheries had to reduce GHG by 9.8%, the proportion of emission right purchasing cost was analyzed to be up to 0.2% of fishing profits per fishing vessel. Even if the emission regulation was implemented, individual coastal fishing vessels would not be affected adversely to their business.

        환경 에너지 시설 내 발효조, 소화기 및 건조기 유동해석

        In this study, the flow analysis of fermentation tank, digester and dryer, which are the main equipment in environmental energy facilities, was carried out. Numerical analysis was carried out with the size of the actual plant, and 3D modeling program CATIA V5 R16, grid generation program Gambit, and general purpose flow analysis package ANSYS-FLUENT (v13) were used. Simulation results of the carrier gas flow analysis in the STD dryer using the computational fluid dynamics program showed that the carrier gas smoothly circulated between the shells of the dryer and the flow was uniformly distributed without stagnation or flow. It is also predicted that rotational flow due to shell rotation is active. The average flow velocity of carrier gas in the STD dryer was estimated to be about 0.196m / s, and the average temperature of the carrier gas was calculated to be 424K. Due to the relatively slow carrier gas velocity and high average temperature, the water content of the sludge can be effectively lowered.

        This paper is a study to estimate the noise generated by fluid around each machine in the basement and basement facilities that accept major noise factor, pump fluid mechanical equipment installed to evaluate the impact on the real working environment. In particular, the review of the reliability of complementary information and reliability predict the natural frequency for generating a maximum strain when the vibration analysis, and intended to ensure that the design to avoid a natural frequency of the structure, on the basis of the this analysis result to the subject a real building.
