        강원도 순환골재 재활용 실태 및 활성화 방안

        본 연구는 강원도 순환골재 재활용 활성화를 위해 국내외 관련문헌과 정책을 고찰하고, 강원도 중간처리업체의 인터뷰를 통하여 강원도 현황 및 애로사항을 정리하고 이를 종합하여 재활용 활성화 방안을 제안하였다. 연구결과, 건설폐기물 재활용 활성화를 위한 방안으로 먼저, 순환골재 활용이 용이한 의무대상건설공사 종류 및 규모, 민간공사로의 확대, 근거리 순환골재 생산업체 우선적용 등 다양한 수요처의 확대가 요구된다. 또한, 폐기물처리의 분리발주 확대 및 법적근거 마련, 품질인증 제도개선, 인센티브 제도 활성화, 통계조사 방법의 개선과 함께 품질의 개선과 대국민 인식전환 교육도 병행해야 할 것이다. In this study, to activate the recycling of recycled aggregate in Gangwon Province, related literature and policies were reviewed. In addition, via an interview with the officials of the medium-sized processing companies in Gangwon Province, the conditions and problems of the province were identified. The result of the interview were then consolidated, and a plan for the recycling of the province`s costruction wastes was suggested. As a result of this study, a plan to avtivate the recycling of Gangwon Province`s recycled aggregate was suggested. First, the demand for aggregates to a variety of markets must be met by extending the kind and scale of construction for mandatory uses and by applying them to civil construction projects, and the designation of the manufacturer of short-distance circulation aggregates must be prioritized. In addition, the separate ordering of wate disposal and the preparation of lawful grounds for such must be pursued, along with the improvement of the system for quality certification, the activation of an incentive system, the employment of a statistical research method, and the education of the people to make them recognize the importance and benefits of recycling.

      • 자중압밀지반에 대한 침하예측기법의 적용성

        Applicability of existing methods of predicting consolidation settlement was assessed by analyzing results of centrifuge tests modelling self-weight consolidation of soft marine clay. From extensive literature review about self-weight consolidation of soft marine clays located in southern coast in Korea, constitutive relationships of void ratio-effective stress-permeability and typical self-weight consolidation curves with time were obtained by centrifuge model experiments. For the condition of surcharge loading, exact solution of consolidation settlement curve was obtained by Terzaghi’s consolidation theory and was compared with the results predicted by currently available methods such as Hyperbolic method, Asaoka’s method, Hoshino’s method and √S method. All methods were found to have their own inherent error to predict final consolidation settlement. From results of analyzing the self-weight consolidation with time by using those methods, Asaoka’s method predicted the best. Hyperbolic method predicted relatively well in error range of 2~24% for the case of showing the linearity in the relationship between T vs T/S in the stage of consolidation degree of 60~90%. For the case of relation curve of T vs T/S² showing the lineality after the middle stage, error range from Hoshino method was close to those from Hyperbolic method. However, Hoshino method is not able to predict the final settlement in the case of relation curve of T vs T/S2 being horizontal. For the given data about self-weight consolidation after the middle stage, relation curve of T vs T/S from √S method shows the better linearity than that of T vs T/√S from Hyperbolic method.

      • 공동주택 거주자의 불만요인에 관한 탐색적 분석 : 서울시 노원구 공동주택을 중심으로

        Together with the accelerated growth in national economy in the past, concentration phenomena of city populations has begun to actualize a burgeoning need for housing according to the principles of supply and demand, and has cultivated a supplier oriented marketplace. Suppliers started to build highly concentrated apartments to accommodate the flourishing population, which resulted in the aforementioned supply oriented housing environments as opposed to a market acclimated to the predilection of the consumer. However, as the housing market approached its oversupply level, the market vacillated to a consumer oriented market. In direct contrast with the previous supply oriented market, customers in the oversupplied environment possess increased income levels and a greatly aggrandized quality of life, unlike the under-supplied environment, dissatisfaction with the supply oriented apartments were myriad. Gradually these complaints have accumulated to egregious proportions. Living environments in apartment housing are not improving in response to the demand of the consumers, provoking various social complications. So far, in contrast to the number of studies on satisfaction with apartment housing decisions, there are remarkably few studies pertaining to the levels of dissatisfaction in these same areas. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze complaint factors of apartment housing and providing basic data for improving the quality of housing environments.

        최적화 알고리즘을 이용한 복개터널 물성값의 역해석

        본 연구는 복개터널 안정해석시 이용되는 불확실한 지반물성값을 계측자료로부터 최적화하는 역해석에 관한 연구이다. 이 문제에 적합한 최적화 알고리즘을 선택하기 위하여 Simplex방법, Powell방법, Rosenbrock방법, Leverberg-Marquardt방법의 최적화 알고리즘을 가상의 지반굴착문제에 적용하여 소정의 정확성으로 최적해를 구할 수 있는 신뢰도와 변수평가에 소요되는 연산속도에 관하여 비교분석하였다. 해석결과 각 방법모두 허용규준을 만족한 후 정해에 수렴하였고, 함수평가에 소요되는 연산속도에서 최소자승법의 Levenberg-Marquardt방법과 Rossenbrock방법이 효율적으로 수행되는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 복개터널의 탄성계수와 포아송비를 역해석한 결과 역해석시 고려되는 계측점의 수가 증가할수록 설계변수를 정확하게 평가할 수 있었으며 소요되는 연산속도도 개선되는 것으로 나타났다. This study is about the back analysis to optimize the uncertain parameters of geotechnical properties used in stability analysis of cut and cover tunnel. The Simplex algorithm, Powell algorithm, Rosenbrock algorithm, and Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm are applied for artificial problems of ground excavation. Furthermore, results are compared in the matter of the reliability of optimal solutions with a certain accuracy and the computation speed for evaluations of variables. As shown in results of numerical analysis, all of four algorithms are converged to exact solution satisfying the allowable criteria. And Levenberg-Marquardt`s and Rosenbrock`s algorithms are identified to be the more efficient methods in the evaluations of functions. After the back analysis for Poisson ratio and Young`s modulus for cut and cover tunnel has been performed, design parameters have been correctly estimated and computation time has been improved while the number of measure points is increased.

        미세조류 배양을 이용한 부영양호 내 수질 개선 기술 개발

        There are many eutrophic lakes by point and non-point pollution sources such as industrial waste water, domestic raw sewage, and mucks. The eutrophic lakes not only cause algal blooms but also destroy the ecosystem in the lakes due to high nutrient concentrations. The purpose of this study was to improve water quality in eutrophic lakes by cultivating microalgae using photobioreactors (PBRs) with selectively permeable mesh (SPM), supplying nutrients in the lake and inhibiting cell leakage by diffusion and water permeability. Chlorella vulgaris, was cultivated using PBRs with SPM installed in Inkyung Lake located in Inha university, Incheon, Korea. When cultivating C. vulgaris, 8.3 g/㎡/day of average biomass productivity was obtained at 3 days. Furthermore, concentrations of total nitrogen and phosphorus were reduced by 35.7% and 84.2%, respectively, compared to initial condition and water quality in eutrophic lake was improved to oligotrophic environment. These results suggest that microalgal cultivation using PBRs with SPM in the lake could produce microalgal biomass as well as improve water quality by decreasing nutrient concentrations.

      • 모래층 지반 안벽구조물의 탄성침하거동 연구

        This paper is research results of investigating the elastic settlement behavior of the coastal caisson structure built on the sandy deposit by comparing results of centrifuge model experiments and those of existing methods of estimating elastic settlement. Basic soil property tests such as specific gravity test, grain size distribution test and organic content test with disturbed soil sampled from the site were carried out. The centrifuge experiment of model satisfying the required design criteria was performed under 50 of artificial accelerated gravitational force condition. The Centrifuge model experimental results were compared and analyzed with the current methods of estimating settlement based on the elastic modulus obtained from the results of odeometer tests and empirical methods from literature reviews.

        터널굴착이 인근의 단독말뚝에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 단독말뚝 주변에서 실시되는 터널의 굴착에 의해 지반 및 말뚝에 미치는 영향을 3차원 수치해석을 통하여 분석하였다. 수치해석은 국내의 일반적인 지반조건인 풍화토 및 풍화암에 시공된 터널과 말뚝의 상호거동을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 수치해석을 통해 지반, 말뚝의 침하거동 및 말뚝의 축력변화를 분석하였다. 특히, 터널굴착에 의한 말뚝의 겉보기 지지력 변화를 고찰하였다. 수치해석결과에 의하면 잘 알려진 Gaussian 침하분포식으로는 지반침하 경향을 예측하기 어려운 것으로 나타났다. 터널굴착에 의한 말뚝선단 하부지반의 응력감소로 인하여 말뚝에 침하가 발생하고, 이에 의해 말뚝­지반의 경계면에서의 전단응력의 분포가 변하게 된다. 수치해석을 통해서 터널굴착이 말뚝 거동에 미치는 영향을 상세하게 분석하였다. A series of three-dimensional (30) numerical analyses have been conducted to study the effects of tunnelling on the adjacent single pile. In the numerical analyses the interaction between the tunnel and the pile constructed in weathered soil and rock, representing typical ground condition of Korea, has been analysed. The study includes ground settlement trough, pile settlement, axial forces and shear stresses on the pile. In particular, the change of apparent pile capacity related to the tunnel advancement based on the load-settlement relation has been analysed. The numerical modelling results show that the settlement trough might not be represented by the well-known Gaussian distribution. Due to the reductions in vertical stress below the pile tip and settlement of the surrounding ground, pile settlement was induced, thereby changing shear transfer mechanism at the pile-soil interface. Some insights into the pile behaviour under the influence of tunnelling obtained from the numerical analyses will be reported and discussed.
