관찰학습 이론에 기반한 텍스트와 이미지 활용 학습 기억 강화 효과에 대한 연구

본 연구는 Bandura의 관찰학습(Observational learning)을 교육에 적용하여, 동영상 학습 후에 비구조적인 텍스트를 사용한 노트 정리, 이미지와 비구조적인 텍스트를 사용한 노트 정리, 그리고 이미지와 절차적인 지식을 포함하는 텍스트를 사용한 노트 정리 방법을 통해 학습자에게 관찰학습의 과정 중 하나인 기억 단계의 강화 방안에 대해 실험하였다. 82명의 학생을 대상으로 Adobe Photoshop CS4 동영상 강의자료를 이용해 실험한 결과, 이해력 평가에서는 이미지와 비구조적 텍스트 또는 이미지와 절차적 지식을 포함하는 텍스트를 노트 정리에 활용했을 때 높은 성과를 보였다. 또한, 실습 평가에서는 이미지와 절차적 지식을 포함하는 텍스트를 활용했을 때 성과가 높았다. 이는 시각적 정보와 언어적 정보를 동시에 처리한다는 Paivio의 이중부호 이론(Dual-coding theory)을 학습 과정의 기억증진에 활용할 수 있음을 보여준다. 향후 학습 시스템에 본 연구 모형을 적용하여 학습자의 학업 성취도 향상에 기여할 수 있다. In this paper, we want to compare the effectiveness of the method for enhancing retention to take a review note using only unstructured text, image with unstructured text, and image with procedural text after watching video lecture through the theory of observational learning according to Albert Bandura. Eighty two trainees join to the experiment session, and video materials about Adobe Photoshop CS4 use for learning materials in the session. The result of experiment shows high learning outcome when they take a note using image with unstructured text or image with procedural text in the comprehension test session. In addition, the result shows high learning outcome when trainees take a note using image with procedural text in the skill compilation test session. These imply that Paivio's Dual-coding theory can be applied to the retention enhancement in the observational learning process. This research can be extended to apply into the e-Learning system for improving learners' scholastic achievements.
요가에서의 신체자각이 정서조절에 미치는 영향에 관한 고찰

현대 사회에서 요가는 다양한 분야에서 심신을 치료하고 치유하는 도구로 적극 활용되고 있다. 특히 인간의 마음만을 다뤄왔던 심리치료 분야에서도 최근 몸과 마음의 통합이 중요함을 깨닫고, ‘신체자각’을 중요시하는 기법들을 개발하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 요가의 주요 요소인 신체자각과 정서조절의 연관성에 관한 신경생리학적 기제를 밝혀낸 최근의 연구들을 3가지 측면에서 살펴봄으로써, 심리치료 영역에서 요가의 적용 가능성과 신체자각의 중요성을 고찰하였다. 첫째는 뇌의 구조와 기능적인 측면이고, 둘째는 하향식 접근법 (top-down processing) 과상향식 접근법 (bottom-up processing) , 셋째는 다마시오 (Damasio) 의 신체 표지 이론 (somatic marker theory) 에 의한 관점이다. 또한 신체자각을 중심으로 한요가의 치료적 적용에 관한 동향을 살펴보았다. 이렇게 최신 연구들과 동향을 살펴봄으로써, 신체자각이 정서를 자각 하고 조절하는데 긍정적인 영향을 끼칠 뿐 아니라 신경생리학적 관점에서도 반드시 필요하며 중요한 역할을 한다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 앞으로 이러한 근거들을 바탕으로 심리치료 및 심신치료 분야에서 요가가 주요한 기법으로서 더 많이 사용되리라고 예상할 수 있다. Since ancient times, yoga has served as a holistic and integrated health system that encompasses human body, mind, and soul and as a means of self-growth and self-realization. As such, yoga is actively used as a means of mental and physical treatment and healing in various modern areas of education, medicine, psychotherapy etc. This shows the changes that occur with the existing western medicine and health paradigm, which have perceived human body and mind as two separate entities and treated them as mechanical systems. Especially, psychotherapy, which has so far focused on human mind, recently came to see the importance of the body-mind integration for self-healing and witnesses the continuous emergence of techniques that set great store by body awareness. In this light, this study examines the applicability of yoga and the importance of body awareness in psychotherapy by reviewing the latest studies in three aspects that have brought light on the neurophysiological mechanisms related to the connection between body awareness and emotion regulation. The first is structural and functional aspects of the brain, the second is top-down processing and bottom-up processing, third is somatic marker theory of Damasio. Body awareness is the start of self-awareness, which is at once an important therapeutic mechanism of yoga and a crucial element that enhances self-regulation. Also, by reviewing the effects of yoga for emotion regulation and the therapeutic application of yoga with a focus on body awareness, the study hopes that yoga will be widely applied in the Korean mental and physical health.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to compare the estimated blood loss and determine the change in hemoglobin depending on the combination of each orthognathic surgery. Subjects and Methods: The subjects of this study were patients who underwent orthognathic surgery among those diagnosed with a dentofaical deformity in Mok-Dong hospital, Ewha Womans University from 2002 to 2009. One hundred patients (men - 36, women - 64, mean age of 24.5±4.6) participated in the study and were divided into four groups (group 1 - bilateral sagittal ramus osteotomy [BSSRO], group 2 - BSSRO+Genioplasty, group 3 - Lefort 1+BSSRO+genioplasty, group 4 - anterior segmental osteotomy on maxilla and mandible). A comparative study on the estimated blood loss (EBL), operation time, peri-operative changes in hemoglobin was performed using anesthesia records. The results were analyzed statistically using a Mann-Whitney U-test and Spearman’s Rho test - SPSS 12.0 (SPSS Inc. Chicago, IL, USA). Results: In group 1 (BSSRO), the mean EBL, operation time and change in hemoglobin was 394.43±52.69 ml, 184±42.33 minutes, and 1.43, respectively, In group 2 (BSSRO+genioplasty), it was 556.32±63.42 ml, 231±37.45 minutes, and 1.80, respectively. In group 3 (Lefort 1+BSSRO+Genioplasty), it was 820.55±105.54 ml, 320±15.41 minutes, and 2.73, respectively. In group 4 (segmental osteotomy), it was 1025.39±160.21 ml, 355±20.10 minutes, and 3.33, respectively. In particular, in group 3, significant differences were observed depending on the method of the orthognathic surgery. The mean EBL in a Lefort 1 osteotomy with advancement was only 687 ml, whereas Lefort 1 osteotomy with canting correction (992 ml), even impaction (764 ml), and posterior nasal spine impaction (100 ml) showed a much higher EBL. Conclusion: From these results, the EBL and peri-operation hemoglobin increased as treatment plans became more complicated and increasing operation time. Safe orthognathic surgery should be performed by applying proper autologous transfusion plans based on the average EBL of each orthognathic surgery type.
3차원 대류 파동 방정식과 도플러 알고리즘을 이용한 배기계의 소음 성능 예측에 관한 연구

Recently, the noise of vehicle is the one of the key factors for customers to purchase a vehicle and the most important part which is related to the noise is the exhaust system. Thus, car makers have their own ways to assess this exhaust noise not only to decrease the level of noise but to enhance the feeling of it. Typically, to do these things in the early stage of development, the tuning code of the exhaust system has to be made by CAE tool, which is very reliable but expensive, and the prototype parts of this code would be made for the validation test. Then this process can be iterated to meet the target of the performance. In this study, a new algorithm which adapts the ‘3 dimensional convective sound wave theory ‘and ‘Doppler effect’ has been developed. With this new algorithm, a brand new system for the calculation of tail pipe noise has been developed and validated by acoustic wind tunnel test. As a result of this study, various comparisons and have been carried out, for example, the comparison with other CAE tool has been performed for the validity and the improvement of the new calculation code could be achieved.
