산소플라즈마와 급속열처리에 의해 제조된 티타니아 박막의 휴믹산 제거

본 연구에서는 산소플라즈마로 티타늄을 산화하고 급속열처리하여 티타니아 광촉매 박막을 제조하고 휴믹산 제거실험을 수행하였다. 플라즈마 화학기상증착장치에서의 산소플라즈마는 티타늄 표면을 산화시킴으로써 광촉매 피막을 생성하게 된다. 증착조건에서 RF power는 최대 500 W 이하에서 100 W, 150 W, 300 W, 처리시간은 5분, 10분에서 조절되었다. 박막의 특성은 XPS와 XRD로 측정하였다. 실험으로서 우리는 박막이 높은 성능을 나타내는 최적을 조건을 찾았다. 또한 제조된 박막의 경우 기존 Thermal spray Titania film에 비해 2배정도 우수하였고 분말만큼 광촉매 성능을 갖는다. Titania photocatalytic plate was produced by titanium surface oxidized with oxygen plasma by Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD). The film properties were evaluated by the X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). From the experimental results, we found the optimal condition of titania film which exhibited good performance. Moreover photocatalytic capacity was about twice better than thermal spray titania film, and also as good as titania powder.

We synthesized the self-organized nanoporous oxide with potentiostatic anodization of iron foil. The iron oxide nanocomposite (INCs) were fabricated in 1M Na2SO4 containing 0.5wt% NaF electrolyte holding the potential at 20, 40 and 60 V for 20min, respectively. Field Emmision Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM) and X-ray Diffractometer (XRD) were used to evaluate the micromorphology and crystalline structure of INC film. Also, this study was performed to evaluate the fenton reaction using INC film with hydroperoxide for degradation of cyanide dissolved in water. In case of INC-40V in the presence of H2O2 3%, the first-order rate constant was found to be 1.7 × 10-2 min-1, and indicated to be 1.2 × 10-2 min-1 on commercial hematite powder. This result is shown to be good performance enough to replace the powder type for treatment of wastewater.

This research measured 18 physique factors (body weight, standing height, sitting height, girth of head, girth of neck, girth of waist, girth of thigh, girth of the calf of the leg, girth of ankle, strethch of arms, length of hand, length of foot, girth of forearm and length of leg) and 15 physical fitness factors(trunk flexion, back strength, left-hand grip strength, right-hand grip strength, trunk extention, 30m speed, 100m speed, 400m speed, 800m speed, pull-up.standing board jump, sargent or vertical jump, side step test, burpee test and vertical jump reaction time) to show the co-relation among the factors of competition cpmpetence, physique and physical fitness. For competition competence, we used the one-year results of wrestlers from the first to the fifth of national matches. The numbers of wrestlers that were used was 28. To sum up the results of the research according to the statistic co-relation, the physique excellent freestyle wrestlers are tall sitting height, small grith of the calf of the leg, thick girth of neck, small girth of head, thick girth of wrist. And there were no physical fitness characteristics. Excellent Greco-roman wrestlers and this physical fitmess characteristics are strong back strength, fast vertical jump reaction time.
