This paper presents vibration analysis of maskless exposure module in printed circuit board(PCB) manufacturing system. In order to complete exposure process in PCB, masking type module has been widely used in electronics industries. However, masking process confronts some limitations of application due to higher production cost for masking as well as lower printing resolution. Therefore, maskless exposure module is started to be in the spotlight for flexible production system to meet the needs of fabrication in variable patterns at low cost. Since maskless exposure process adopts direct patterning to PCB, vibration problems become more critical compared to conventional masking type process. Moreover, movements of exposure engine as well as stage generate vibration sources in the system. Thus, it is imperative to analyze the vibration characteristics for the maskless exposure module to improve the quality and accuracy of PCB. In this study, vibration analysis using the finite element analysis is conducted to identify the critical structural parts deteriorating vibration performance. Also, Experimental investigations are conducted by single/dual encoder measurement process under the operating module speed. Measurement points of vibration are selected by three places, which are base of stage, exposure engine and top of stage, to check the effect of vibration from the exposure engine. Comparisons between analysis results and experimental measurement are conducted to confirm the accuracy of analysis results including the developed FE model. Finally, this studies show feasibility of optimal design using the developed FE analysis model.
병원 온라인교육 참가자 및 프로그램 특성이 효과성에 미치는 영향과 자기효능감의 조절효과: 병원 간호사를 중심으로

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to contribute to the development and operation of hospital online curriculum by examining the characteristics of education participants and programs that affect the effectiveness of online training for hospital members and by examining the moderating effect of self-efficacy. Methods: Data were collected from the 3 hospitals which have experienced online training for the past one year in Busan, Korea. Likert 5-point scale was applied to measure research variables and structured questionnaire was used. Total valid 201 cases were analyzed by SPSS win 18.0. For hypothesis testing, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis of the Moderating effects were performed. Results: In the transition effect, course motive, business associations had a significant influence. Satisfaction of education was influenced by course motive, business associations and the ability of the instructor. Self-efficacy has a moderating effect in career planning and transition effect. Conclusions: In-depth survey on participants` motivation in online training and education programs should be structured in relation to work, and ability of the instructor should be considered. The organizational support of hospitals in connection with career planning is important to increase self-efficacy through online training.
교과연계 국가자격증 비교과프로그램이 현장중심 직무역량과 맞춤형 취.창업역량간의 관계 연구

목적 본 연구는 최근 대학에서 활발히 논의되고 있는 교과연계 비교과프로그램을 통해 역량중심 기반 교육과정의 방향성과 교육지원체계를 확대 강화하기 위한 것이다. 기존연구와 다르게 역량기반 교과연계 비교과프로그램을 통해 비교과과정의 연계성을 체계적으로 분석한다는 차별성을 가지며, 최종적으로는 대학생의 현장중심 직무역량과 취⋅창업역량을 높이기 위해 효과적인 비교과프로그램 운영방안을 모색하고 역량기반 비교과프로그램의 성과모델을 제시하고자 한다. 방법 부산소재 K대학의 국가자격증 비교과프로그램을 이수한 재학생 975명을 대상으로 프로그램 만족도와 현장중심 직무역량, 맞춤형 취⋅창업역량 및 하위요인간의 관계를 분석하였다. 측정은 K대학에서 개발한 FOCUS 역량 진단도구(행동진술문 BARS)를 사용하였으며, 일반적 특성에 따른 평균차이 분석과 국가자격증 프로그램 효과성 검정을 위해 paired t-test를 실시했다. 국가자격증 프로그램과 현장중심 직무역량 및 맞춤형 취⋅창업역량간 영향관계를 규명하기 위해 상관분석 및 회귀분석을 실시했다. 분석은 SPSS ver.26.0 통계프로그램을 활용하였다. 결과 전공계열별로 국가자격증 프로그램 만족도와 연계된 역량에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 국가자격증 프로그램의 사전-사후 역량평가 결과 효과성이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 국가자격증 프로그램 만족도는 현장중심 직무역량과 하위역량인 전공실무능력, 자기주도성에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 국가자격증 프로그램의 만족도가 높으면 맞춤형 취⋅창업역량과 하위역량인 진로설계능력에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나 경력개발능력에는 유의하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 결론 교과과정 연계 국가자격증 비교과프로그램 활성화를 통해 현장중심 직무역량과 맞춤형 취⋅창업역량을 높일 수 있으며, 프로그램에 참여한 학생들의 전공실무능력과 자기주도성, 진로설계능력을 높이는데 국가자격증 비교과프로그램의 지속적 운영이 중요함을 시사한다 하겠다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to expand and strengthen the direction of the competency-based curriculum and the educational support system through the subject-related extracurricular program that is being actively discussed in universities. Unlike previous studies, it has a differentiation in that it systematically analyzes the linkages of extracurricular courses through competency-based, subject-related extracurricular programs. Finally, in order to enhance the Field-training job competency and Specific customized job and start up competency of college students, it is intended to find an effective extracurricular program operation plan and to present a performance model of the competency-based extracurricular program. Methods The relationship between program satisfaction, Field training job competency and Specific customized job and start up competency, and sub-factors was analyzed for 975 students who completed the national qualification extracurricular program at K college in Busan. For measurement, the FOCUS competency diagnostic tool(behavioral statement BARS) developed by K college was used, and a paired t-test was performed to analyze the average difference according to general characteristics and to test the effectiveness of the national qualification extracurricular program. Regression analysis and correlation analysis were conducted to identify the impact relationship between the national qualification extracurricular program, Field training job competency and Specific customized job and start up competency. For analysis, SPSS ver.26.0 statistical program was used. Results There was a statistically significant difference in competency related to the satisfaction of the national qualification extracurricular program by major, and the effectiveness of the pre-post competency evaluation of the national qualification extracurricular program was confirmed. Satisfaction with the national qualification extracurricular program had a significant positive(+) effect on Field training job competency, sub-competence, major practical ability, and self-direction. When the satisfaction level of the national qualification extracurricular program was high, it was analyzed that it had a significant positive(+) effect on Specific customized job and start up competency and career design capability, which is a sub-competence, but was not significant on career development capability. Conclusions According to this study, by activating the national qualification extracurricular program, Field training job competency, and Specific customized job and start up competency can be increased.
