이 논문은 능동흡음재를 이용한 수중음향반사파 상쇄에 관한 연구이다. 능동흡음재는 평판형 구동센서와 수신센서로 몰딩되고 외부 제어기와 연결된 구조로 되어있다. 이 두 층의 센서와 피드백제어기는 하나의 피드백 루프를 이루며, 이 루프의 특징은 외부로부터 인가되는 입사파에 대해 음향 임피던스가 자동적으로 정합되어, 자동적으로 반사파를 상쇄하는 특성을 가진다. 능동흡음재의 전기 구조 음향의 다중물리특성은 1차원 전달함수로 모델링 되고, 운용주파수 대역에서 입사파에 대한 반사파가 최소화 되도록 제어기의 전달함수가 설정된다. 능동형 흡음재는 수동형 흡음재의 두께에 비하여 현저히 얇은 두께를 가지며, 간단한 아날로그 회로 제어기만으로도 넓은 주파수 대역에서 우수한 흡음특성을 보인다. This paper reviews a study about sound reflection control using an active sound absorber. An active sound absorber includes sound transmitting and receiving piezocomposite sensor layers molded by water tight epoxy, and connected with a feedback controller. The multi-layer sensors and the controller consists a closed feedback loop, whose intrinsic characteristics shows excellent impedance matching performance within specified frequency band, and consequently, minimizes reflection waves. Multilayer sound transmission model is derived based on one dimensional model, and its performance is verified with experiment using a pulse tube setup.

일산화탄소가 포화된 수용액에 광촉매로서 산화아연을 용액 1 ml 당 0.4 mg의 양을 첨가한 다음, $25{\pm}0.1^{\circ}C$에서 253.7 nm의 자외선을 조사시켜 일산화탄소의 광화학적 변환반응을 연구하였다. 그 결과 일산화탄소가 포화된 수용액은 253.7 nm의 자외선에 의해 카르복실화반응과 카르보닐화반응이 진행되어 포름산, 옥살산, 글리옥실산, 포름알데하이드 및 글리옥살이 주로 생성되었다. 이들 화합물들의 생성은 용액의 pH값에 영향을 받았는데, 산성용액에서는 포름알데하이드와 글리옥살의 생성이 증가하였으나, 염기성용액에서는 오히려 감소하였다. 하지만 유기산의 경우에는 산성용액에서는 큰 변화가 없었으나, 포름산의 경우에는 11.5 이상의 pH에서 급격히 증가하였다. 반응의 결과 생성된 각 생성물들에 대한 초기양자수득율을 계산하였으며, 이들 결과로부터 산화아연이 포함된 일산화탄소 수용액의 광화학 반응에 대한 가능한 반응메카니즘을 제시하였다. The photochemical transformation of carbon monoxide in aqueous solution has been investigated at $25{\pm}0.1^{\circ}C$using ZnO as a photocatalyst. After irradiation of 253.7 nm UV light in the solution, carboxylation and carbonylation processes were carried out, and the formation of formic acid, oxalic acid, glyoxylic acid, formaldehyde and glyoxal was observed. The formation of the products depended on the pH values in the solution. The yield of formaldehyde and glyoxal increased in acidic solution whereas it decreased in basic solution. When the pH values in the solution increased above 11.5, the yield of formic acid increased rapidly. The initial quantum yields of the products were determined and the probable mechanisms for the reactions were presented on the basis of the products analysis.

This paper handles with effect of electromagnetic force on the cables by fault current accompanied by accident of underground transmission cable. Even though underground transmission cable is an essential transmission method to supply stable power for downtown and population center, interaction of electromagnetic force from fault current is very large comparing to overhead transmission line due to restricted installation space such as tunnel, etc. and close consideration is required for it. This paper describes the effect of electromagnetic force through results of three phase short-circuit test and electromagnetic force analysis using theoretical calculations and electrical evaluation test after three phase short-circuit test, which will be utilized as basic materials for improvement and development of cleat, hanger, etc. to reduce and release effect of electromagnetic force in the future.

Even though underground transmission cable is an essential transmission method to supply stable power for downtown and population center, interaction of electromagnetic force from fault current is very large comparing to overhead transmission line due to restricted installation space such as tunnel, etc. and close consideration is required for it. This paper presents countermeasures to reduce and release the effect of electromagnetic force with rope binding and installation of spacer and describes its efficacy through three phase short-circuit test, which will be utilized as basic materials for improvement and development of cleat, hanger, etc. to reduce and release effect of electromagnetic force in the future.

$SnO_2-(1-x)P_2O_5-xB_2O_3$ glass system were prepared by melt-quenching technique in the compositional series containing 50, 55 and 60 mol% of $SnO_2$. Local structure of the glasses was investigated by Raman and FT-IR measurements. A large glass-forming region was found at the phosphate side of the ternary system with homogeneous glasses containing up to 5~25 mol% of $B_2O_3$. According as content of $B_2O_3$ increases, theraml expansion coefficient of glass decreased but transition temperature and softening temperature increased. Because these phenomenon changed local structure of glass. According as content of $B_2O_3$ increases, quantity of bridging oxygen increased. Also, according as content of $SnO_2$ increases, confirmed that quantity of non-bridging oxygen increases.

Agricultural information was discussed for suggesting tasks and solutions of knowledge based information system. States of agricultural information systems in rural development administration were described and problems and tasks were summarized in knowledge needs survey of farmers who have to decide many alternatives for farming. Hard to access information are soil state, disease and insect pest. Important information in agriculture are water, soil fertility, soil physical property, and accessibility from main road. In conclusion, knowledge based agricultural information system can be developed based on surveyed needs.
